Our salesman, Ryan Phlegar, Sales Manager, Christopher Bell, and Finance Manager, Altman Tsang, were great!. I had been researching the GMC Acadia for almost two months, and after seeing Christopher’s ad on their website, I knew I had found my truck. I called Chris (who picked up on the second ring) to see if the truck was still available. After a couple of questions I scheduled a visit to the dealership. I spotted the Acadia as soon as I drove on the lot. They knew I was on the way, so they cleaned it up and pulled it to the front. When my wife and I walked towards the truck the automatic doors unlocked and we were greeted outside by Ryan and Chris. My experience with car salesmen hasn’t always been great. I always felt like I got beat after purchasing a vehicle. Chris, Ryan and Altman changed my experience. They worked seamlessly together. Without asking, they beat the interest rate offered by my previous dealer (CarMax) and gave me $700.00 more than they offered for my trade in. I was in and out in less than 2 ½ hours and that included the test drive. From beginning to end, my experience was great! I got a great deal, and I would definitely recommend Ourisman Chantilly Kia to my friends and family. I also visited the service department to have my Ownershield Care Package applied and Gabriela was great. Being on par in terms of price and quality only gets you into the game. Even though Chris knew we weren't ready to buy when we met him 2 months prior to us returning, he still took the time to go over the vehicle with us and to take us on a test drive, other dealerships not so much. We very much appreciated Chris' no pressure approach. Brian Whitlow in Finance was so NICE a happliy answered my 101 questions, leasing vs. buying. Brian's goal was to get us the lowest monthly payment possible, and he did!! Farooq Mohammed is another great example of customer service. New to the technology that is available in cars these days Farooq went over all of the options to ensure we had a basic understadning of how everyting worked. I am a bit of a neat freak and Farooq made sure the car was delivered to us absolutley spotless. This was the best buying experience we have ever had. We will definitley back!!
