This is a fantastic dealership that provided me and my dad with a great sales experience. Stevie Knapik was a great sales consultant and helped us pick the right car for me. I also got help from the sales manager, Purcell Johnson who led me over to service where Adam was very helpful in making my service appointment. Went in to test drive a Optima EX. They didn't have any in stock and I was going to leave. They showed me the SX. I was hesitant at first but after looking it over I decided to test drive it. I enjoyed it in stock and I was going to leave. They showed me the SX. I was hesitant at first but after looking it over I decided to test drive it. I enjoyed it and decided to get my truck appraised. They appraised it, on the lower end of what I felt was fair trade value, but worked with me to get closer to fair value. I felt that the financing department was more then willing to work with me and understanding of what I wanted and how to get it so they wouldn't lose the sale. I was close to leaving twice however, once because the individual I had delt with was not in on the day I told him I would come in and after the fact they didnt have the car I came in for. In the end, they were a no hassle, up front, and manageable dealer. Chris Bell is by far the best individual I have delt with in the auto management community. He actually gave a crap about the satisfaction of the customer and not the dollar signs we represented to the dealer. That fact alone will make me drive the hour from Fredericksburg again if I want service or to purchase another Kia. More

We purchased a new Optima this past weekend from Ourisman Kia in Chantilly. We had previously been in several months ago looking at cars so asked for the salesman who helped us last time, Terrence Smith. Un Kia in Chantilly. He introduced us to Marcus Dos Santos, who helped us. Terrence remembered us from before, which really impressed me since we didn't buy a car last time. Marcus was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone who helped us was very nice and all seemed to genuinely enjoy working at Ourisman Kia. No one was pushy, they really wanted to help us find the perfect car. Although we purchased, we were interested in leasing info and Dorelba Estrada explained the difference between leasing and purchasing and was very helpful in steering us to the best option for us. We could not be happier with our experience at Ourisman Kia. If all dealerships and employees were like Ourisman, car dealers would have a much better reputation. Ourisman Kia and their employees should be the model for all other dealers to follow. More
When I walked into Ourisman Chantilly Kia, I was interested in a compact SUV but was soon drawn to the appeal of the Optima. Jimmy Stanford was very friendly and patient in showing me the different models of each, and he carefully explained the various features and trade-offs between each model and trim level. He spent a good chunk of his day letting me test many different models of both the Sportage and Optima, and helped me to find the look and feel of a vehicle that I really wanted and that had all the features that were important to me. When I decided on an Optima with just the right color and all the features I wanted, Purcell Johnson did everything in his power to make sure he could give me a financing deal within my budget. Jimmy, Purcell, and the entire team at Ourisman worked together, and after hours, to ensure I was able to drive away in a special vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful during the entire process and I look forward to working with them again. More

Ben was great, attentive, helpful, conviced and super friendly. I never thought i was going to buy the car from Kia because i wanted to see other options so i told Ben about it but he did an oustanding j friendly. During my visit, I also dealt with Marcus Dos Santos and Chris Bell who were equally as professional and interested in what I had to say. This was NOT the case with the three previous dealerships that I visited. This letter is to personally thank our salesman, Ben Braunstein, for the customer service we recently received over the course of our vehicle purchase. My husband George and I were shopping around for Braunstein, for the customer service we recently received over the course of our vehicle purchase. My husband George and I were shopping around for a new car. We came late in the evening on Monday May 7th and Ben was beyond patient with us. He asked what we were looking for and we test drove both the Optima SX and EX and he was very thorough with his explanation of the benefits of both vehicles as well as the benefits to the KIA brand. Having previously owned Nissan and Chevrolet vehicles, we were blown away by both safety and style in both Optimas. We were clear with what we were looking for and Ben didn’t waste our time. He was professional, courteous and respectful. We were in a time crunch to get back home to relieve our childcare provider and Ben made the most of our time. He even agreed to coming in the next day, Tuesday May 8th, on his day off, to accommodate our schedule so we could take a second look at the vehicles and discuss pricing options. We also looked around at other dearlerships and were seriously considering going with a Nissan Rogue. After Ben shared the high crash test and safety ratings as well as other performance benefits, we were sold on purchasing the KIA Optima EX/Turbo and just needed the price to be right. We drive a hard bargain and do not mess around. We knew what our trade in vehicle was worth as well as all other costs associated with the purchase and he diligently worked back and forth between his manager and us until we could come to an agreement on the numbers. We are enjoying the new car and wanted to ensure we took the time to thank Ben for his commitment and respect during the car buying process. Buying a car that our daughter will be safe in is a top priority and Ben ensured we were purchasing a vehicle that would provide us sound mind while on the road. We cannot speak highly enough of KIA so far and have shared our experience with friends on Facebook.
