Ourisman Chantilly Toyota

I was initially very pleased with the Greg's knowledge of the vehicle. I thought he was courteous, friendly and responsive. Having said that, I was disappointed in the vehicle itself since the V knowledge of the vehicle. I thought he was courteous, friendly and responsive. Having said that, I was disappointed in the vehicle itself since the VENZA XLE was advertised with available sunroof but there are NONE in the U.S. I feel TOYOTA is misrepresenting their product. After 5 hrs of negotiation, we were still not at the price point we needed to be. However, the Greg and Arlo were persistent. They called the next day and convinced us that we were not going to be able to get the vehicle any cheaper. When we arrived to discuss the matter further, both Greg and Arlo were friendly and understanding. They explained the Ourisman vehicle price point and after more negotiation we purchased the vehicle. Chris, our finance manager, was also very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to persuade us to purchase the extended electronics warranty. I would recommend Ourisman to my colleagues. More

My mother-in-law wanted to replace her 2004 Toyota Highlander with a new 2014 Toyota Highlander. After going to several dealerships in the area and not being treated well she came across Ourisman and Highlander with a new 2014 Toyota Highlander. After going to several dealerships in the area and not being treated well she came across Ourisman and specifically Sam. Sam was great, from the first meeting he treated my mother-in-law just like he would have his own mother. He was patient, informative and willing to do whatever it took to make my mother-in-law happy. Sam worked very hard to get the best deal possible for my mother-in-law and in the end she came away with a wonderful new vehicle. Her experience at Ourisman was very positive and we could not have had a better salesman than Sam. I would highly recommend Ourisman and specifically Sam Abdelfattah for anyone in the market for a Toyota. More

I have been thinking of buying a Hilander for some time. So last Wednesday, I stopped by the dealership and looked at the vehicles but could not get myself to purchase one because of the price. As I was about to leave, Ahmed informed Gurav about our discussion and he surprised me by giving a RAV4 to take home for 2days to see if I liked it and come back in 2 days time during which He can get me a better trade in value for my sienna. So I took the vehicle but unfortunately I did not like it. I came back 2/28/14 and he worked out the best deal for me. These guys are excellent. More

Found a car on their website, I emailed them telling them the price i'd be willing to pay. They emailed back no, which I was perfectly fine with. A few days later, I get a call from a salesman, David (no las the price i'd be willing to pay. They emailed back no, which I was perfectly fine with. A few days later, I get a call from a salesman, David (no last name on voicemail), telling me that he has "great news on end of month pricing!". I call him, tell him what I'm willing to pay, and tell him i'll be down in a few hours. When I get there, he tells me the car has a clean carfax (it didn't), and then he tells me the price I told him on the phone was too low, he had apparently asked his manager right when I got off the phone with him hours before this and got a no in response. Then, the counter is sticker plus fees, which brought the car up an additional $800. When I told him I could drive to Maryland, find a comparable car, and only pay $200 max on dealership fees as opposed to the $598 ourisman charges, he told me MD sales tax would bring it back up. Except, I pay Virginia sales tax because that's where the car is garaged. So I feel that the sales people at ourisman wasted my time, and lied. So, buyer beware!! More

We were pleasantly surprised with our UN-used-car-dealer experience. Prior to visiting Chantilly Toyota we were considering buying an entirely different vehicle from Arlington Audi. Their sales person did not know much about the car (perhaps since it was not an Audi), in fact he knew a lot less, since I spent a good amount of time researching it, but he spoke nonsense with an arrogance of an expert. The experience at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota/Kia was the exact opposite. Prior to going there I read few reviews on this site and upon arrival asked the very first person we bumped into to speak to Teemour. Luckily that salesperson was Teemour himself. To make the long story short - if you are looking for a completely stress-free car buying experience - he is your guy. To be honest - may be all of them there are like that, but working with Teemour was easy, relaxed and low key experience one rarely finds at a car dealer. Both me and my wife will absolutely recommend this dealership and Teemour specifically to anyone. As we all know - average or mediocre experiences do not make us go out of our way to write reviews of anything. We compelled to write about either really bad experiences or really good ones. Our experience at Audi was not a very good one, but it was not a bad one either. But our experience at Chantilly Toyota was Outstanding and I feel compelled to thank folks at the dealership by writing this review.
