I will write two reviews - one for dealing with Purcell and the other for dealing with Jimmy. This review is in regards to ONLY Purcell. There are two words to describe him - rude and arrogant. The first time I met him, I was only there to window shop. I stated multiple times I am not there to buy, but he kept on forcing the issue to buy that day and to try to seal the deal. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt on this visit because I had the impression he was just trying to do his job. So fast forward to the other day when I went to the dealer with the sole intention of just talking to the sale rep - Jimmy. I had a quote from another dealer and I wanted to see if I can get Ourisman to match it because I liked working with Jimmy. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Purcell again. Purcell wasn't willing to match it or even provide a reasonable offer. When I stated the color I wanted, he kept on pushing a different color (cause the color I wanted wasn't in their lot). When my mom wanted to talk to Jimmy, Purcell told her not to talk to the sale rep. Excuse me!! Last I checked this was a free country. You don't tell someone not to talk to someone else just because you feel like you have the power. Needless to say, I ended up not dealing with Ourisman of Chantilly simply because of Purcell. I purchased my car from a different dealer. Ourisman, or should I say Purcell, lost their chance at gaining a customer,because we were going to buy a car this weekend. More
The team of Chris and Marcus were truly professional. I had no intentions of buying a new car (KIA owner since 2003) and was only getting my service on my AMANTI. I had spoken with Marcus previously about the replacement of the AMANTI and we talk once again today. Marcus was very upfront and spoke with passion about the product. Chris got pulled in and he showed the same passion about the product and his willingnest to work with me was nothing short of outstanding. The overall visit was clean and seamless in terms of treatment. Eeven the two twin brothers who provided assistance in transferring me from my old car were top notch. I first met Henry through email after using a car buying service to determine what car I wanted and the price I should expect to pay. Via email Henry contacted me within minutes of my online query with Oursiman Chantilly Kia. Henry struck a nice balance with me immediately; he was not pushy but he was ready to work with me on my schedule. I truly appreciated his flexibility given my work schedule and the balancing act I must perform daily to support the buddy musical and sport talents of an eleven year old son. I met Henry face to face four days later and after the brief email exchange and a quick phone conversation Henry had three cars ready for me to review and consider for purchase. I was impressed, no walking the line of cars in the heat. Henry offered me relaxation, water, and a pressure free environment. Henry asked what my most important criteria were for a new car and after sharing this information, Henry narrowed my search options down quickly. I hate buying cars and I don't do it often. But when I do decide to purchase a car, I want the process to move quickly and painlessly. Why can't the car buying experience be more like buying a loaf of bread. To help my experience along, Henry kept the activities of reviewing options versus my wallet and needs versus desire in check. We then moved onto the test drive and Henry was very relaxed, we chatted and grilled him with questions and he was always on top of his game to be helpful. I made my decision and Henry quickly pulled the deal together and walked me through the process so I could drive home that evening in my Kia Sorento. Henry was open to negotiations and helping me get the best price. I believe I received a GREAT price for my Kia Sorento from Oursiman Chantilly. After the price was settled Emmad helped with the financing and options to consider. Emmad was informative and quick with his presentation. We felt no pressure to select options we didn't want. Henry and Josh helped me move my belongs from my old car to my new car and reviewed all the features of my new car before I left the dealership. Since my car purchase, I have seen or heard from Henry everyday. He's always friendly and helpful. He continues to treat me with respect and consideration even though the purchase part of our relationship is over. He truly seems to want to know if I'm happy with my purchase. He truly seems to want to help me if I have questions or concerns about my purchase. Henry has put the concept and execution of "service" back into customer service. I found everyone at Ourisman Chantilly to be friendly and helpful. I've returned to the dealership to drop items off from my old car and to obtain a few items for my new car. It's like coming home, I'm greeted at the door with smiles and helpful attitudes. I recommend Henry to you if you're in the market for a new car. The experience was great! This is the third car I have purchased in 12 months. The first car I bought was sold to me by Henry Hoffer. The second was sold to me by Terrence Smith. The third was a team effort by Henry, Terrence and Billy Brown. We traded in the first used car we bought and got my wife into a new car. They were able to get me out of the trade in with zero negative equity and my payment went down by $10 a month! They were also able to get me the Gap Insurance back from the first car we bought and I didn't have to put any money down! For my wife and I, the experience was fantastic! We have established a great working relationship with KIA Ourisman and will refer everyone I can that is in the market for a new/used car. Besides feeling like I walked away with a great deal financially, the customer service was outstanding! I felt as if I was their only client that day! They worked extremely hard to ensure I was fully satisfied and taken care of throughout the process! More

Purcell Johnson spared no expense in achieving the deal we were looking for. He treated us fairly and promptly and not only was he looking out to complete the deal but that his staff was prompt and courteo we were looking for. From the moment we stepped out of our car, we were welcomed in a friendly manor. They were both very helpful and friendly - and they graciously drove with us over to their "sister-dealership" to let us compare another company's model. That really helped us to know that the KIA was the car for us. Our financing was a bit complicated but Altman, Purcell, and David encouraged us that they would do their best to get a deal that would work for all of us -- and they did! All said, we are thrilled that they were able to get us into the car we wanted and we would highly recommend this dealership and all they did for us! More
Henry was great at helping us find our new Sorento.
