It was a pleasur employee Altman,Prucell and Silvia (silvia works in the in the office). They were all very professional, knowledgable and attentive. It was a pleasure working with them, they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all questions were answered and to make sure our experience was a good one. I would recommend this dealship and these 3 individuals to anyone, and I recommend them as Employees of the month. I recommend this dealship as "Dealership of the month/year." Purcell Johnson handed me over to Altman Tsang who helped prepare me and my new 2012 Kia Forte Koup SX. They took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. The worked VERY h prepare me and my new 2012 Kia Forte Koup SX. They took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. The worked VERY hard with the finance team to get me a deal I would be comfortable with for the EXACT make, model, trim, and options I wanted. I will MOST certainly be buying another vehicle from Ourisman! More
This system only allows you to choose Yes or No to Recommend this Dealership and I would select Maybe. Since my experience is mixed. We are in the market for finding a compact to mid size car with a Recommend this Dealership and I would select Maybe. Since my experience is mixed. We are in the market for finding a compact to mid size car with as high gas mileage as possible. The Soul is one we are considering. I have visited this dealership 3 times. Every single time I have been treated very well. My questions always answered. The first time I just wanted to see a Kia Soul and sit in it, to see if this vehicle was worth considering. The salesmen (don't know the name) did just what I wanted and didn't push to do more. Told me about the features, let me sit in it and that was it. My second visit with my husband was so he could sit in the car as well. This time we spoke with John and again we were treated as we wanted. No push for sales just answered our questions. He did take a look at our truck that we would be selling and he did say that Kia was good on trade ins compared to years ago when dealerships were so poor on trade ins. Said they were similar to Carmax. My husband then requested an online quote with Jeff Hoyt and we had since dealt with him. He sent a quote just basic factory pricing, then kept sending us the various promotions. They even had one in that was what we were looking at buying. We were out this weekend and on our way home I called Jeff to find out if we could test drive the Soul. He was great checked to see if they had the one we were interested in called back to let us know he had it ready. When we got there we met with Jeff he was great. Got us setup to test drive, answered questions even said his Dad bought the Soul and he had driven it a few times. We test drove the Soul and I was pretty impressed. It handled fairly well, had some pep, had a great turning radius, and the inside extras on the Soul ! are pretty awesome. The backup screen is really cool. Overall we are giving this car serious consideration. And we still are. They took our Truck to check it out. This surprisingly didn't take long and we even had a nice conversation with the Kia Valet there. Not to mention we sat in all the cars in the sales room. Everyone was friendly. Then sadly things took a downward turn. Jeff came and got us and said the manager was coming to go over the numbers. Purcell Johnson was a very friendly manager. Obviously keeps cusotmer service a top proiority. Sadly his pricing was horrible. He came to us offering pretty much sticker price and seriously undervalue on our truck. Our truck is a very low mileage, sellable truck. I probably wouldn't have been as disappointed but they had bragged at being good on trades. So I was insulted. And I expressed this strongly without being rude that this was horrible offer. Purcell then left came back a little bit later and took about $1000 off the sticker price and offered $2000 more on the truck. This did bring the trade in value that was listed in blue book and I had expected this amount to be the first offer. So I was annoyed. And they only took off $1000 off sticker. I had even said before he left based on his first offer there was no way he was going to give me what I wanted. And I was right. This would only have left me disappointed in their pricing. And there were many things they could have done, offered to wait till a car came in without windown tinting, this one had it on which by the way never buy tinted at the dealership you can get it done for the half the cost wiithout it being rolled into your financing. They did suggest a cheaper car I said no I want better pricing. I got the feeling fast that more was not going to come. And I have to say some of the reasoning given behind why we should trade in our truck $5000-$6000 less than what we could sell it for was really lame. And when we said we only wanted to finance $5000 on the Soul I was told they only do financing on $7500. I said that was not a problem we can get financing on our own in fact I perfer it. And what did Purcell say? But you won't get the $500 rebate!! This reallly annoys me it's the WORST financial advise. Finanace $2500 more to get a $500 rebate? Seriously stupid suggestion. I understand the idea is to sell the vehicle and get the financing that is how they make the money. I get that. It's the bread and butter. But our economy has taken a serious hit because of financing pushing people to make really poor decisions with shadely sales tactics. I would have left thinking we will just wait for the next sale if he had just said at the beginning they could not at this time give us what we wanted. That is fine. He could have said to come back when we sold the truck and they would work with us on what we wanted. Instead I got a very poor offer and then seriously bad suggestions on how we could walk off the floor with a new Kia Soul. At some point consumers need to say STOP and that is why I say MAYBE on recommending this dealership. I really liked Jeff Hoyt he was straight forward, understood we didn't want the xx that many salespeople give. Purcell though is a high pressure salesmen, very friendly, puts customers service up high but he is doing everything he can regardless of good financial sense to get you to drive off the lot with a car. I do hate saying this about him we had a fun conversation and some laughs with him. But I am an honest person and I said I would give a review at least 25 words and so I am giving my honest review. If they come back to fix things I will give an updated review. But if anything if they think twice about giving tricky suggestions to get people to do bad financing then I have done well. I do understand the trade in issue is not solely at this dealership. They ALL give very poor trade in values and I would never do a trade in. Why get $10,000 or $12,000 for my truck when I can easily get $16,000!!! And they did give me a pretty lame reason about banks not wanting to finance older vehicles. When that is so not true. THEY don't want to finanace older vehicles. Your bank or credit union will with no problems. I really think this financing at the dealerships has made the sales of cars far more slimy. Before it was just a matter of you buying the car, now it's buying the car and financing as much of it as possible. So if you go to this dealershihp DO YOUR HOMEWORK on what is the best way to buy, finance and trade in your vehicle and rely on the fact that the suggestions you get on how to "make it work" may not be the best financial decision you can make. So do the homework first. More

This purchase was by far the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had. It was our first time at Ourisman Kia and we were immediately welcomed as if we were long lost friends. Henry Hoffer, our sales consultant, got an idea of what we were looking for and showed us a couple of options. Needless to say, the car, the price and the warranty that comes with Kia was too good to pass up! Emmad Sherdel went over several financing options with us and was able to find one that would work within our budget. Everyone that we met that day made us feel so comfortable. We really felt like we were part of the Ourisman family. They even ordered pizza while we were there (thanks Purcell!)! Since my purchase, I have called Henry a couple of times with questions, and he has been so helpful (even when he's not at work!). I love my new Forte from bumper to bumper! Even if you're not looking for a Kia, you should stop in to Ourisman Kia and see what they have to offer. Trust me; you'll be so glad that you did!! More
After visiting several dealerships in the past few days and getting very frustrated with the high-pressure and obnoxious sales tactics used by other dealers, finding Ourisman was a breath of fresh air. My and getting very frustrated with the high-pressure and obnoxious sales tactics used by other dealers, finding Ourisman was a breath of fresh air. My husband and I came to Ourisman because our local dealer was closed on Sunday. First, the dealership seems new, is spacious and clean, and has a large inventory of cars. I had wanted a Kia Sorento EX with certain options, and an out-of-state dealer that I'd visited didn't have any in stock. Ourisman had it. Our salesperson, Hank Hoffer, was very knowledgeable about the car and very personable. After taking a test drive, we sat down to discuss the price. His initial price wasn't terribly competitive as compared to the price that the out-of-state dealer quoted me for a Sorento SX. When I told him this, he got the manager, Billy Brown. Billy was willing to discount this car at nearly the same percentage and gave me a decent price for my trade-in. I'm grateful that they never insulted my trade-in the way another dealer did. Although they were very busy and it took a while to get a value for my trade-in, Hank and Billy did not engage in annoying back and forth with the price, and we were able to agree on a fair price pretty quickly. I appreciated that they seemed up front and didn't make any false promises or use high-pressure sales tactics -- they were great to work with. While we were there several hours, Hank provided us with sodas and tried to make us comfortable. Our experience at Ourisman was as pleasant as buying a car can be, and I would recommend them! More

I had reviewed their website and spoken with Carl prior to coming in, so was fairly certain of what I wanted. When we arrived at the dealership Carl had our chosen vehicle ready to test drive and was very friendly and knowledgeable as we completed the necessary paperwork. He answered all of our questions and even checked in on us while we were with the finance department. The finance person worked with us to get our desired price range and payments and went over the fine print on everything. By the time we were done in finance, Carl had my new Kia Sportage gassed up, spotless and ready to go. We had a not so great experience at our local Kia dealer and drove about 60 miles to Ourisman to purchase our vehicle, and it was well worth it from both a price and service perspective. There were no pushy salesman or pressure. Overall, it was a pretty painless transaction and the follow up customer service and maintenance has been just as good. More
