Ryan came out and greeted us right away, and didn't try to push me at all. He asked what I could afford and only showed me cars that were in my budget instead of pressuring me into buying something I would never be able to afford. We test drove two cars, a Forte and a Soul, and Ryan answered every question I had about each car without any hesitation. I fell in love with an Alien Green Soul, and never once felt forced to buy it. Chris worked extra hard to get us the best financing deal, and helped me get more for my trade-in than it was actually worth. I really felt like everyone who helped us went miles out of their ways to help us. My boyfriend and I love my new Soul so much, we're considering replacing he car with a black Soul. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience, and will definitely be back for all of my service needs as well as potentially purchasing another car. I can proudly say I'm up to date in Sirius & bluetooth usage. This stuff is very cool! The car value was great, even the baseline 2014 Kia Soul is an excellent vehicle, inside and out. Not what I expected and delighted it wasn't! I had been looking for a car and wanted to check out Kia. I decided to stop by one afternoon. I was apprehensive. I expected the lurking salesmen ready to pounce and pressure to seal the deal that day. I walked in the door and my salesman became Mike Runfola. I told Mike what I was looking for and that I wanted to do a test drive. I test drove the Forte and the Optima. I questioned Mike on each about various odds and ends and he answered all of my questions. I also told him I about other cars I was interested in and that I intended to test drive a Toyota. He took me over to Ourisman Toyota to do a test drive! When I was done for the day, Mike introduced me to a member of the Management team...here it comes...the kill! What? No kill?! I walked out accomplishing what I had set out to do which was test drive a few cars and leave. They let me leave! Mike followed up with me offering suggestions as to what might be a fit for me. In fact, he actually found the car that was perfect for me. A few days later I went back in, test drove the Kia that Mike had suggested and a Toyota that was similar. Side-by-side. Test drove both again. I bought the Kia Optima. It's a beauty. I'm extremely happy with it. Chris Bell sealed the deal and Silvia Aviles expertly and informatively processed the paperwork. I was out of there in no time. Mike even drove my new car home for me as I was in a rental car. That in my opinion is above and beyond. Mike also introduced me to Gabriela Escobar who is the Assistant Service Manager. I had an additional service done to my car and Gabby followed up with me and kept me updated. Painless. What a team! But that's the kind of dealership this Ourisman Kia is! Chris Bell explained that Customer Service is #1. These guys live and breathe customer service! I'm delighted! More

Erin I understand is relatively new but did an absolutely fantastic job in finding the cars that I was interested in and telling me about their features over email, even giving me relatively monthly payments for each. This is such a plus for me as it's hard to get to the dealership when working long hours. So, I was able to know to some extent what I wanted by the time I got to the dealership which saved great time. All I had to do once I got there was hook up with Erin and go for a test drive, then choose the exact car I wanted, run through finance and all done! It was so simple and pleasant! Chris is also such an asset to the dealership, worked with him on my last KIA and I must say, if you haven't bought at this dealership you most certainly should, as you won't top the experience. In my pre-Ourisman Chantilly KIA life, it was always a pain and struggle to have to go to lots to try and find cars, either salespeople are hounding/hovering or you are taking hours and hours trying to get through red tape. As stated previously, both were a pleasure to work with - this dealership is the bomb and I don't intend to go to any others as long as I'm in this area! More

And the salespeople, no offense, can be, well, less than favorable. But my opinion has completely changed thanks to Oursiman Kia in Chantilly. From Purcell who I talked to on the phone, to Henry, Chris, Billy, and Bryan, everyone of them was so much fun to talk to and work with. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything, and they made us feel so relaxed about such a big decision. I wish I could buy a new car everyday. I didn't know exactly what kind of car I wanted but I knew it had to be a good commuter car and be able to fit my budget. Marcus was professional and honest with me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I can say the same about Chris and Emmad. We made jokes and they made my first car buying experience a real pleasure. All of my questions were answered and my worries disappeared. Taking cars in for services is usually not a good experience, but I know when I come back it's going to be painless and easy.
