We originally stopped by on Saturday for our scheduled oil change on our '07 Kia Rondo (55k miles and still running like a champ) While there we decided to test drive a '12 Kia Sportage. And subsequently traded the Rondo and another car for it. Henry was AWESOME! Answered all our questions with ease. Was able to show us the car on the lot with all the features we needed. He even let us take the car overnight for a test drive, to get a true feel for the vehicle! Everyone there is great. From the service department (thank you Sean, You Da Man!) to the sales team (Henry), and the finance department (Silvia) Couldn't have asked for a better experience, except maybe a little more for our trade, but the market is what the market is. John Colville: John was the first person I spoke to when I called in to ask questions about vehicles listed on the Ourisman Chantilly website. John was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about the KIA Sorento SX I was looking at. He was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and let me know what was available in inventory. Later in the week when I made it up to the dealership John was with a customer at the time I arrived, so Henry Hoffer ended up helping me out. However John also stepped in to help once he was free. John and Henry worked very well together and did a spectacular job making sure that all of my questions were answered and I was taken care of while purchasing my vehicle. Henry Hoffer: Since John Colville was tied up with a customer at the time I arrived the dealership Henry stepped in to help. He was able to set me up for a test drive and answer all of my questions about the KIA Sorento SX, pricing and the purchasing process. He was patient with me as I thought things through and was extremely friendly as I made some important decisions about what I wanted to do with my potential trade-in, what color vehicle I wanted and what option packages were right for me. It was a pleasure working with him and at no time did I feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had. In the past I have had a few negative car buying experiences (even with KIA) and Henry's straight forward attitude and honesty was a breath of fresh air. I would certainly consider working with him again in the future. Altman Tsang: Altman was extremely pleasant to work with and by far the most patient finance person I have ever worked with in the auto purchasing industry. Due to several very negative past experiences I have always been extremely untrusting of finance managers at dealerships. Altman quickly established himself as someone I could trust and was willing to take the time to explain everything to me and answer every question I had no matter how trivial my concern. He was a real pleasure to work with and explained everything to me at each step in the process. Again, I never felt pressured and was able to make my way through the process at my own pace. Altman was extremely professional, accommodating and easy to work with. From start to finish my experience at Ourisman KIA was a pleasant one. This certainly is not what I expected and something I will remember in recommending the dealership to friends and when I need to make my next car purchase. This certainly ranks as the best overall experience I have had at a dealership. Thanks again for the stellar team and exceptional service. More
Me and my wife were just hopping from dealer to dealer Saturday 21 April looking for her ideal car which is a Subaru Forester.We somehow stumbled at Ourisman Kia dealer and saw the car that my wife wante Saturday 21 April looking for her ideal car which is a Subaru Forester.We somehow stumbled at Ourisman Kia dealer and saw the car that my wife wanted and it's the only car they have which by the way is beautiful.So we went inside and was approached right away by a Sales manager who is Chris Bell.He is such a friendly and has a very pleasing personality.Also before i forget to mention the other guy who is Henry Hoffer who is also very pleasant to both of us.I thank both of them for a very smooth car buying experience that i would say none of the other car dealers can compare. I had the misfortune of dealing with Chris Bell and my experience was horrific. He does not know what customer service is and does not know how to speak to people with respect. Chris, believes that because he is a "Sales Manager" he has the power to be disrespectful, arrogant, and talk to people in a very degrading way. Please, if you have to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, which I wouldn't recommend either, please stay away from Chris. Ask to deal with a different Sales Manager. Chris needs a whole lot of training on customer service and a lot of help developing his people skills. No Sales Manager tells their customer that he "is the in the business of selling cars no matter what." It is quiet scary to deal with him, you know you cannot trust him and he will do whatever he can to sell a car, even if that means threatening you verbally and making you feel worthless as a customer. I had such an awesome experience here. I had already test drove the Optima at another dealership and totally had my heart set on this car but I was looking for a dealership with a with a better selection and drove the Optima at another dealership and totally had my heart set on this car but I was looking for a dealership with a with a better selection and I found it at Ourisman Kia in Chantilly. I was immediately greeted by Marcus Dos Santos who is friendly, energetic and eager to help...not just trying to make the sale. The dealership itself is clean and comfortable. Free donuts are always a good thing but Marcus even offered to order in if we were hungry. I was here with my dad who had purchased/leased 2 other cars within the last 4 months and he said that this dealership was a better experience than the last two he had been to. I was thrilled I had found such a fantastic car with everything i wanted for a great price. i even got double the amount for my trade in than was offered at another dealership. Unfortunately for me I arrived home only to find that I had left some important documents at the dealership and Marcus found them and FedEx overnighted them to me for Saturday delivery. Ourisman Kia in Chantilly sets the bar for what customer service should be when buying a car. More

Henry was sure to make me aware of any changes in fees or prices depending on availability and options. When presented with an increased price over a prior conversation he was more than willing to throw in extra "goodies" to help soften the price increase. For me, the most important takeaway I have about Henry, and to be honest every person I came in contact with at the dealership, both during and more importantly after the sale, was there friendliness and constant focus on my satisfaction. I purchased a new car from another dealership about 10 months ago and I can tell the difference between courtesy to make the sale and genuine caring about customer satisfaction. The first one forgot about me the second I signed the papers. This dealership has not. More

I looked in MD and VA and ended up at Ourisman in Chantilly. Not the most convenient with respect to where I live but I bought from them because they knew their stuff and didn't have an additional $ Chantilly. I went to Ourisman Chantilly KIA after looking at 2 other KIA dealerships. I started with internet sales and when I arrived Mr. Henry Hoffer assisted me with my test drive. He explained everything about the 2012 KIA Sorento (every button, knob, engine, etc.). After the test drive I made the decision to purchase my new vehicle there. I knew if I had any trouble whatsoever that Henry "Hank" would be there to help me. He even arranged for one of the employees to follow me home with my old vehicle since I didn't trade it in. Several days after my purchase I realized that I didn't get the cargo cover which was listed on the sticker. I called Henry and he said to stop in and he will put it in for me. I stopped today, he installed the cargo cover and got my car washed. I know I made the right decision with Ourisman Chantilly KIA and especially with Mr. Henry Hoffer. Susan Stuart More
