Our experience at Ourisman Kia was great. Brian greeted us immediately when we walked in the door. This was by far the most pleasureable car deal I've ever experienced. I never felt pressure. They never put down the car I was trading in. I felt I got a very good deal. And I love my car. We were just beginning to think about new cars and were just test driving the evening we ended up at Ourisman Kia. It was the 5th place we visited in the Auto Park and I didn't really intend to buy that e just test driving the evening we ended up at Ourisman Kia. It was the 5th place we visited in the Auto Park and I didn't really intend to buy that evening. The other dealers were pleasant and their cars were nice, but nothing stood out. When we got to Ourisman, I was very surprised at the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. True, they were professional, but they also seemed genuinely pleased we had come in and obviously proud of their cars. There was no pressure, something I had rarely experienced in 40 years of buying cars. They let the Sorento sell itself. Adam, our salesman, and Chris Bell, the Sales Manager, were knowledgeable, friendly, and straight up. No game playing, like I had experienced at brand K earlier in the week. We ended up buying that evening for a good price, based on Adam, Chris, and the others. A couple of weeks later, I took advantage of their new owner night and met the Service Managers, Eric and Shawn, also two great guys. I have had the Sorento about 6 weeks now. The car is great! The folks at Ourisman are more than willing to answer questions on all the options of the car, always remember my name when I drop by, and always make me feel welcome. The bottom line is this - they are completely honest, in both sales and service, very friendly, realize their business depends on us buyers, and make every effort to treat us right. To repeat myself, Chris Bell, Adam, Eric, Shawn, and the rest of the people there provided one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. They are a great bunch of people and the cars are terrific! It doesn't hurt that the Kia has one of the best warranties in the industry either. Give Chris Bell a call. He's a great guy and will treat you fairly. And ... they have donuts in the waiting room! :-) More

David Kim was one of the most well-informed and knowledgeable car salesmen we’ve ever encountered. I came in looking to try the Kia Soul and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had added a leather interior to the + model which hadn't been advertised on the Kia website. It was hard to find cons to making this purchase. While we waited for our trade to be priced out, Purcell showed us other models in the showroom and talked excitedly about Kia's evolution. Even though he knew we were already set on the Kia Soul, he seemed genuinely proud of the other models Kia had to offer and wanted to show them off. More
Ourisman Chantilly Kia was the third Kia dealership I visited, second on the sales date, plus I talked to a salesman on the phone at a third on this date. Upon my arrival at Ourisman, I was greeted by Terrance Smith, my salesman, and immediately got the feeling that Terrance was going to be a pleasure to work with, and that feeling turned out to be true. Terrance was most helpful in showing me vehicles that I was interested in, didn't waste his or my time trying to show or sell some vehicle that did not interest me. Through out the entire process Terrance could not have been more helpful or showed any more interest in making sure my business was truly appreciated. Too bad all car salesman are not like Terrance, it would have saved me from visiting so many dealers. In addition to Terrance, I also worked with Sales Manager - Purcell Johnson. Purcell's sales methods are different than most, but he also was a pleasure to work with and worked extremely hard to complete a deal that satisfied both parties. I give Terrance and Purcell both 10's and they definitely will get my recommendation to others. Too bad Ourisman Kia is not located closer to my home. More
Chantilly KIA will really bend over backwards to offer you great sales service. Their dealership offers a very unique, lifetime power train warranty, with every new car purchase. I could not find another local KIA dealership which presented this as part of a sales package. Additionally, their internet rates were really great, and they are very willing to price match other dealerships. Our sales person, John, had also been a mechanic, so he was able to discuss features and functions of the car, from a unique and extremely informed perspective. He was also very sweet and never made us feel pressured. Our experience in buying a car at Chantilly KIA absolutely exceeded our expectations! More

John Coleville has been our sales guy and he's very knowledgable, friendly and a genuinely nice person to deal with. Percel, the assistant manager made an instant impression on us when we met him last year and we have since become friends. My son was upside down on an Audi he desperately needed to get rid of and Billy, the General Manager, offered a creative solution that got my son into a new Optima and out of his"money pit". When you combine a great product and excellent pricing with a dealership as friendly and helpful as Ourisman, it's easy to recommend them to our closest friends and family. From sales to service to financing - our entire experience has been a joy and pleasure! More
