SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH OURISMAN!! Let me just say this.. I have not purchased a new vehicle for 14 years. my current Mazda Tribute which I love was starting to cost me money. So get online and start searching I know that I want the Optima or the Fusion. After test drive driving both for about two weeks I made up mind on the Kia. shop and shopped on line. Bingo!! Ourisman has the best deal I better get on it. I made my inquiry, Jeff Hoyt answered.. we emailed back and fourth. I must have asked him what seemed like a million questions before I decided to make the trek (31/2 hour drive). I decided to go up on Friday 3/25/14. Thursday I confirmed with Jeff. Well I should have checked with my ride first, she could not take me till Monday. I let Jeff know that I had a little snafu and I really want that car in my garage. 20 mins later he emailed me and he had a plan. He was going to send Henry Hoffer to come get me. #1 Customer service. In the meantime I found another way to get there on that Friday. I was on my to Ourisman Kia on April 25, 2014 with a great deal in hand. On the drive up another dealership called to see if I purchased yet, I told him I was on the way and the deal I was getting he said he could beat it.. I gave Henry a courtesy call and told him I was going to stay with these guys at no time did Henry say anything derogatory or negative about them he just wanted my business Henry was very professional.. Total opposite of the other dealership, I should have left right then and there..Hindsight is a killer...that's when it all went down hill, long story short I had a terrible experience buying my car and ended up not getting a good deal at all!! So in fact that I have not driven the car or been able to celebrate my purchase with friends or family. I know this will pass. I write this review for Jeff and Henry because I felt they were honest and truly wanted my business. Their willingness to drive all the way to get me. I feel really bad for not dealing with Ourisman. Just from all emails Jeff and I sent back and forth I can tell that my experience with Ourisman Kia would have been a 1000 times better than the other. thank you for your time Robin Christie More

As the customers, we felt that Ben gave us his undivided attention and worked efficiently to make the deal as successful as possible. We walked away VERY satisfied with the overall experience. Very friendly and accommodating...when it came down to numbers, Chris was up front and willing to offer a price that didn't need any negotiation. When it came down to signing the paperwork, Bryan explained everything very thorough and detailed. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend buying at their dealership. More
Great Experience!!!!! I love my new Kia! It was after 6pm on a Tuesday and raining when I arrived. Jeff Hoyt directed me to parking and escorted me inside. He found Ashl I love my new Kia! It was after 6pm on a Tuesday and raining when I arrived. Jeff Hoyt directed me to parking and escorted me inside. He found Ashley Smith who I had talked with on the phone. Both Jeff and Ashley advised me on the cars available. After driving two cars, I decided on the second one. Buying this car was so straight forward and completed in record time. Emmad Sherdel got me a great financing deal while Jeff and Ashley settled my trade in. Finally Ashley went through the car features, setting the radio, uploading my phone contacts and giving me many tips to ownership. I was out on the road and very happy within two hours. Rain stopped for my drive home. I am delighted with the car and so grateful to Ashley, Jeff and Emmad for making this experience the BEST! More
Great experience I went into the Kia dealership in Chantilly looking for a good deal on a Forte. My sales rep Ben was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I personally can't stand high pressure sales people and it was refreshing to work with someone like Ben who gives you the information you need without making you feel trapped. I will visit this dealership next time im in the market and would recommend it to others. I also found the finance manager to be very helpful in explaining everything and making me feel comfortable in the process. More
OUTSTANDING SERVICE I have been looking to upgrade my vehicle over the last few weeks. And, despite some of the other offers I have received in the community, I can say t I have been looking to upgrade my vehicle over the last few weeks. And, despite some of the other offers I have received in the community, I can say that I am more than satisfied with the vehicle I walked off the lot with. Currently, my wife leases a Kia Sorento EX. So, while I am somewhat familiar with the level of quality on the service side, I didn't anticipate that this would be the same from a sales department. I worked closely with David, Purcell and Altman. I can say that the service was nothing less than excellent. From when I came through the door, to when I left with my vehicle, David Kim was by my side. His knowledge of product specifications and features was amazing. As we waited for my paperwork to be processed, he introduced me to the K900 and Cadenza, each respectively an outstanding vehicle for their class. David was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He never came off as overbearing or rushed to make a sale. Over the last few weeks, as I have sought out a new vehicle, I have had some negative experiences, with most salespersons coming off as forceful. And, once he knew that my wife is a Kia customer, we focused more on discussing the upgrades to their features and the new product lines being offered- the K900 and Cadenza. As we transitioned to processing paperwork, David allowed me to work with Purcell and Altman, offering to bring me another cup of coffee. When I walked out of their office to transfer my personal effects from my old vehicle to the new one, I walked out feeling good about the deal. These guys go into detail on the entire loan process, give full disclosure and have no problem explaining any portion of the documentation you may have questions about. Not that I needed to ask questions, but I did so to see how they would address them. I can say that they never made me feel as if I had to make the deal. The overall experience was awesome. They were all knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service, were great at communicating with me to assess my needs/wants and worked to provide me a vehicle according to them. Ben Braunstein is the most astute and attentive Sales Consultant that I have ever dealt with. This is my first Kia and from the experience that I have had with everyone involved it will not be my last. Altman Tsang the Business Consultant was very helpful in the buying process. I did not have my wife there to sign the papers so he went out of his way on a Sunday to come over to my home to have her sign everything. This to me is above and beyond my expectations. If you are in the market for a new car and a Kia please give Ourisman, Ben and Altman your consideration as you will not find better people to take care of your needs. More
Double Down My wife was casually looking for a new SUV for about a week or so. We decided to drive out to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly (5 miles from my house) We looked at 2014 Escapes and were not really impressed with 1. The vehicle itself/body style of the 2014 2. The sales person and 3. The construction going on at that location. We went over to Ourisman Chantilly Kia to look at Sportages next (I bought my 2012 Kia Forte from there January 2012) Our sales person Eileen was very helpful especially since we had two kids with us. My wife saw a 2011 Ford Escape Limited on the lot and really liked it. My wife took the kids home and I came back with our Durango that we were going to trading in. We started going over numbers on the Ford and after talking with Eileen and Chris it turned out that I was eligible for an early release from my current lease and could get into a 2014 Kia Forte for about the same payments that I currently had. We weren't looking at buying a car that day, just take a look and possibly test drive. We ended up walking away (after they were supposed to be closed) with two cars. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases and fully understood all of our financing options. Again, I will be back (hopefully not too soon) Mike More

She was extremely knowledgable about all the cars, packages and features. When it came down to setting the finance terms, Silvia was professional and went above and beyond to ensure we met our payment needs. Purcell also spent extra time in providing us as many options as possible to meet our needs, in choosing the right car and meeting our financing needs. All 3 of these employees made the sometimes painful experience of shopping for a car a pleasant and enjoyable one. I am extremely happy with my purchase and it wouldn't have been possible without any of these members of the Ourisman Kia team! More
