Ourisman Chantilly Kia responded

While I was talking to the customer explaining why I could not honor there offer of $21,500 otd which was there respected budget the customer was texting and I ( Purcell Johnson ) asked them a simple question since the customer kept asking me to repeat myself. I asked him was he not listen. The customer is trying to bash my character because the company is unwilling to honor there unrealistic request.

At least the Sales representative here in this case (Mr Purcell) is honest enough to accept his way of dealing with customers. Thanks for the "enriching" experience. I cannot imagine a customer being asked "Were you not listening?" My question to Ourisman and Kia is "Is the customer not supposed to ask for a better explanation of the pricing details?" Is it so difficult to honor a simple request like "explaining the pricing details?" We all need to have more patience and respect for each other. We were 4 people who came to look at the Kia Optima. And we all had similar opinion. At the same time I had great opinion about the other person who pulled the car out from the back lot to show us (Mr. Nickolaus). My only feedback as a potential customer would be "Intimidating a customer will NEVER result in a sale!!" And I do hope that this feedback is taken constructively.
