There are not enough positive expressive words to describe the Excellent staff and new Kia buying experience my husband and I had at Ourisman Kia Chantilly. My husband first called Marcus Dos Santos and he was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and demeanor was Genuine. I was specifically wanting the Kia Soul "Whole Shabang" and in the Alien green. Was told by another dealership it was not available. Although there was not one on the lot in Chantilly, Marcus Would not stop there. He worked along with Jeff Hoyt and Chris Bell to locate the exact model I wanted. My first steps into the dealership were so enlightening as to how customer service should be. The smiles and greeting from everyone was genuinely welcoming. Felt like a friend instantly. My excitement to purchase my first Kia was over the top and Marcus, Jeff, Chris, as well as everyone we encountered, joined in my excitement. The fast delivery throughout the paperwork was so smooth, informative, and pleasant. Marcus and Chris went over the entire vehicle with as much enthusiasm as I had. Like they were friends there to help me. They made sure I had a FULL tank of gas (who does that??). Welcomed me back at any time with any questions. Since my Soul did not have the spoiler I wanted, they all made sure to order one and an appointment was set with the service department right away. Was hard to leave my friends, yet was full of hugs and good wishes. I have been back a couple times and to leave the Soul for the spoiler install. The level of service was still as described above, yet even more. Welcomed by name and questions of my driving experience with the Soul. The service department feels exactly the same. Gabriela Escobar and other staff chatted about my Soul and asked how I liked driving a Kia, which of course I want to tell the world so this was a nice welcoming touch. She put me in a very nice loaner car assisting me to be comfortable. Thanks to her and the other service staff, my Soul will be serviced there. This dealership has me believing that a car buying can be fun and not a negative experience. This was my 3rd new car purchase and I will be a customer for life, never thinking of going anywhere else. While driving this Wonderful Kia Soul, I smile and even giggle at how Very special I feel from all my friends at Ourisman Kia. More

I bought my first Kia three years ago from this dealership and had a wonderful experience. When I decided to 'investigate' purchasing a new car, my car was in for service and I met Eileen. I asked her several questions and told her I was thinking about a new purchase in a few months, and asked her to recommend a salesman! She jokingly replied that if I was waiting a few months, she would be happy to be my salesperson or would help me find someone else. She had such a comfortable rapport with my that I knew I would have a positive experience with her. While she didn't push me, she did take my 'requirements' for purchase and began looking for the right car for me. I'm delighted to say that she called, set up an appointment, we met, and I'm driving my 'most favorite car ever'. I love the safety features, the comfort, and the ease of operation; and she found my top color choice. I was so pleased with my experience that I have already sent you a new customer who leased a car from your dealership (through Eileen) earlier this week and I will continue to highly recommend her and your dealership! We had horrible experiences with the sales people at the dealerships we had visited up until we got to the Kia dealership. Not one of them understood the phrase "we are just looking for now" or "we will ge dealerships we had visited up until we got to the Kia dealership. Not one of them understood the phrase "we are just looking for now" or "we will get you if we need you." Also, in the past with other car loans many years before, we had issues with hidden fees and being charged with things we did not approve, nor had ever been made aware of and trying to get those things removed from our bill was a nightmare. We went to the dealership to look at a used Rav 4, which apparently was not on the Kia lot but the Toyota lot across the street. Ashley Smith met us at the front door with a wide smile, but also with zero aggression or that look in her eye like we were fresh meat. She came with us to the Toyota dealership across the way even though it was not supposed to be where she was that day. We felt comfortable with her immediately. She was very down to earth and went out of her way to help us and assure us that no matter our decision that day on whether to purchase a car or not, she would help us just the same regardless. The car we wanted to look at was not there, but she spoke to the used car person over there who just got two in from auction, one of which we liked a lot. When it came time to make the actual purchase it was actually a breeze. We had a loan, but ended up having to finance the car through the dealership after all. Even though it really wasn't her job, she stayed with us at my wife's request every step of the way even through meeting with finance. The only reason we even considered going through the dealership for financing if because we were comfortable with Ashley, which went an incredibly long way with us. She made sure we were taken care of and was a total 180 degree difference from each and every other sales person we dealt with. My wife and I will tell every single person we know going to buy a car, to go see our girl Ashley over at Ourisman Kia Chantilly. First, Ben answered every single question about the vehicles and demonstrated how everything was operated. Ben has outstanding product knowledge and is a very clear communicator. Second, Ben described the value proposition of Ourisman Kia dealership how the entire operations was designed with customer service, convenience, and value to the car owner. Lastly, Ben was very courteous and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. On our first visit, my wife and I were not ready to purchase a vehicle. We had made a list of different makes and models we wanted to examine before focusing in on purchasing a car. We felt no pressure from Ben, but it was clear he was very willing to help us purchase a Kia if we decided to go for the Optima. After visiting Mazda, VW, Nissan - we decided the make a try for the Optima on the following day. Ben had stayed in touch with me via text messages - which was perfect. Again, he was available, friendly, and willing to help while giving us the space to follow our buying game plan. The day we purchased the Optima, Ben answered every single question and resolved every single issue. Ben is a consummate professional and someone I would personally recommend to my friends and colleagues. His sales technique is very modern - as he operates more as an "adviser" than a "bargaining" salesperson. This is very approachable and cooperative. We were able to do our research, checkout the cars we were interested in, and return to Kia for a pleasurable sales experience. The final negation was painless - no silly game going back and forth between managers. We met Jeff Hoyt (Sales Manager) who helped Ben finalize the deal with us -- and Bryan Whitlow was fabulous in getting the financing (we got the lowest rate) and finishing the paperwork. The whole process was very fast and according to Consumer Reports we got a VERY good price. This dealership shows their determination to win your business! Thank you Ben, Jeff, and Bryan - and all the folks at Ourisman's Kia. Today's experience is how the buying process is supposed to go. Great job. More

He did not pressure me or mislead me just to get a sale. Jimmy Stanford was also friendly and an absolute joy to work with. He went over the car in detail, answered questions and made me feel at ease because buying a car can be stressful. Silvia made the paperwork easy and I was out the door quickly. It was truly a wonderful buying experience. Big thanks to Chris and Jimmy!!! More
