A couple of hours start to finish to get the exact car we wanted at the online price - no fuss! But the level of personal service, friendliness and patience the staff provided me was far and beyond the others. I was a little indecisive (lease or buy or wait). Luckily I had salesman Tyler Bratcher and management (Ben and Billy) ease the anxiety I was feeling about buying. This is my first KIa. But if I love it like I'm sure I will, I'm definitely going back to Ourisman for my next one. More

A good car buying experience Although I needed a new car, I wasn't 100% sold on the Kia Niro when I arrived at the dealership, but I had a good feeling about it because Crystal Mu Although I needed a new car, I wasn't 100% sold on the Kia Niro when I arrived at the dealership, but I had a good feeling about it because Crystal Mullins, their Internet Sales Manager had returned my call and gave me a fair price on a Touring Model they had in stock although it would not have the tech package I wanted. While my salesman and I took a short test drive and discussed the features that the Niro did have to offer, Crystal researched 2018 models, ordering from the factory and other dealer inventories that I had asked about. When it became apparent that I was purchasing right before the 2018 model year and would be facing constrained availability, Chris Bell, the General Sales Manager, offered me a really good deal on a Kia Niro Touring Trim he happened to have on the showroom floor. I'm glad I did get the Kia Niro as I like the car, and Chris and his staff made the process nearly painless. Although I had a general idea of what I was looking for, I wasn't 100% certain and by not putting the pressure on, but providing me with answers to my questions, I didn't feel like I was being pushed into an unsatisfactory purchase. More
