We had horrible experiences with the sales people at the dealerships we had visited up until we got to the Kia dealership. Not one of them understood the phrase "we are just looking for now" or "we will ge dealerships we had visited up until we got to the Kia dealership. Not one of them understood the phrase "we are just looking for now" or "we will get you if we need you." Also, in the past with other car loans many years before, we had issues with hidden fees and being charged with things we did not approve, nor had ever been made aware of and trying to get those things removed from our bill was a nightmare. We went to the dealership to look at a used Rav 4, which apparently was not on the Kia lot but the Toyota lot across the street. Ashley Smith met us at the front door with a wide smile, but also with zero aggression or that look in her eye like we were fresh meat. She came with us to the Toyota dealership across the way even though it was not supposed to be where she was that day. We felt comfortable with her immediately. She was very down to earth and went out of her way to help us and assure us that no matter our decision that day on whether to purchase a car or not, she would help us just the same regardless. The car we wanted to look at was not there, but she spoke to the used car person over there who just got two in from auction, one of which we liked a lot. When it came time to make the actual purchase it was actually a breeze. We had a loan, but ended up having to finance the car through the dealership after all. Even though it really wasn't her job, she stayed with us at my wife's request every step of the way even through meeting with finance. The only reason we even considered going through the dealership for financing if because we were comfortable with Ashley, which went an incredibly long way with us. She made sure we were taken care of and was a total 180 degree difference from each and every other sales person we dealt with. My wife and I will tell every single person we know going to buy a car, to go see our girl Ashley over at Ourisman Kia Chantilly. Ben Braunstein did an outstanding job assisting us in purchasing our new Kia Optima. Ben was extremely professional and very well versed in all aspects of the dealership operations. First, Ben answered every single question about the vehicles and demonstrated how everything was operated. Ben has outstanding product knowledge and is a very clear communicator. Second, Ben described the value proposition of Ourisman Kia dealership how the entire operations was designed with customer service, convenience, and value to the car owner. Lastly, Ben was very courteous and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. On our first visit, my wife and I were not ready to purchase a vehicle. We had made a list of different makes and models we wanted to examine before focusing in on purchasing a car. We felt no pressure from Ben, but it was clear he was very willing to help us purchase a Kia if we decided to go for the Optima. After visiting Mazda, VW, Nissan - we decided the make a try for the Optima on the following day. Ben had stayed in touch with me via text messages - which was perfect. Again, he was available, friendly, and willing to help while giving us the space to follow our buying game plan. The day we purchased the Optima, Ben answered every single question and resolved every single issue. Ben is a consummate professional and someone I would personally recommend to my friends and colleagues. His sales technique is very modern - as he operates more as an "adviser" than a "bargaining" salesperson. This is very approachable and cooperative. We were able to do our research, checkout the cars we were interested in, and return to Kia for a pleasurable sales experience. The final negation was painless - no silly game going back and forth between managers. We met Jeff Hoyt (Sales Manager) who helped Ben finalize the deal with us -- and Bryan Whitlow was fabulous in getting the financing (we got the lowest rate) and finishing the paperwork. The whole process was very fast and according to Consumer Reports we got a VERY good price. This dealership shows their determination to win your business! Thank you Ben, Jeff, and Bryan - and all the folks at Ourisman's Kia. Today's experience is how the buying process is supposed to go. Great job. More

I gave Ourisman Chantilly Kia the (5) great rating because from speaking to Chris Bell many times on the phone, he was always friendly, polite and direct with me. He did not pressure me or mislead me because from speaking to Chris Bell many times on the phone, he was always friendly, polite and direct with me. He did not pressure me or mislead me just to get a sale. Jimmy Stanford was also friendly and an absolute joy to work with. He went over the car in detail, answered questions and made me feel at ease because buying a car can be stressful. Silvia made the paperwork easy and I was out the door quickly. It was truly a wonderful buying experience. Big thanks to Chris and Jimmy!!! More

Through out the process, we had several people just come and talk to us and just say hello. When they were processing approval on the loans, we were in the play area with our 2 children, Chris came in said talking to us just to make sure we didn't need anything and then a very wonderful young lady came in (Esthephani Angel- she's fantastic) came in started playing with my daughter, when we had to go into the financial office, she volunteered to watch the kids in the play area for us so they could stay and play, it was GREAT! Then were in financial and like always buying a car there's always something but Altman was beyond helpful, he literally did everything he could, with Chris's help to get us into the car we had chosen. Altman explained everything perfectly, I never even had to ask a question, he answered them all without me having too. Chris checked on us throughout the adventure of buying a car, he was been further than ear shot, and never more than 20 mins without checking on us. They were not going to let us go without us getting the car. It was by far the best experience with customer service we have had anywhere!!! They treated us like family, it was fantastic! The last time I purchased a vehicles it was 2006 and it was my first time. With my oldest brother and mother in tow I made a trip to a local used dealer. Alot of time back and forth with the sales consulta was my first time. With my oldest brother and mother in tow I made a trip to a local used dealer. Alot of time back and forth with the sales consultant and manager it an ok experience, I ended up with a 1998 Honda Civic LX. Good car that recently died suddenly, I was literally stranded and had no clue what to do. In a good example of why you should always let people you meet, know what you do, along time ago I met Hank at a local community event and have always remembered that he will take care of me when the time comes. I have also recently transitioned to a new job that has a green/eco initiative that gives me a incentive check for purchasing a NEW HYBRID vehicle. The stars seemed to have aligned with the break down of my car, and new job with the hybrid program, to the Kia Optima Hybrid 2013 (NEW) being on the list of eligible vehicles. Remembering my introduction to Hank I called the dealership the day after my car died; I asked for Hank and let him know my situation, I got a ride and was able to test drive a vehicle. Even thought I only had a quick moment to be at the dealership, I first met Jeff Hoyt who greeted me (I walked through the small door away from the main entrance) he paged Hank and it seemed like he magically appeared, in the time I had with Hank he never pushed for closing the sale (respecting my time), answered allot of my concerns, explained all of the benefits of the Kia Optima Hybrid 2013, and let me poke-n-prod at the vehicle. I had a horrible week of bumming rides and feeling stranded, and when I got the information on my old Civic I decided I needed to bite the bullet and get a new car. Again calling I was connected to Hank and updated him on my situation, he asked on my ability to get to the dealership and it was slim. I had not set up a ride for after work, offering his personal dedication to making it easy for me he arranged for me to be transported to the dealership from my work on Friday 01/24/2014. It was amazing, I felt like a movie star, custom tailored service to relieve my stress of finding another friend to give me a ride (I was running out of friends haha!). Walking in with Hank I was greeted by Purcell Johnson that assured me that Hank will take care of all my needs. The process of filling out paperwork started and I was introduced to Bryan Whitlow for financing options. Even though I work for a major national bank who has its own financing programs for employees, Bryan and Hank explained the extra discounts I can be eligible through Kia Financing. It was too good to be true, explaining all the options, giving me the choice, answering all my questions, and listening to me explain my credit situation, my employer provided programs and my life story; they were attentive the whole time and allowed me to feel comfortable before I signed anything. This is the first major purchase I've made in the last decade and it was amazing. I will be referring all my friends and family to Hank and the team at Ourisman Chantilly Kia. More
This experience at Kia was the best experience I personally have had at a dealership. Ever!!! All the staff there are very very friendly. Me and my wife had a 2006 Kia Sorento and just wanted to see personally have had at a dealership. Ever!!! All the staff there are very very friendly. Me and my wife had a 2006 Kia Sorento and just wanted to see if we could trade it in for a used newer Sorento. We owed about 10k on the Sorento so we were open to all options. While we were there we got asked so many times if we wanted food or anything to drink. Our sales consultant was Ben Braunstein. He is the best consultant that I have dealt with. He is very outgoing and very friendly. We sat there the whole time telling stories and passed experiences at other dealerships. He was completely honest with everything that was going on. If we couldn't afford something he would straight out say I dont think it's a good idea. He kept us updated on every detail that was going on with our process. Since we had negative equity they said it would be hard to get a used vehicle. We wanted to leave because we were upset but Ben talked to us and sat us down and told us to hold on for a minute. He came back and told us to go outside and look at a car. Him and Emmad ended up somehow someway getting us into a brand new 2014 Kia Sorento with only 15 miles on it!!!! We were ecstatic and didn't know what to think. Ben and Emmad do everything they can to make there customers happy and get them the vehicle they want. Jeff the manager is a very good person as well. He would come over talk to us and make sure we were taken care of and were doing okay. I would definitely recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! I would also highly recommend whoever goes in there to go ask for Ben. Even though it was a long process it was definitely worth and fun. We laughed almost the whole time with Ben. Please go there!!!!! More
