This is my fourth Kia (second lease) from Ourisman Chantilly Kia and, once again, I am exceptionally satisfied with my experience. Both Caroline Condon (sales) and Tyler Bratcher (finance) really mad Chantilly Kia and, once again, I am exceptionally satisfied with my experience. Both Caroline Condon (sales) and Tyler Bratcher (finance) really made my leasee process exceptional. Knowing ahead of time that I was looking to lease a K5, Caroline ensured there was one on the lot and available for me to test drive when I came in to the dealership (which was outstanding due to the current vehicle shortage). She was very patient during the entire process and I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another. Understanding my budget and constraints, Caroline worked with Tyler to provide a much better than expected lease price. Tyler ensured I understood all of the financials associated with my lease and explained everything in a straightforward and understandable way. Both Caroline and Tyler were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Ourisman Chantilly Kia for anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Kia vehicle. I went there because my key was stuck in the ignition, that costed me close to $800. BUT, what really made me angry was I ordered a new fob and key, I was NOT told of the programing cost OR the time it wo that costed me close to $800. BUT, what really made me angry was I ordered a new fob and key, I was NOT told of the programing cost OR the time it would take to program it. I found out both on my own, when i picked up the car. I found out the time, when I made an appointment to get it programmed, I just HAPPENED to ask if it would cost to get it programmed. Yes, it did another $200. More
