Working with John Weir was one of the best experiences I've ever had at any service department, let alone a dealership. I had my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid towed to Ourisman Toyota after it quit runni I've ever had at any service department, let alone a dealership. I had my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid towed to Ourisman Toyota after it quit running a few days earlier. Initial diagnostics by my normal service garage - Inverter - very expensive fix. I normally do not take my cars to 'Dealership' service departments - belief that dealership services cost more (right or wrong) and unpleasant experiences in the past. Within 5 minutes of talking to John, discussing what happened and diagnosing the problem and understanding current Toyota recalls in effect my fears were eased considerably. The whole process was professional, courteous and very fair cost wise. I have to say I was basically floored by how well I was taken care of considering I did not buy my car from Ourisman. This has been the best sales/service experience I've ever had buying a car. Actually, its been fun. I got a Benz! And from a "Toyota" dealer!! I am a big fan of Ourisman and Toyotas. Our family has a Rav with 100,000+ and Lexus 180,000+. I was getting a third vehicle. Since we have happily bought and had our vehicles services with Ourisman, its no wonder I decided to check what they had on the lot for SUVs. And since I liked the Lexus and Highlanders, why not a little luxury. The Sales Manager could tell he had a personality match for me and my family needs when I was discussing the needs for wheelchairs AND strollers at the same time, but wanted luxury. That's a tough match for a sassy tech working mother. So the manager and his rep and I had some fun test driving some fits, but I walked out so happy and surprised with a Benz under a Toyota warranty which ironically makes me very comfortable because I know them and have used them and trust them. Buying a car from Ourisman Chantilly Toyota was one of the happiest moments in my life in quite a long time. They were so good to search and travel quite a ways to get the car I wanted. They had it ready for me the day I said I could come in. When I went there to purchase the car, I was amazed at how easy everything was. I had a trade in and they matched what carmax quoted as willing to give me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. After going into financing and coming out - one of the managers said to ring the bell and to give it a big back and forth ring. I had no clue....and much to my surprise - the whole dealership stopped what they were doing and clapped! At that point I could have cried. It was just a fun, festive and party like atmosphere. It was a WONDERFUL experience. Will I recommend my friends to this particular Toyota dealership? Yes indeed! Do I love my new RAV 4? Yes indeed! Thank you!! More

My wife and I were shopping for a new Toyota Venza (we knew we liked them in particular from research and having rented one), and we chose the dealership because of the Internet pricing. The first time we visited we just wanted to confirm our choice and see the various trim levels in person, then go home and think about the color and options, etc. Ahmed was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. We told them up front that we would not be buying that day, and we were impressed that they didn't pressure us at all, like some places would. The next week we returned and bought a black one. The entire process was pleasant, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure all of our questions were answered and needs met. I was impressed with the no pressure sales, the financing process, and the tutorial after the purchase on the vehicle systems and electronics. They make it clear that they want to earn your business and go the extra mile to do so. More
