Bought a 2014 Kia here recently. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. All questions was answered thoroughly and there was ABSOLUTELY no pressure to buy! We were purchasing a car for our 16 year old son and had involved him in all aspects of the car buying process. Erin, Marcus, Emmad and Chris realized this and made him part of the process by allowing him involved him in all aspects of the car buying process. The manager, Chris, got in the car with our son and set up the bluetooth and radio. I really appreciate the attention shown to make this process a positive one for all of us. We had visited other dealers earlier in the day that just wanted to sell me a car, any car. These other dealers did not listen to what were looking for. My company needed to lease 4 vehicles -- 2 trucks and 2 SUVs -- on a tight schedule and for a price that met our contract obligations to a major military installation. Erin and Chris went out of their way to pull together a 4 vehicle deal among 3 Ourisman stores -- Kia, Toyota, and Ford. Erin and Chris are with the Ourisman Chantilly Kia store. We were able to lease the vehicles within our contract bid price. They were supportive, straightforward, and helpful in closing the deals. Erin brought the paperwork from the 3 dealerships to our office at 6pm for signature, a huge savings in time and effort for us. They FedExed copies the next day. Outstanding customer service in all respects. Our employees love their new vehicles, and our military client is happy that they have the resources they need to do their jobs. We had searched the Mid-Atlantic region for our vehicle needs, asked for bids from several dealers, and the Ourisman Kia team came through with a multi-store solution. They fueled them, detailed them, and collected the vehicles in one location so that our transporter could pick them up. Thanks to Erin and Chris for putting everything together. Today I purchased a 2014 Kia Optima SXL Turbo which is the second Kia that I have purchased from Ourisman Chantilly Kia. While I had a fairly good experience previously, I can say with 100% confidence the second Kia that I have purchased from Ourisman Chantilly Kia. While I had a fairly good experience previously, I can say with 100% confidence that today's experience was leaps and bounds above what I was expecting and far more enjoyable than the last time I purchased a car there. Don't get me wrong, my first experience was awesome too, but believe it or not, it was even better this time! Every single person I came in contact with at the dealership was upbeat and very friendly. Even the guy that pulled one of the cars I test drove out of the showroom!! (I think it was another salesman named Joseph) My experience began with ALOT of emails back and forth with Billy Brown, the GM of Ourisman Chantilly Kia. I wanted to make sure I spent as little time in the dealership as possible. Billy was extremely accommodating and helpful via email and once we got my general requirements hashed out over email, he invited me to visit the dealership. Billy was very friendly and inviting when I met him at the dealership unlike some GM's I have met in the past. Once I arrived on the first day (Friday), Ben Braunstein greeted me outside and helped me find Billy, but coincidentally enough he also ended up being my sales person too! Ben proved to be incredibly knowledgeable about the entire line-up of Optima trim levels as well as the other models that I wanted to look at. He has clearly taken a lot of time to learn every last detail about all of the vehicles Kia has to offer. I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my needs and actually REMEMBERED what options were important to me as we looked at different vehicles. He really seemed to be genuinely interested in finding me the perfect vehicle. I cannot recommend him enough as a sales person! I also had the pleasure of interacting with Jeff Hoyt. Jeff is a sales manager for the dealership. While Billy did his GM thing from afar, Jeff was the manager that I interacted with the most, but I am sure Billy was involved every step of the way. Jeff tirelessly worked to find me the best deal possible and was so nice through the whole process and was totally understanding when I ran out of time on the first day I visited. The next morning (today) when I returned he went right back to work trying to get me into my Optima. Jeff is a great guy that completely understands how awful it can be to purchase a new car, and really goes out of his way to make sure his customer's have a positive experience purchasing their new car. Bryan Whitlow was my finance guy. What I like most about Bryan is that he made the financing and paperwork process SUPER speedy. While I didn't get to spend much time with Bryan (because he is super awesome at his job) I did notice that not only was he very friendly and polite but also very patient with all of my questions and made sure that I totally understood what everything meant before signing. Please don't mistake Bryan's speediness for the feeling of being rushed, because that is not at all how it felt. He is just an incredibly efficient man and barely made me wait at all! I have had experiences where the finance person was very quick, but also very clearly rushed and it was not at all a good experience for me or my husband at the time. You won't find that at Ourisman Chantilly Kia. Once all the paperwork was done, Esthephani Angel walked me through getting my UVO eServices account set up and she made sure I knew about all the awesome features of my new car. Esthephani is super sweet and really works hard to make sure her customers are able to utilize everything in their cars right away. She did a great job! While I have not brought my new car in to be serviced yet (obviously), I did bring my Sportage in regularly to be serviced at Ourisman and can wholeheartedly recommend the service staff there. I usually work with Andrew White (he likes fast cars), but have also had the pleasure of working with Brad Michie (he likes trucks) and Carlos Castro (the service manager) too. I have never felt like I have been taken advantage of at the Service Department and they are always more than happy to explain things in more detail so I can better understand how things work. (I am one of those people that always asks "why" or "how") Overall I have had nothing but positive experiences with these guys and definitely plan on returning with my new Optima. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Ourisman Chantilly Kia yesterday and today and definitely plan on recommending them to everyone looking for a new or used Kia. More
I went to the Chantilly Auto Park looking for a used sedan with specific must haves and a target price. The car was more than reasonably priced, while still providing a level of luxury and space that I was looking for. Ben was awesome to work with! He immediately greeted us when we first got there, but at no point in the process made my wife and I feel pressured at all. He made the purchasing process fun, and it actually felt more like hanging out with a buddy than working with a salesman. He joked with us and made us comfortable while still giving us any and all information we needed. His knowledge of the vehicles was excellent, and worked with us on my trade-in to make sure we were getting a fair market price. One of the biggest things was his willingness to go the extra mile. He taxied my wife to a nearby dealer to pickup her car after being serviced. He helped us for hours with everything we could possibly need, and made it a very personal and enjoyable experience overall. We cannot recommend him enough, and if you have the pleasure of working with him you will not be disappointed! Chris was great to work with! He helped us out after we had initially discussed purchasing a used car with Ben, and gave us all the information we could need. He was very low-pressure, but repeatedly asked us what we were looking for and helped make sure we were completely comfortable before making a purchase. I knew we were getting a great price, but my personality is to check all available options before reaching a conclusion. Chris completely understood, and we left Ourisman Kia to investigate similar sedans in the Chantilly area. It became very apparent very quickly that we were not going to receive anything competitive for the vehicle we were considering. When we got back, Chris helped us crunch all the numbers to make sure the purchase worked with our budget, and was extremely patient while I checked online reviews. He addressed the few minor concerns that I had, and was very upfront with potential service and maintenance costs on the vehicle. He made my wife feel extremely comfortable, and joked with us throughout the day to make the experience extremely enjoyable. Chris is one of the best sales managers I have worked with and hopefully you will be lucky enough to work with him too! Altman helped us through the logistics of the purchasing process as our business manager. He made sure all of our questions about credit implications, purchase price, warranties, and cost were answered clearly and thoroughly. He went the extra mile to figure out our insurance and tags when we weren't sure about some of our information. He was very pleasant to work with and made what I consider the least enjoyable part of the car buying experience as painless as possible. He made sure that my monthly payment was within my budget, and offered alternatives to help me be sure I was making the best decision possible from a monetary standpoint. If you work with Altman you will definitely feel comfortable with the purchase you are making! Ourisman Kia provided us with a wonderful overall experience! A lot of dealerships talk about feeling like a family and making customers feel welcome, but after spending over 8 hours with Ben, Chris, and Altman, we definitely feel like we made some new friends and also happened to get a car while we were at it! We will definitely visit Ourisman in 9 months when we are looking for another vehicle based on the amazing service and honesty we experienced this weekend! (I was made aware of this site by the dealership, but was more than happy to write this review based on my experience. Mr. Kim helped us to get the car that we want. 2013 KIA Optima EX with white/black roof. My experience in KIA ourisman in Chantilly was great and I can recommend others to go there as well. It went through smoother than I thought because I've had some bad experience before with some other dealerships. as for pricing, we spent little bit more than we were expecting but we ended up leasing a better equipped model. not only that, I got insane discount for being in the military/school and having competitive car. well, we look forward to seeing you again soon. thank you again Mr.Kim. David was very knowledgable he listened to what we were looking for and never tried to upsale or pressure us into anything. Very honest guy. he deserves a new car for his exceptional customer service. He goes above and beyond for his customers made us feel comfortable and at home. Stephanie the concierge was very friendly and thank goodness she's part of the team she kept our baby happy, he absolutely loved her. She's very caring and took care of our baby while we processed the financing. the dealership had a kids area with movies and games. Stephanie was with our baby always in view just outside the office, he was loving every minute he didn't want to go home. I told her were going to steal her away from kia. Chris the manager made us feel at home answered all our questions very honest guy.Make sure if you buy a car from here you go to him and David two very honest guys. Silvia in finance worked with us and our budget giving us many options. She was very professional. This has been our best car buying experience. Nothing ever changed "no hidden fees" or surprises. Straight forward and honest. David and Chris actually listened to us and what we needed they never tried to pressure us and made us feel like family. When we first arrived no one ever swarmed us, David welcomed us. None of the other car salesmen ever approached us like other dealers that make u feel like a peace of meet surrounded by vultures. They all weren't outside which can b overwhelming. When Stephanie approached us she made sure to tell us "I'm not a car salesman, I just want to make sure you have a great experience" she told us about the playroom for our baby and just wanted to let us know she was there if we needed anything. It was truly a fantastic experience we are very happy with our new cars and the price. A sincere thank you from my family to the kia family at Ourisman chantilly. More
