I then had a few questions into exactly what the price quote entailed and she promptly responded, in addition to providing quotes to several other vehicles. On arrival at the dealership my daughter (co-purchaser) and I were greeted by Marcus and subsequently introduced to Deborah. We discussed the various cars for which I was quoted, and then Marcus took over the sales component and eagerly showed us the cars and options available. Following a test drive we settled on a vehicle. Price negotiations with Purcell went quickly and professionally, and following agreement on a trade in value we agreed a deal and signed a contract. Financing with Silvia went quite smooth as well. Entire process took approximately three hours which is pretty fast compared to past experiences. The entire staff was professional and very pleasant. We were quite pleased with the outcome and overall experience. More
Marcus was a tremendous help. He called me right away when there was a car he thought I'd like to take a look at. Even though it was not the car I purchased, Marcus wasn't pushy or misleading in anyway. when there was a car he thought I'd like to take a look at. I was recently in an accident and didn't know if my car would be fixable or if it would be considered a total loss. I had been interested in the Kia Soul for a while, so after reading some reviews, I went would be fixable or if it would be considered a total loss. I had been interested in the Kia Soul for a while, so after reading some reviews, I went to this dealership to get some ideas in case I had to get a new car. When I showed up, Brian followed me around the lot until he could catch up and talk to me. He was friendly enough. I took a Soul on a test drive and he was able to answer my questions. I went in the showroom, which is pretty nice. They have a large selection too. I got a brief tour and they offer some nice perks to the people who do buy from them. I stated up front that I wouldn't be able to make a decision that day because I was waiting to find out what was going on with my car. Throughout the roughly 2 hours I was there, I restated that fact many times. We talked price a little bit and I think they were accommodating with the fact that I couldn't make a decision until I knew what was going on with my car. I agreed to meet with their financing person to see what payments would be like under different scenarios (no money down, trade in my fixed car, put some insurance money down if my car doesn't get fixed). We ended up going over 2 scenarios. The first was four or five years with no money down. The second was four or five years with $4000 down. The four year loan was too much for both scenarios, so I was looking at the five year loans. After the financing person left the office, their sales manager, Purcell Johnson, came in. He immediately discarded the option with $4000 down because I didn't have my car with me. He pointed to the no money down option and asked which payment plan I wanted. I told him that if I were to get something, I wouldn't be paying that much because I'd either have a trade-in or insurance money. He didn't care. He kept asking which one I was going to go with and how much I could put down right then and there. Apparently he decided I was buying a car that day, regardless of what I had said earlier. I kept explaining that I couldn't make a decision that day because: 1) I didn't know what was going on with my car and 2) I didn't want monthly payments that high. He offered to lower my monthly payments if I went online and gave their dealership a positive review and in 3 days, rate them a 10 when J.D. Power calls me asking about my experience. At this point, I was completely fed up with him trying to force me into buying a car. I told him that I only came for information and wasn't going to buy. I was mad enough that I ended up raising my voice, but he only backed off and became apologetic when I said my accident had been the night before. What difference does it make if my accident was a day ago or a year ago? If I explicitly state several times that I'm not making a decision that day and he keeps pressuring me into buying a car because he wants an end-of-the-month sale, he doesn't deserve any of my money. The bribe makes me suspicious of the honesty in all these other reviews that praise this dealership. I'm still interested in getting a Kia, but I'm never returning to this dealership. Someone else will get my business. More
We arrived at the dealership pretty late for an appointment with Jeff Hoyt and Henry met us in the parking lot. He immediately showed us a vehicle while he went to find Jeff. Both sales associate appointment with Jeff Hoyt and Henry met us in the parking lot. He immediately showed us a vehicle while he went to find Jeff. Both sales associates returned in a few minutes and Jeff told us he was busy with another customer and asked if it would be ok for Henry to show us a few vehicles while he finished up with his other customer. Henry was very friendly and honest about the vehicles we looked at and made sure we drove every one that we were even remotely interested in. He compared the features of the Optima hybrid with the standard Optima and let us put one of each through the paces, urging us to really get a feel for each of them. We were pretty certain we wanted the hybrid but mentioned we had originally been interested in an SUV. Henry immediately took us to look at what Kia had to offer and after a few minutes we were certain that the Optima hybrid was the car we wanted. In a few short minutes he and Jeff had worked up pricing that we liked and soon afterwards we were signing the paperwork. Henry was truly a pleasure to work with and is I would definitely recommend both Henry and Jeff to anyone looking to buy a Kia. More
I would like to say that this is the friendliest dealership that I have dealt with. From the first call I made inquiring about a vehicle to the signing of the sales papers, I was amazed by how cons dealership that I have dealt with. From the first call I made inquiring about a vehicle to the signing of the sales papers, I was amazed by how considerate this team was. This group not only helped me in finding my car but also took the time to build a relationship with their client. I was a former VW owner who had nothing but bad experiences from the dealership/service personnel; Chantilly Kia has changed my car dealership views. I personally would like to thank Marcus Weaver for his friendliness and helpfulness prior to my purchase, Ryan Carr for the time he took in telling me about each vehicle I was interested and helping me find my Rio that I love, Altman Tsang for helping me with the immense amount of paperwork, and Purcell Johnson for taking his time checking in on me during the sales process. You guys rock! More
Brian Affricano and Purcell Johnson were the reason I left with a new car. I was "casually" but seriously looking for a car knowing I needed to make a trade. I was not sold on getting a new car let alo left with a new car. I was "casually" but seriously looking for a car knowing I needed to make a trade. I was not sold on getting a new car let alone a hybrid. Brian made the process really easy. He was friendly, answered all of my questions and my husbands about the product. He was incredibly helpful and didn't get upset or defensive at all even when we gave him a really hard time. The same with Purcell. When we got to the financing portion of the experience we really gave Purcell a hard time. He was always calm, not defensive and willing to make the deal work. Not everyone was as great as the 2 of them. I have already referred several coworkers to both of them and hope they stop by to see Brian and Purcell. More

I have bought my last 2 cars from Carmax for the simple fact my past experiences with dealerships have been nothing but drawn out, frustrating and exhausting to say the lease. My recent purchase through Ourisman Chantilly Kia with the help of Chris Bell and Marcus Weaver was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this location and this sales team for your next purchase. More

The first time I went to the dealership I was just searching for a used car in my price range. At the time, I was looking for a car to replace my 2007 Nissan Versa that was totaled after a robbery in searching for a used car in my price range. At the time, I was looking for a car to replace my 2007 Nissan Versa that was totaled after a robbery in my neighborhood. After all the struggles we had to go through with the guys insurance and the collision place both my family and I were overwhelmed with finding another car for me. We started our search in Chantilly Auto Park and right away was treated like dirt at Nissan of Chantilly which made the beginning of our search difficult. We moved on and went to Kia next door. I know three coworkers who own a Kia and really love their cars so I thought I would just see what they offered. This was our first time visiting this dealership and I was beyond surprised at how well we were treated. The sales person at the time was Marcus and he listened to what I wanted and I was thrilled they had cars that I could afford. Unfortunately, we didn't have the money so we couldn't buy a car at the time, but I was happy with what they had to offer and the respect we got from every single person there. Everyone had a smile on their face and always said hi. When we finally got our check I told my family I wanted to go back to Kia and see what they had for us this time. I was happy with how they treated us out of all the other dealerships we saw in the past couple of week which was a lot so I felt comfortable trying them out again. I spoke to Purcell and he introduced us to Terrence. After looking at the car we took it for a ride and was surprised by how well the car drove and everything it came with. Terrence answered all of my questions and more. He did a great job describing it and didn't have to look at a sheet to tell me what the car had to offer. I appreciated how everyone wasn't pushy and helped me in a non stressful way so I could buy the car I wanted. I owe a huge thanks to Emmad one of the business managers in finance for helping me step by step on pricing. This was my first time ever buying and owning my own car and boy did he help me understand everything.I owe a huge thank you to everyone that helped me through what I thought was going to be a very difficult situation. My family usually goes to Brown's Nissan in Fairfax, but after the way we were treated at Ourisman Kia of Chantilly we may change that. I am a proud owner of a 2012 Kia Forte Sedan and couldn't be happier. My family will defiantly be using Kia in the future. More
I went to Ourisman after selecting a vehicle online with Deborah Adams Lily who was also awesome to work with. I ended up buying a 2012 Sorento with more options on it than my Mercedes GLK had and for a lot Deborah Adams Lily who was also awesome to work with. I ended up buying a 2012 Sorento with more options on it than my Mercedes GLK had and for a lot less money! The deal was amazing! Patrick was an awesome sales guy - very low pressure to buy and he knows his product very well. During the test drive he explained a lot of the features with me - which I didn't experience at either of the 2 dealers I had bought from previously (Mercedes and Nissan). Today I went back in to drop off my spare key, etc. and the service dept. was able to take the vehicle same day for a couple of extra treatments that I received with the financing AND they removed my roof rack from my Mercedes for me. Everyone at Ourisman is very eager to help and so far I would highly recommend this dealer and Patrick. More
