Ben is the reason I bought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was very friendly and upfront with me about the vehicle. However.... the finance officer lost my money for my trade in- and 2 visits later someon He was very friendly and upfront with me about the vehicle. However.... the finance officer lost my money for my trade in- and 2 visits later someone else found it at the Toyota dealership- he never offered an apology. AND someone in service actually hit something with the Jeep so, I drove it home damaged and had to come back AGAIN for repairs- which they graciously did (mostly). But I have filed complaints against them for price gouging for routine maintenance. Buyer Beware! More
