John Colville came out of the service department to greet my son and me when we first came to look at cars. He began to enthusiastically describe the Optima and took us inside and introduced us to Henry Hof my son and me when we first came to look at cars. John's greeting made us feel welcome from the start and initiated our excitement about the Optima. He also checked in with Henry to see how we were doing and to say good-bye before he left work that day. Henry Hoffer was the most polite, knowledgable, and enthusiastic car salesman I've ever met. He showed us the Optima Hybrid back to front, demonstrating all of its features with the confidence of a person who knows the product very well. After our test drive, Henry went with us to test drive the Camry and the Prius and ensured that we drove fully loaded cars so we would be comparing apples to apples. Henry distinguished the various features of the cars while we were driving which I found very helpful. I never felt pressured by Henry which I think is exceptional in a car salesman. This was true even when I told him I needed time to think about the purchase. Henry continued to assist me throughout the entire process of leasing the car which again, sets him apart from salesman I've dealt with in the past and during my current search for a new car. Chris Bell was very professional and worked with me to find lease terms that I would be comfortable with. He never made me feel pressured and was very patient when I asked questions or wanted to review the options again. Chris provided figures to me confidently and quickly. I also liked the collegial relationship he appears to have with Henry and Altman. The team worked well together and I have no doubt Chris' leadership is the reason for that. Altman Tsang guided me through the paperwork smoothly and competently. He helped me focus on the important aspects of each document and throroughly knew all of the details of his job. Altman was very pleasant to work with and I appreciated his expertise. Overall, I would buy again from this team and look forward to seeing them when I bring my car in for service. More
We were very pleased with our experience, Ben was very knowledgeble and helpful and made us feel very comfortable, Altman was wonderful at helping us with our financing with our past credit issues and exp knowledgeble and helpful and made us feel very comfortable, Altman was wonderful at helping us with our financing with our past credit issues and explanining everything to us and doing all he could do to help us, he went above and beyond, so do Ben. We went to this dealership on a whim after having a negative experience at another, non-Kia dealership. My wife and I were shopping around for a new vehicle. We hadn't even considered a KIA but since the dealership was right there we stopped in. As we were walking the lot I saw a salesperson approaching us a hadn't even considered a KIA but since the dealership was right there we stopped in. As we were walking the lot I saw a salesperson approaching us and started to prepare myself for the hardpress. To my surprise it was just the opposite. John introduced himself to us and asked us what we were looking for. I told him we were just looking, not buying, and he said that was fine, to just let him know if we had any questions. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the manufacturer. We took a Sorento for a test drive and then left and took several other makes for test drives. In the end we found both the Sorento, John, and Ourisman KIA to be the best. All the way from what the vehicle had to offer to the pleasant dealings we had with John. More

I have always been skeptical of buying cars from dealerships... but this was FANTASTIC! They were SUPER friendly, helpful, and extremely explanatory. Ben thoroughly explained everything and even introduced me to the service department manager... which is the FIRST TIME ever anyone has done that. He wanted me to be completely familiar with the property and the employees so that I feel comfortable every time I come in. Who does that? They explained their policies and procedures which will only help me keep this car as long as possible! I feel completely happy and secure with my purchase. Happy to be a Kia owner now looking forward to a great relationship with this dealership! (Ben needs a raise haha) Ohhh... and the Store manager (first guy to say hello to me...) was also great! This dealership has a LOT of great employees! More

He was so pleanst, informtive and very patience with me. I reservced a new KIA Forte that day with Harris and returned Sat 8/4/12 to do the financing. Billy Brown & Christopher Bell were so supportive thru the entire financing steps, and it showed how much they deeply care about the customers @ Ourisman Chantilly KIA. Silvia Aviles did all the paperwork, and although I was very nervous; she had such a strong wonderful personality, and made my experience enjoyable. 5STAR Group @ Ourisman Chantilly KIA, you should be very grateful for such 5 STAR employees Sinclerly, Ruby Marlene Davidson (Marty) LOVE LOVE LOVE my car. I will write two reviews - one for dealing with Purcell and the other for dealing with Jimmy. This review is in regards to ONLY Purcell. There are two words to describe him - rude and arrogant. The first time I met him, I was only there to window shop. I stated multiple times I am not there to buy, but he kept on forcing the issue to buy that day and to try to seal the deal. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt on this visit because I had the impression he was just trying to do his job. So fast forward to the other day when I went to the dealer with the sole intention of just talking to the sale rep - Jimmy. I had a quote from another dealer and I wanted to see if I can get Ourisman to match it because I liked working with Jimmy. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Purcell again. Purcell wasn't willing to match it or even provide a reasonable offer. When I stated the color I wanted, he kept on pushing a different color (cause the color I wanted wasn't in their lot). When my mom wanted to talk to Jimmy, Purcell told her not to talk to the sale rep. Excuse me!! Last I checked this was a free country. You don't tell someone not to talk to someone else just because you feel like you have the power. Needless to say, I ended up not dealing with Ourisman of Chantilly simply because of Purcell. I purchased my car from a different dealer. Ourisman, or should I say Purcell, lost their chance at gaining a customer,because we were going to buy a car this weekend. More
