As soon as I set foot at ourisman Kia I knew I had came to the right place. The Dealership had an array of cars and options on display which had the KIA with it all. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the sales manager Christopher Bell "Chris " Who is a awesome and approachable gentleman, who shook my hand and introduced me to a one of the most honest, calm and nicest salesman I have ever met by the name of David Kim. David took the time to show me all the KIA Optima had to offer and took the test drive that had me Sold. I brought a trade in that Chris worked with me on and gave me an awesome offer I couldn’t refuse and showed me the respect and courtesy and professionalism that made my experience wonderful. To wrap up my experience Chris and David introduced me to another awesome person of the Ourisman KIA family the Finance manager Shannie Hickok. Shannie laid it all out for me with the numbers and the paper work, gave the options for my KIA to protect it for the long road ahead. Shannie gave me the financial tools and options to purchase my new KIA in such a stress free manner and answered my array of questions with patience and consideration and gave me the piece of mind that put me at ease. I couldn’t be happier with Ourisman KIA. The Staff that I dealt with where top notch and Great people, and I am happy to say that I purchased a vehicle at ourisman KIA. I recommend this Dealership to anyone who wants one of the best Vehicles on the market that offer exceptional value and options. Dealing with Jeff Hoyt, I felt more like I was dealing with customer service than sales. This is a very good thing. After initially sending a late night email about the car I was interested in, I go with customer service than sales. This is a very good thing. After initially sending a late night email about the car I was interested in, I got a quick response the next morning. Unfortunately, that same morning was the beginning of a few days of chaos at work, and it took me a couple of days to get back to Jeff. During that time, I received a couple of friendly, non-pressuring follow up emails - not ten disruptive phone calls a day like some other dealers I dealt with. When I finally did try to call Jeff back, he was gone for the day - whichwas totally fair, given that it was 9:00 at night - but Chris Bell insisted that I text him. Given how late it was, I wasn't thrilled about disturbing Jeff, but I emphasized in my text that he could call me at his convenience - tomorrow would be fine. My phone rang about 5 minutes later. He answered my questions and even pulled up some information for me from home. The next day when I went to see him and test drive the car, he had it pulled up to the front and ready for me to go. I got lost on the way, so I didn't get there until about 1:00, and I mentioned that I had another appointment nearby at 2:00. Jeff was VERY respectful of my time and made sure I got my trade-in appraised, got my test drive done, and did a quick numbers chat with me before getting me out the door on time. We didn't get far enough into the negotiation process for me to comment on price. This was no fault of Jeff's. I simply decided on another car. However, from the time I did spend with him, I feel like the restof the process would have been as easy and hassle-free. More
Ryan Car was knowledgeable, accommodating and polite at all times, nothing was too much trouble to do. He is responsive and sensitive to his customer's needs and I would recommend that he able to undertake all times, nothing was too much trouble to do. My wife and I visited the Ourisman Chantilly Toyota on 22 April 2012, to look at mini-vans. We requested to work with Mr. Jeff Cover as we usually do, and in the process of looking at mini-vans, Jeff asked April 2012, to look at mini-vans. We requested to work with Mr. Jeff Cover as we usually do, and in the process of looking at mini-vans, Jeff asked if we had considered Kia vehicles of this type, such as the Sedona. We hadn't up 'til that point, but decided to go over and see some. After driving one of the available vehicles, we decided to purchase a used Sedona, and were introduced to Mr. Chris Bell. To sum up the visit, Jeff and Chris took excellent care of us, and the entire process was professional, efficient, and friendly. This was our 5th vehicle purchase through Ourisman, and we now know that KIA is also an option for cars when we need to make a purchase. I think that makes us part of the Ourisman family! I want to particularly single out Chris Bell, for his friendliness, his personable demeanor, and his outgoing personality. At no time did we feel pressured, as a matter of fact everybody went out of their way to make us comfortable. Please be very cautious when visiting this dealership. During the selling/buying process everyone is very nice to you, and will do "everything they can to get you the best deal in town". Everything changes though once you are in the finance office. Very few places nowadays treat you as disrespect as Ourisman Kia does. I thought I was in good hands because it was the General Manager who had worked with me in getting a "great deal". Come to find out I was better off just having dealt with a Sales Manager instead of the GM. You would think that the GM is the one that sets the example for everyone to follow but in this case, you are treated better by the employees than the GM. Billy told me he had spoken to Kia and we were set on a loan with terms that we both agreed to. I signed all the papers and contract needed, only to find out 3 days that Mr. Brown had never spoken to the bank prior to offering the loan with the terms we had discussed. Mr. Brown had all the information needed from me and knew ahead of time that the bank might not agree with the loan he offered but he still went ahead and made me believe that everything was great when it really wasn't. When speaking to Mr. Brown over the phone and through email you are treated just as disrespectful as you are in person. He writes in his email in ALL CAPS, which is very rude and only wants to make you believe that everything he did was with "good intentions". Please do not deal with him if you happen to visit this dealership. Perhaps I was treated disrespectfully and deceived because I am a young female but that is no excuse for this type of customer service from the GENERAL MANAGER. More
We originally stopped by on Saturday for our scheduled oil change on our '07 Kia Rondo (55k miles and still running like a champ) While there we decided to test drive a '12 Kia Sportage. And subsequently traded the Rondo and another car for it. Henry was AWESOME! Answered all our questions with ease. Was able to show us the car on the lot with all the features we needed. He even let us take the car overnight for a test drive, to get a true feel for the vehicle! Everyone there is great. From the service department (thank you Sean, You Da Man!) to the sales team (Henry), and the finance department (Silvia) Couldn't have asked for a better experience, except maybe a little more for our trade, but the market is what the market is. John was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about the KIA Sorento SX I was looking at. He was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and let me know what was available in inventory. Later in the week when I made it up to the dealership John was with a customer at the time I arrived, so Henry Hoffer ended up helping me out. However John also stepped in to help once he was free. John and Henry worked very well together and did a spectacular job making sure that all of my questions were answered and I was taken care of while purchasing my vehicle. Henry Hoffer: Since John Colville was tied up with a customer at the time I arrived the dealership Henry stepped in to help. He was able to set me up for a test drive and answer all of my questions about the KIA Sorento SX, pricing and the purchasing process. He was patient with me as I thought things through and was extremely friendly as I made some important decisions about what I wanted to do with my potential trade-in, what color vehicle I wanted and what option packages were right for me. It was a pleasure working with him and at no time did I feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had. In the past I have had a few negative car buying experiences (even with KIA) and Henry's straight forward attitude and honesty was a breath of fresh air. I would certainly consider working with him again in the future. Altman Tsang: Altman was extremely pleasant to work with and by far the most patient finance person I have ever worked with in the auto purchasing industry. Due to several very negative past experiences I have always been extremely untrusting of finance managers at dealerships. Altman quickly established himself as someone I could trust and was willing to take the time to explain everything to me and answer every question I had no matter how trivial my concern. He was a real pleasure to work with and explained everything to me at each step in the process. Again, I never felt pressured and was able to make my way through the process at my own pace. Altman was extremely professional, accommodating and easy to work with. From start to finish my experience at Ourisman KIA was a pleasant one. This certainly is not what I expected and something I will remember in recommending the dealership to friends and when I need to make my next car purchase. This certainly ranks as the best overall experience I have had at a dealership. Thanks again for the stellar team and exceptional service. More
