great teaam work on sales to make it as quick as possible. both sales person are no longer there but they were great but I did find one of the sales person at Don Beyer Kia in Falls Church. Service managers were friendly and paid attention to a problem I had with my Soul. Problem is now fixed after 22 months [i was just lazy] and now I have a perfectly operating Soul. we have purchased vehicles of many different makes from Ourisman since 70's and each purchasing experiences have been good compare to some others. Not sure why one user had bad ourisman experience, but for my experience, I am giving them 5 considering what I went through with Fairfax Kia[bottom feeders] and Koons which we also have purchased many vehicles from Koons over the years but from very early sales discussion turned me off BIG time. The KIA Optima is an exceptional value for the money. I highly recommend a test drive. It is more fun to drive than its sister, the Sonata. It has a better feature to price ratio than the Fusion. It has highly recommend a test drive. It is more fun to drive than its sister, the Sonata. It has a better feature to price ratio than the Fusion. It has a much more comfortable ride than the Altima. With one exception, Ourisman was very good to work with. Even though they never responded at the highest level to that one exception, I am changing my review of the dealership because I believe they are trying to the right thing. More importantly, buyers will be happy with the end product. More
