My experience with Ourisman Kia was exceptional. I was treated well from sales, to finance, parts, and service. Each person I met seemed genuinely interested in not only my potential purchase of a vehicl treated well from sales, to finance, parts, and service. Each person I met seemed genuinely interested in not only my potential purchase of a vehicle, but making sure I was satisfied and served well throughout my transaction, and ownership of the used vehicle I was going to purchase (2010 Grabber Blue Mustang!). I have dealt with a number of sales people in my life, and used to be one. For that reason alone I came to leave a review, as my experience with Henry Hoffer, and the sales manager Chris Bell, was exceptional. I was under no pressure to purchase, I was given straight answers to my questions, and I believe they went the extra mile to not only get me as a customer, but keep me happy after the purchase. In 20+ years of buying vehicles, I would say working with these two men ranks as a top five experience. One benefit I have noticed about working with Ourisman is access to a number of vehicles through one salesperson. I would highly recommend Henry, as his commitment to serving me well, with kindness and a low-key approach, is the reason I bought the vehicle I did, and would recommend him, and the dealership, to anyone who asked. Ourisman Kia and its sales force have a very casual and friendly attitude towards informing potential customers about their product. There is no pressure to get you to the negotiating table and no pesteri friendly attitude towards informing potential customers about their product. Ben Braunstein, our sales person, was very knowledgeable of the product, and in the rare instance when he didn't know an answer, he said so and got it for us. No making things up to push for a sale. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Ourisman Kia, and my guess is that there will be a third. More

I'm giving an outstanding rating for my experience at Ourisman Kia because simply they earned it. From the first day that i came in to get some information on the new Optima to the day I finalized my pur Ourisman Kia because simply they earned it. From the first day that i came in to get some information on the new Optima to the day I finalized my purchase, Heny Hoffer my sales consultant was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgable about the car. He answered all my questions about the different trim lines, safety, performance and technology. He also was extremely knowledgeable about all the other cars and manufacturers that I had questions about. After answering my questions he continued to make feel appreciated and comfortable. After having my trade in evaluated and looking at the pricing that they offered me there was absolutley no pressure ever applied trying to force me to make a quick decision. Henry introduced me to his boss Billy who also is very professional and polite and was a pleasure to deal with. They let me take the car for an extended test drive so I could make sure that it was the right vehicle for me. Upon returning we finalized the paperwork with Bryan in finance. He also was very professional and answered all my questions I had. Henry and the rest of the staff at Ourisman Kia exceeded my expectations greatly and have a customer for life. Purcell, Ben, Chris and Altman made my entire experience at Chantilly Ourisman AMAZING!!!! Ben has a great personality, and his knowledge on every question I had was impressive! Jimmy Stanford was extremely helpful and patient during our two visits to Ourisman Kia. Jimmy was definitely a big factor in our purchase and we could not have been more pleased with his service. Jimmy genuinely cared about helping us find the right car...not just making a deal. The only negative part of our experience was the "Special" advertised online. It was a perfect example of the old "bait and switch". Thankfully, we settled on what was still a good deal but the online ad was very deceptive. Overall, we were pleased with everyone we worked with and would recommend this dealership to our friends. More

I have to say, buying our new Sorento at Ourisman Kia Chantilly was THE best car buying experience we have had in years.....or ever. Henry, Chris and Altman really worked as a team to ensure they deliver Chantilly was THE best car buying experience we have had in years.....or ever. Henry, Chris and Altman really worked as a team to ensure they delivered the best customer service possible. My husband and I left their lot in a brand new amazing car while feeling we truly got a great deal. We were so impressed by their customer service, I am actually driving my mom down from Gaithersburg tomorrow morning to purchase an Optima from Henry (we will be passing 4-5 other dealerships on the way, but the outstanding customer service is well worth the extra drive). We recommend Ourisman Chantilly to anyone in the DC Metro area thinking about a Kia purchase in the near future! More

When I went into the Ourisman Chantilly Kia dealership, I already knew that I loved the look of the 2012 Kia Optima, but I didn't know many details about the car and wasn't sure if it was the best fit for wh already knew that I loved the look of the 2012 Kia Optima, but I didn't know many details about the car and wasn't sure if it was the best fit for what I was looking for in a vehicle. Car salesman, Terrence, helped me to fall in love with the Optima even more! He was very helpful in explaining all of the features of the Optima, including the hands free phone system, the eco-friendly driving setting, and the great gas mileage. Terrence was very professional and allowed me the time I needed to take the car for a test drive, to look over all of the paperwork, and to make a decision on whether the Optima was the best fit for me. My Saturday morning ended with a purchase of a beautiful new 2012 black Kia Optima =) Each time I go to the dealership for warranty-maintenance, I am always greeted with a pleasant employee and if Terrence is around, he is always sure to ask how everything is going with my gorgeous vehicle. If you're looking for excellent customer service, professionalism, and are interested in learning more about any Kia vehicle, I would definitely recommend going to the Ourisman Chantilly Kia at Auto Park and ask for Terrence! I was faced with the need to buy a vehicle in a very short period of time. Henry Hoffer greeted us at Ourisman Kia in a very friendly, non-pushy manner and gave us space to look at the cars on the lot short period of time. When we were ready to ask questions and test drive a couple of models, he clearly explained the differences between the models and pointed out the features of each car in an informative, non-pushy manner - which was MUCH appreciated. I dislike the car buying process and with all the information out there, I just wanted their best bottom-line offer on which to base my decision. He followed up with me as he said he would with detailed pricing information. I was unable to get back to the dealership to take advantage of their sale before it ended, and Henry was able to hold the sales price until the weekend. That was a first for me. While the offer made was very good, it was not the out-the-door price so I did end up spending more than I had intended. Overall though, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Henry Hoffer to anyone interested in a Kia. He knows the product very well, and he is a friendly, no-pressure salesman. He was sensitive to the car-buying process from the buyer's side and gave my husband and me space to talk through what we wanted to do in privacy, but stayed close enough to be able to answer additional questions as they arose immediately. The dealership was busy, but Henry made us feel as if our business was important and remained attentitve to us for the entire time we were there. I felt he went the extra mile for me. It was truly a pleasure working with him. More
