Due to a car accident I found myself in the need for either a new or used car. After visiting with several other dealerships, I made my way to Ourisman Chantilly Kia in the afternoon. I had originally spoken with Jeff Hoyt on the phone, but he was busy assisting other customers when I arrived at the dealership. He still took the time to introduce himself and to introduce Henry Hoffer who would be helping me out. I briefly described what I was looking for to Henry and within minutes we were on our way to check out a car on the lot and to take it for a test drive. Henry was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, the recommended services, intervals, fuels, etc, etc. This instilled some confidence in me that I was at the right place, because another Kia dealership I visited earlier in the day were essentially clueless in comparison. After a very good test drive, Henry and I began to work out a deal. He understood the situation I was in and was willing to work hard to make me happy. I feel he did just that. We came to an agreement on a deal, and that was that. Overall, the process that I was dreading turned into one of the most painless car buying experiences of my life. I'm still shocked at how easy and quick people who know what they're talking about, and know what they're doing can make the process. If ever in the market for another Kia after this one, I wouldn't have any reservations about returning to work with either Henry or Jeff. More

We never had even a second of buyers remorse (which is totally normal after a large purchase like this). I know we got the best deal out there. No questions! Hank was patient, and very accommodating. Today we purchased our second car (my car) from Ourisman Chantilly Kia (the first car was for my husband). So far our experiences has been great. They definetly had to work for the sale, since in both instances we walked into the dealership not really knowing what we wanted, only a price limit in mind. My husband and I have purchased past vehicles from other dealers in this autopark and the service at Kia has been by far, the best. We have already taken advantage of the service department for an aftermarket installation of leather seating and navigation system for my husband's car and they did a great job. Went in to test drive a Optima EX. They didn't have any in stock and I was going to leave. They showed me the SX. I was hesitant at first but after looking it over I decided to test drive it. I enjoyed it and decided to get my truck appraised. They appraised it, on the lower end of what I felt was fair trade value, but worked with me to get closer to fair value. I felt that the financing department was more then willing to work with me and understanding of what I wanted and how to get it so they wouldn't lose the sale. I was close to leaving twice however, once because the individual I had delt with was not in on the day I told him I would come in and after the fact they didnt have the car I came in for. In the end, they were a no hassle, up front, and manageable dealer. Chris Bell is by far the best individual I have delt with in the auto management community. He actually gave a crap about the satisfaction of the customer and not the dollar signs we represented to the dealer. That fact alone will make me drive the hour from Fredericksburg again if I want service or to purchase another Kia. More
