My intentions when visiting the Chantilly dealership was to buy a Sportage. As a new customer I had no idea what to expect from the sales staff. Purcell not only was attentive and listened to what I wanted but his personality stood out with friendliness and knowledge of all products I showed an interest in. He monitored the entire sales procedure at the same time letting the staff do what they were trained to do. Went to Ourisman to check out their new Kia's but after spending a few hours looking at them all I wasn't 100% convinced but Jeff (our sales person) was willing to take us to Toyota to show us new Toyotas spending a few hours looking at them all I wasn't 100% convinced but Jeff (our sales person) was willing to take us to Toyota to show us new Toyotas as well as all of their used cars.
