My experience at Ourisman Kia was great, especially thanks to Zia Ahmad. He listened to all the features I was looking for in a new car and helped me find the perfect one. Even when there were no hybrid SUVs on the lot (which was a must for me), he let me test drive the non-hybrid options, just to get a feel. Then he checked for their upcoming shipments to find an incoming car that fit all my specifications. As I waited for my new car to arrival, Zia kept me updated on the progress of the shipment and notified me as soon as my car was available. On that day, he like me test drive the hybrid (just to be sure) and was patient in answering all my questions. Hopefully I won't need a new car for a long time, but I would definitely go back to Ourisman Kia and recommend to everyone. More

Bad experience. ..went there to look at a car, I wasn't asked if I wanted to see the car, drive the car, nothing. Never got a response back from him and I don't think he was the actual one that even sent me the email. I sent an email telling them what's been going on and that I am not a happy customer. I then get an email from someone saying the GM is very busy and asking how they can help. By this time I am OVER IT! This is not the way to treat customers and I would never buy a car here! More
