Knowing ahead of time that I was looking to lease a K5, Caroline ensured there was one on the lot and available for me to test drive when I came in to the dealership (which was outstanding due to the current vehicle shortage). She was very patient during the entire process and I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another. Understanding my budget and constraints, Caroline worked with Tyler to provide a much better than expected lease price. Tyler ensured I understood all of the financials associated with my lease and explained everything in a straightforward and understandable way.
