I had the misfortune of dealing with Chris Bell and my experience was horrific. He does not know what customer service is and does not know how to speak to people with respect. Chris, believes that becaus experience was horrific. He does not know what customer service is and does not know how to speak to people with respect. Chris, believes that because he is a "Sales Manager" he has the power to be disrespectful, arrogant, and talk to people in a very degrading way. Please, if you have to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, which I wouldn't recommend either, please stay away from Chris. Ask to deal with a different Sales Manager. Chris needs a whole lot of training on customer service and a lot of help developing his people skills. No Sales Manager tells their customer that he "is the in the business of selling cars no matter what." It is quiet scary to deal with him, you know you cannot trust him and he will do whatever he can to sell a car, even if that means threatening you verbally and making you feel worthless as a customer. I had such an awesome experience here. I had already test drove the Optima at another dealership and totally had my heart set on this car but I was looking for a dealership with a with a better selection and drove the Optima at another dealership and totally had my heart set on this car but I was looking for a dealership with a with a better selection and I found it at Ourisman Kia in Chantilly. I was immediately greeted by Marcus Dos Santos who is friendly, energetic and eager to help...not just trying to make the sale. The dealership itself is clean and comfortable. Free donuts are always a good thing but Marcus even offered to order in if we were hungry. I was here with my dad who had purchased/leased 2 other cars within the last 4 months and he said that this dealership was a better experience than the last two he had been to. I was thrilled I had found such a fantastic car with everything i wanted for a great price. i even got double the amount for my trade in than was offered at another dealership. Unfortunately for me I arrived home only to find that I had left some important documents at the dealership and Marcus found them and FedEx overnighted them to me for Saturday delivery. Ourisman Kia in Chantilly sets the bar for what customer service should be when buying a car. More

Henry was sure to make me aware of any changes in fees or prices depending on availability and options. When presented with an increased price over a prior conversation he was more than willing to throw in extra "goodies" to help soften the price increase. For me, the most important takeaway I have about Henry, and to be honest every person I came in contact with at the dealership, both during and more importantly after the sale, was there friendliness and constant focus on my satisfaction. I purchased a new car from another dealership about 10 months ago and I can tell the difference between courtesy to make the sale and genuine caring about customer satisfaction. The first one forgot about me the second I signed the papers. This dealership has not. More

I looked in MD and VA and ended up at Ourisman in Chantilly. Not the most convenient with respect to where I live but I bought from them because they knew their stuff and didn't have an additional $ Chantilly. I went to Ourisman Chantilly KIA after looking at 2 other KIA dealerships. I started with internet sales and when I arrived Mr. Henry Hoffer assisted me with my test drive. He explained everything about th KIA dealerships. I started with internet sales and when I arrived Mr. Henry Hoffer assisted me with my test drive. He explained everything about the 2012 KIA Sorento (every button, knob, engine, etc.). After the test drive I made the decision to purchase my new vehicle there. I knew if I had any trouble whatsoever that Henry "Hank" would be there to help me. He even arranged for one of the employees to follow me home with my old vehicle since I didn't trade it in. Several days after my purchase I realized that I didn't get the cargo cover which was listed on the sticker. I called Henry and he said to stop in and he will put it in for me. I stopped today, he installed the cargo cover and got my car washed. I know I made the right decision with Ourisman Chantilly KIA and especially with Mr. Henry Hoffer. Susan Stuart More
Outstanding purchase experience from beginning to end. Requested a quote for a Sportage via the Internet and received a response from Deborah within 30 minutes. I then had a few questions into exactly what the price quote entailed and she promptly responded, in addition to providing quotes to several other vehicles. On arrival at the dealership my daughter (co-purchaser) and I were greeted by Marcus and subsequently introduced to Deborah. We discussed the various cars for which I was quoted, and then Marcus took over the sales component and eagerly showed us the cars and options available. Following a test drive we settled on a vehicle. Price negotiations with Purcell went quickly and professionally, and following agreement on a trade in value we agreed a deal and signed a contract. Financing with Silvia went quite smooth as well. Entire process took approximately three hours which is pretty fast compared to past experiences. The entire staff was professional and very pleasant. Marcus was a tremendous help. He called me right away when there was a car he thought I'd like to take a look at. We arrived at the dealership pretty late for an appointment with Jeff Hoyt and Henry met us in the parking lot. He immediately showed us a vehicle while he went to find Jeff. Both sales associates returned in a few minutes and Jeff told us he was busy with another customer and asked if it would be ok for Henry to show us a few vehicles while he finished up with his other customer. Henry was very friendly and honest about the vehicles we looked at and made sure we drove every one that we were even remotely interested in. He compared the features of the Optima hybrid with the standard Optima and let us put one of each through the paces, urging us to really get a feel for each of them. We were pretty certain we wanted the hybrid but mentioned we had originally been interested in an SUV. Henry immediately took us to look at what Kia had to offer and after a few minutes we were certain that the Optima hybrid was the car we wanted. In a few short minutes he and Jeff had worked up pricing that we liked and soon afterwards we were signing the paperwork. Henry was truly a pleasure to work with and is I would definitely recommend both Henry and Jeff to anyone looking to buy a Kia. More
