This letter is to personally thank our salesman, Ben Braunstein, for the customer service we recently received over the course of our vehicle purchase. My husband George and I were shopping around for Braunstein, for the customer service we recently received over the course of our vehicle purchase. My husband George and I were shopping around for a new car. We came late in the evening on Monday May 7th and Ben was beyond patient with us. He asked what we were looking for and we test drove both the Optima SX and EX and he was very thorough with his explanation of the benefits of both vehicles as well as the benefits to the KIA brand. Having previously owned Nissan and Chevrolet vehicles, we were blown away by both safety and style in both Optimas. We were clear with what we were looking for and Ben didn’t waste our time. He was professional, courteous and respectful. We were in a time crunch to get back home to relieve our childcare provider and Ben made the most of our time. He even agreed to coming in the next day, Tuesday May 8th, on his day off, to accommodate our schedule so we could take a second look at the vehicles and discuss pricing options. We also looked around at other dearlerships and were seriously considering going with a Nissan Rogue. After Ben shared the high crash test and safety ratings as well as other performance benefits, we were sold on purchasing the KIA Optima EX/Turbo and just needed the price to be right. We drive a hard bargain and do not mess around. We knew what our trade in vehicle was worth as well as all other costs associated with the purchase and he diligently worked back and forth between his manager and us until we could come to an agreement on the numbers. We are enjoying the new car and wanted to ensure we took the time to thank Ben for his commitment and respect during the car buying process. Buying a car that our daughter will be safe in is a top priority and Ben ensured we were purchasing a vehicle that would provide us sound mind while on the road. We cannot speak highly enough of KIA so far and have shared our experience with friends on Facebook. We are confident that spreading the word will bring more business to your dealership through word of mouth. Thanks to Ben for making a painful process more enjoyable! Ourisman Kia is awesome! I've bought 2 new Kia's from them. The first was '12 Soul the second a '12 Forte Koup. I was unhappy with my Soul so Marcus got me interested in some Forte's, after being very pleased with this car I was afraid I would not be able to afford the new payment. Marcus and Purcell did everything in their power to get the price to something I was comfortable with, they even gave me extra on my trade in so I could have the same monthly payment as with my old Soul! These guys are great, I would recomend them to everyone and they have made a customer for life! If you are in the market for a new Kia you have to go to Ourisman Chantilly. Also their service dept. is very helpful and friendly too. Make sure to ask for Marcus!!! More
After seeing the add online for a used Honda Accord I contacted the dealership and went to look at the car. Well I went into this dealership looking for one car in particular and drove 3 different cars. I would have to say that is good sales since I left with a 2 door koup and wanted a 4 door sedan or SUV. I always said I would not get a 2 door car but here I am with one for the next million years. Patrick was great very patient with my craziness and my mom as well. He answered all questions I had and I woul tell anyone looking for a Kia to go there and see him. Chris of course was great because he bought Pizza lol. He also was very helpful and fun to interact with. Altman was extremely professional and very helpful with explain each detail down to drawing them out for me.... He also got me the warranty that last 10 years bumper to bumper for the same payment I wanted to be around.... So far I like the car and I am starting to love it just trying to get used to sitting on the ground. The color though is my favortie..... The only thing bad I can say about this dealership was the price I looked up different dealerships and feel that I should have gotten a bit of a better deal for the new car since the listing online are lower and the interest rate I got was high when my buddy has a kia and got 1.9% and I got 5.9% .... No matter what I will definetly go back there I will just be ready for them.... More
As soon as I set foot at ourisman Kia I knew I had came to the right place. The Dealership had an array of cars and options on display which had the KIA with it all. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the sales manager Christopher Bell "Chris " Who is a awesome and approachable gentleman, who shook my hand and introduced me to a one of the most honest, calm and nicest salesman I have ever met by the name of David Kim. David took the time to show me all the KIA Optima had to offer and took the test drive that had me Sold. I brought a trade in that Chris worked with me on and gave me an awesome offer I couldn’t refuse and showed me the respect and courtesy and professionalism that made my experience wonderful. To wrap up my experience Chris and David introduced me to another awesome person of the Ourisman KIA family the Finance manager Shannie Hickok. Shannie laid it all out for me with the numbers and the paper work, gave the options for my KIA to protect it for the long road ahead. Shannie gave me the financial tools and options to purchase my new KIA in such a stress free manner and answered my array of questions with patience and consideration and gave me the piece of mind that put me at ease. I couldn’t be happier with Ourisman KIA. The Staff that I dealt with where top notch and Great people, and I am happy to say that I purchased a vehicle at ourisman KIA. I recommend this Dealership to anyone who wants one of the best Vehicles on the market that offer exceptional value and options. Dealing with Jeff Hoyt, I felt more like I was dealing with customer service than sales. This is a very good thing. After initially sending a late night email about the car I was interested in, I go with customer service than sales. This is a very good thing. After initially sending a late night email about the car I was interested in, I got a quick response the next morning. Unfortunately, that same morning was the beginning of a few days of chaos at work, and it took me a couple of days to get back to Jeff. During that time, I received a couple of friendly, non-pressuring follow up emails - not ten disruptive phone calls a day like some other dealers I dealt with. When I finally did try to call Jeff back, he was gone for the day - whichwas totally fair, given that it was 9:00 at night - but Chris Bell insisted that I text him. Given how late it was, I wasn't thrilled about disturbing Jeff, but I emphasized in my text that he could call me at his convenience - tomorrow would be fine. My phone rang about 5 minutes later. He answered my questions and even pulled up some information for me from home. The next day when I went to see him and test drive the car, he had it pulled up to the front and ready for me to go. I got lost on the way, so I didn't get there until about 1:00, and I mentioned that I had another appointment nearby at 2:00. Jeff was VERY respectful of my time and made sure I got my trade-in appraised, got my test drive done, and did a quick numbers chat with me before getting me out the door on time. We didn't get far enough into the negotiation process for me to comment on price. This was no fault of Jeff's. I simply decided on another car. However, from the time I did spend with him, I feel like the restof the process would have been as easy and hassle-free. More
