But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense. More
I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair and made an appointment on their website. They kept my car all day, never updated me on the status -- I had to call three times during the day repair and made an appointment on their website. They kept my car all day, never updated me on the status -- I had to call three times during the day and each time they told me the tech had still not found the problem. The actual reason? They never looked at my car. I was told the first service guy went home sick and a second one was responsible. When I called the second time they told me he had to call the sick guy and he would call me back in 10 minutes. This was after they'd had my car for 8 hours. I waited 20 minutes and called again and was told the person who was supposed to call me had gone home. I got to the dealership 15 minutes before closing to just retrieve my car and they first couldn't find the keys then couldn't find the car! Took about a half hour before my car was retrieved. I then took my car to Koons Toyota in Tysons. Their hourly rate was significantly lower, they fixed my car in two hours and it's worked fine since. More

I wanted to share my experience with people looking at vehicles here. At first my experience was absolutely incredible. Everyone was polite, professional and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their job. Then disaster struck. I purchased a TOYOTA GOLD CERTIFIED 2018 Toyota Tundra. After taking it home and having an inspection performed, the underside of the vehicle was in (and still is even though the truck is already listed on back their website for over $1,000 more than it was listed when I saw it) absolutely horrendous condition. The skid plate is destroyed, the transmission crossmember is dented, the transfer case shield is damaged and the fuel tank slid plate is cracked, broken and missing pieces. Along with that, it was caked in mid and clay. Under the hood, the timing cover is leaking, the oil filter housing is leaking, and there is mud under the hood as well. After calling the dealer, I was asked to send pictures and a list of things I would like to be done to make it right. I did just that, and was called back saying, "just bring it back we are going to wholesale it." To me, this is unacceptable. I wasted three days of my time, had a hit to my credit, and was treated like I was worthless once they knew the deal was unfolding. I have ordered parts now that I have to pay restocking and return shipping fees and when asked how I would be compensated for my time I was told, "we will clean you truck and fill it up for you." Well, they cleaned it...but didn't even top off the tank like they promised. Such a shame. The company should be embarrassed. More

We came to an agreement on price, I signed a bunch of paperwork, they ran my credit, then the sales manager Mike comes over and says that management is saying that they’re not making enough money off the transaction. Mike said that they would honor the deal the gave me ($30k). About an hour later Mike comes back over and says the owner won’t sell me the vehicle for less than $33k. I obviously didn’t agree to pay an additional $3k over the agreed upon price. The next day the list the vehicle at $32k. This was after Mike said he felt terrible that they couldn’t honor the price we agreed on and he was going to give me the best possible price ($33k). More
I was surprised yesterday that Ourisman Chantilly Toyota is now charging a 2% fee on credit card charges. I had over a $600 service bill and did not have warning about the credit card 2% fee. Drove from Hanover PA to look at this vehicle. I was told the vehicle was available and ready for sale. When I got their paper was on the front left panel and Bondo was on the driver's side wind I was told the vehicle was available and ready for sale. When I got their paper was on the front left panel and Bondo was on the driver's side window frame. Vehicle was NOT ready for sale. Wasted a two hour drive for nothing. Notice new pictures only show rear of vehicle. Make sure that you verify that vehicle is as stated in ad. More
