I have to say, buying our new Sorento at Ourisman Kia Chantilly was THE best car buying experience we have had in years.....or ever. Henry, Chris and Altman really worked as a team to ensure they delivered the best customer service possible. My husband and I left their lot in a brand new amazing car while feeling we truly got a great deal. We were so impressed by their customer service, I am actually driving my mom down from Gaithersburg tomorrow morning to purchase an Optima from Henry (we will be passing 4-5 other dealerships on the way, but the outstanding customer service is well worth the extra drive). We recommend Ourisman Chantilly to anyone in the DC Metro area thinking about a Kia purchase in the near future! More

When I went into the Ourisman Chantilly Kia dealership, I already knew that I loved the look of the 2012 Kia Optima, but I didn't know many details about the car and wasn't sure if it was the best fit for wh already knew that I loved the look of the 2012 Kia Optima, but I didn't know many details about the car and wasn't sure if it was the best fit for what I was looking for in a vehicle. Car salesman, Terrence, helped me to fall in love with the Optima even more! He was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the Optima, including the hands free phone system, the eco-friendly driving setting, and the great gas mileage. Terrence was very professional and allowed me the time I needed to take the car for a test drive, to look over all of the paperwork, and to make a decision on whether the Optima was the best fit for me. My Saturday morning ended with a purchase of a beautiful new 2012 black Kia Optima =) Each time I go to the dealership for warranty-maintenance, I am always greeted with a pleasant employee and if Terrence is around, he is always sure to ask how everything is going with my gorgeous vehicle. If you're looking for excellent customer service, professionalism, and are interested in learning more about any Kia vehicle, I would definitely recommend going to the Ourisman Chantilly Kia at Auto Park and ask for Terrence! I was faced with the need to buy a vehicle in a very short period of time. Henry Hoffer greeted us at Ourisman Kia in a very friendly, non-pushy manner and gave us space to look at the cars on the lot short period of time. When we were ready to ask questions and test drive a couple of models, he clearly explained the differences between the models and pointed out the features of each car in an informative, non-pushy manner - which was MUCH appreciated. I dislike the car buying process and with all the information out there, I just wanted their best bottom-line offer on which to base my decision. He followed up with me as he said he would with detailed pricing information. I was unable to get back to the dealership to take advantage of their sale before it ended, and Henry was able to hold the sales price until the weekend. That was a first for me. While the offer made was very good, it was not the out-the-door price so I did end up spending more than I had intended. Overall though, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Henry Hoffer to anyone interested in a Kia. He knows the product very well, and he is a friendly, no-pressure salesman. He was sensitive to the car-buying process from the buyer's side and gave my husband and me space to talk through what we wanted to do in privacy, but stayed close enough to be able to answer additional questions as they arose immediately. The dealership was busy, but Henry made us feel as if our business was important and remained attentitve to us for the entire time we were there. I felt he went the extra mile for me. I first inquired about KIA via the internet and received a response from the Internet Salesman, Jeff Hoyt, within 12 hours. When it was time for me to come into the dealership to actually test drive the car I was interested in, he informed me that he would not be in but I should speak with Henry Hoffer. Jeff assured me that he was his good friend and would take very good care of me. When i arrived at the dealership Henry greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. He pulled the car I picked out around and started to go over the various features of the Optima SXL. His knowledge of all the features was truely astounding. I have bought many cars and never have I had a salesman know his product so well. In addition he doesn't just know the product, he loves it. It is very reassuring for the salesman to speak so highly of his product and with such enthusiasm. My husband and I only bought our car on Thursday, but on Friday I was already recommending him to someone at work. Henry has definately earned a customer for life. Thank you, Henry and good luck! First we thoght we wanted a Rio but Marcus felt the Forte was a better fit for our lifestyle. He was on target. Also we got an awesome rebate who could ask for more. This car has got amazing bang for the buck. Warranty rocks and this dealership has its act together. Altman Tsang you are the Finance Guru. Altman whipped those figures and paperwork together like the pro he is. In no time we were out the door with our new car. If you are looking for a Kia go see these guys no pressure no pushing just sell an amazing product. We still cannot believe how much this vehicle has which is standard.
