When I got to the dealership I was introduced to Zach who became my sales person. What a great experience!!! He is so friendly, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question I had. He made sure I was taken care of from the moment I got there until the moment I left and even followed up with me when I forgot my smart tag in my trade. Derek, in financing was very helpful, he answered all my questions and made sure I got the best bang for my buck and every rebate i was entitled to. Friendly and easygoing experience I think we all have this expectation that car salespeople are slimy, manipulative psychopaths who are there to wrench every penny from you they can. But we live in a new world, one of readily available information, lightning fast communication, and review sites like this one. Some dealers try to use the old fashioned sales techniques to get their customers in the door. Most still seem to view their site as a novelty and email as "neat"- not a necessity. Ourisman Kia is not one of those dealers. They have adapted to an ever changing market and made an experience that is *as close* to the ideal car buying process as possible. When I first contacted Crystal via their site, the prices she gave were the lowest prices out of any dealership I had reached out to. It was right around the average for that model, and was actually only a little above what I ended up paying. She was quick to respond and very professional. Eventually, I decided to give them a test drive, and wandered in on a Sunday, where I was greeted by a young man named Tyler. He may seem young, but within a few moments it was clear that he was both knowledgeable and experienced. He knew more about the car than I any salesperson I had spoken to. After the test drive, we met Ben, the sales manager. He was warm and welcoming, and gave a great breakdown of the charges and a total that made sense to me. I told them I would sleep on it, and I did. But they were by far the friendliest and most direct salesfolk I had run into- so I decided to seal the deal the next day. There was a bit of a delay getting me to the business manager, but eventually I met Ashlee and the paperwork began. BTW they have the most awesome tablet thing for signing documents. So neat! And that process only took about 30 minutes. During this time, we laughed, joked, and actually had some fun- not what I expected at all from this step in the process! I cannot imagine that buying a car will morph to something as easy as buying something on Amazon anytime soon, but if you want an easy, fair buying experience with good people, I can't recommend Ourisman Kia enough. We went to them initially because they had previously serviced my son’s Sportage on several occasions and the experience was always a positive one. This latest experience was no different. The sales staff is knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. On my first visit, I worked with Zach Meyer who was extremely pleasant. Based on that visit, I returned several days later with my daughter, who was going to be the ultimate owner. Zach was out that day but he arranged for us to work with another young man, Farooq Mohamed, who went with her on a test drive. Again, no pressure and very pleasant to work with. Our plan was to visit Carmax later in the week to drive a Honda Pilot, but as we were leaving, the sales manager, Chris Bell, came out and said: “What’s it going to take to sell you a car today?” I told him what we were looking for in options and our not-to-exceed price, all-in. He said he could do that and invited us to come back in. In the past, I have hated the game that is typically played when buying a new car, so I was very skeptical about going back in. Here’s the bottom line: Chris did everything he said he would and more. He sold us a car with upgraded technology packages and design features that exceeded our options list and he still met our NTE price goal. And he made the experience extremely enjoyable. If you are shopping for a Kia, I highly recommend Ourisman Kia and Chris Bell’s sales team. It’s obvious they enjoy working there, you will be treated with respect and you’ll get a fair deal. More

I was told what they needed to tell me to sell me the car I purchased a demo and was told service would be done and the damaged part would be replaced.
