I came to Ourisman Chantilly Toyota to buy a new car based on the excellent experience I've had from their service department with my other, soon-to-be, trade-in car. This was my first experience with their sales department. Our sales rep, Kirk Etter, was courteous, responsive, and well informed on the car's features. He made me feel comfortable from the start and didn't come across 'pushy' in any way. He, and Anoop Sikka, who handled the financial piece, worked together to create an extremely painless sale/trade-in process with a great out-the-door price. In fact, everyone seemed to work as a team there. Two days later, I had some questions, which I didn't think of during our 'check-out' process the previous day. I approached their Service Manager, Christopher Cokonis, who personally made sure that my questions were answered honestly, quickly, and in unambiguous terms. I left with no concerns, whatsoever. I really do think that I ended up with a great car at a great price and from a dealer that would stand by their sale and service.
