Went to the dealer looking for a car for my 16 year old son. Terrence was the BEST! Let me run the show and see what I wanted, how I wanted, and at my pace. I even went to the Scion/Toyota dealer. I ended up with a car that wasn't even on my to-see list! I was pleased with the process and Chris was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. I hate pushy salespeople anyone who tries to sell me anything I don't want - they definitely didn't do that - I would have left immediately. Great job Terrance! I recently purchased at 2012 Kia Sorento. I love my new vehicle! Everyone at this dealership treated me with excellent customer service. My sales person, David Kim went above and beyond my expectations, I didnt feel the normal pushy personality that I usually receive from car salesmen. He was very friendly and patient. After the sale of the vehicle was finalized, he then took the time to go through all the features of the vehicle with me again, showing me what each button inside the vehicle did and even helped me set up my bluetooth rather than just being happy the sale was done and sending me on my way. When I returned to the dealership two days after the sale of my vehicle, everyone remembered me by name and was still very friendly. Some places you go, once the sale is done, the level of customer service goes down but this was not the case here. The process of buying the car went rather smoothly and a lot faster than in the past when I had to sit at the dealership for hours trying to finalize everything. Purcell Johnson, the Manager on duty, helped push the process along to make sure I wasnt there for a long time since I did have my two small children with me, they even ordered pizza for the kids to eat since it was around dinner time. Silvia Aviles, the finance person I was dealing with was extremely proffessional and helpful as well. I came in with a pre approval from my bank but she did everything she could to make sure I was getting the best possible interest rate and made sure my payment was going to be where I wanted it to be. My kids were were a little restless by the time we met with her and were bickering constantly with each other and she stayed patient through it all. I had to return to the dealership two days later since there was a piece of metal in my tire (i must have ran over or something) and it was leaking and Carlos Castro, from the customer service department was so helpful and professional as well. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I have received from everyone in this dealership. More
We responded to a Soul listing on their website and went to see and drive the advertised car. It was in stock and taking it for a drive was a smooth process. It had a price on a sale sticker in the window that was different than the internet price, but it didn't concern us at the time. We negotiated to buy the car and they noted that it had two items added by the dealer, each with an MSRP of $395. Fortunately, we had printed out the ad and they had confirmed that the VINs matched. They tried to price in the dealer add-ons but we held firm to the advertised price. After their initial attempt at the higher price they seemed to recognize that they had to accept the advertised price and then did so without complaint. The only reason they didn't get all "5s" in the rating was due to their attempt to change the price from what had been advertised. David, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car's features and we tested his knowledge due to having done considerable research about the vehicle before going to the dealership. All in all a fine process and we left in good time with the new car. More
Just bought a new 2012 Kia Optima EX and had a great overall experience at this dealership from start to finish. Henry was exceptionally professional and very knowledgeable of the Optima. Negotiations went well and were fair and Daniel was outstanding in his explanations of how everything in the car works. I would definitely buy another Kia from this dealership in the future! More
Overall I am very impressed with Ourisman Kia after one week of ownership. I had owned and driven a Lexus LS430 and a late model Acura RL prior. I have all of my cars serviced exclusively at the dealerships. I have been very accustomed to outstanding service from the Lexus and Acura ownership experiences. I needed a much more fuel efficient vehicle and was set to buy a VW TDi Diesel. I was so turned off by the VW dealer. At the same time, by happenstance, I was walking out of my gym and there was brand new Kia Optima SX parked right by the door. I was really taken by how good the car looked. I did some on-line research and then visited Ourisman. I met Ryan Carr who is a genuinely polite, professional, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable sales professional. Ryan was very patient with me as I drove different levels of the Optima over a 2 day period. He was very thorough in explaining the features and benefits of each trim level. Purcell Johnson (sales mgr) then got involved as we negotiated price. Purcell was very good to deal with as we came to an agreement on price. I felt I was offered a very fair and very good deal. As I was waiting for the car to get its' final prep, Billy Brown (Gen Mgr) came over to me and offered me a hot lunch.....what a nice and unexpected pleasure......The last time I had a complimentary meal at a car dealership was at Lund Cadillac in Scottsdale! Ryan introduced me to Sean Neff (Service) (ala Lexus). Sean explained the maintenance schedule to me and answered my many questions on servicing my new car. I also dealt with Silvia Aviles who handled my registration (they put actual plates on the car) and financing. I am 50 years old, have purchased many new cars over the years. Something happened in this dealership that has never happened to me before.........I had several sales people walk up to me after I purchased my Kia.....they shook my hands and congratulated me on my purchase........I was very humbled by this..........this really substantiated the earnest teamwork and employee/team member customer commitment to me. Ourisman Kia has a very young, professional, enthusiastic, and genuine customer caring team. What a pleasure to deal with! Thanks! More
We recently bought our 2012 Sorento from Henry. I recently bought my car from Ourisman Chantilly Kia. I couldn't be any happier with the service, knowledge and friendliness that I received from there. I initially didn't have the Kia Rio on my list of ca couldn't be any happier with the service, knowledge and friendliness that I received from there. I initially didn't have the Kia Rio on my list of cars that I wanted to look at. I met Henry and talked to him about what I was looking for in my next car and the budget that I was trying to stay in. He brought up two different models that he thought I would like. He was very knowledgable about both the cars he had brought out and really explained the features very well in both of them. He really helped me out in pricing out my options and making sure I knew what was going on at all times. I absolutely fell in love with the car, and was really glad Henry took the time to help me make a decision with absolutely no pressure at all. After talking to Henry, I told him I would go home and sleep on it. Saturday morning came around, I went to the dealership that day with my dad and Henry took the time again to go through all the features with him and explaining all the options and features of the car. We finally decided to go ahead and get the car. Henry was fast and efficient through out the whole process. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Him and his teammate, even provided us lunch to make sure we didn't get hungry while waiting for the finance person to start our financial process of the sale. When we were done with all the paperwork, the car was cleaned and had a full tank of gas ready to go! Henry also took the time to setup my phone so that I would drive away with everything already setup! I always dreaded car shopping, and the pressure that came with the salesmen trying to sell me things I didn't need. Henry and the Kia staff definitely changed my mind about car shopping, he never pressured me or suggested anything that I didn't need. I will definitely suggest Ourisman Chantilly Kia to anyone that is looking at buying either a new or used car. The customer service was amazing and made car shopping very easy and quick. Of course I wanted a lower price, but don't we all, I do not think I got a bad price. Features, extras and protection plans were great, Financing was great, Check ups with me from dealer after purchase have been impressive. Yes I would recommend Ourisman and Henry Hoffer. More
