I enter the dealership on a whim. All I wanted was a vehicle that I could go home in the snow with. I did not expect to have probably the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Greg Pajardo was very understanding to my circumstance and I never felt that he was going to try to take advantage of me. He was just as up front with me as I was with him and very friendly. Chris Bell was great. With what I was coming in for he looked for the right opportunity to help me when he could have just told me there was no deal he could really do for me. See I was wanting to trade in a car with $9000.00 negative equity. Altman Tsang understood my financial needs and worked with the banks that was able to offer me the right monthly payment. I am forever grateful to all these gentleman for, after 4 days of being snowed away from my home, helping me get back to my family with a safe vehicle for the environment. I am a single mom, who was looking to buy a new car---I showed up with what I perceived as the most impossible situation... I had two cars, and knew I had a ton of negative equity in them. I wanted bells and whistles and the best deal possible. I walked out with the new Kia Sorento... with all the bells and whistles. As you can imagine I was worried that they saw me coming a mile away... but I was not treated like "hey little lady--this car matches your eyes." I was treated with respect and like they were working FOR ME! I was pleased!!! I can not say enough about how great Ben was, he made me feel comftorable, and that my deal was important to him. I felt comftorable. When I went back the next day to grab something I left in one of my vehicles--I walked in and the managers knew me by face, and greated me. I felt like part of the family. Ben also introduced me to the folks in the service department who were able to ease my fears on high upkeep expenses as well as warantee issues, and costs of tires etc. I was very pleased with Ben's diligence in getting me the best deal he could. All together my daughter and I worked with Ben, we also worked with Jeff and Chris (the managers) to make the deal work. Sylvia in the finance department was top notch!!! She made me feel like we were well taken care of. Overall, we were happy... thank you to everyone for making what I assumed to be the most impossible situation into something that will help my daughter and I thrive in the long run! We were purchasing a car for our 16 year old son and had involved him in all aspects of the car buying process.
