Ben is the reason I bought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was very friendly and upfront with me about the vehicle. However.... the finance officer lost my money for my trade in- and 2 visits later someon He was very friendly and upfront with me about the vehicle. However.... the finance officer lost my money for my trade in- and 2 visits later someone else found it at the Toyota dealership- he never offered an apology. AND someone in service actually hit something with the Jeep so, I drove it home damaged and had to come back AGAIN for repairs- which they graciously did (mostly). But I have filed complaints against them for price gouging for routine maintenance. Buyer Beware! More

Very knowledgeable and patient as we asked repetitive questions, he dialed us into exactly what we were looking for, not a Hybrid, but a loaded Optima SXL. We spent a bit more than anticipated on a third car, but could not be happier with the vehicle, staff and overall experience! Once the decision was made, we had the paperwork and delivery complete within 1/2 hour. Best car experience by far. More

We had 2 visits to this dealer and both the times we were depressed by the attitude of Mr. Purcell Johnson. The attitude is really sad for a dealer salesperson. A question like "Were you not listening?" is depressed by the attitude of Mr. Purcell Johnson. The attitude is really sad for a dealer salesperson. The sales representative needs to be more calm and respectful of a customer. I will make sure that all my colleagues and friends I know are made aware of this person and the dealership where he works. I will definitely buy a new Kia Optima this Christmas. But it will definitely not be at this Dealership. More
