Awesome customer experience - ask for Tyler Bratcher! An excellent experience, primarily due to Tyler Bratcher, an up and coming rock star on their sales team...make sure you ask for him! I needed repair An excellent experience, primarily due to Tyler Bratcher, an up and coming rock star on their sales team...make sure you ask for him! I needed repair work done for two safety recalls, and I had my infant daughter and dog with me due to circumstances beyond my control. Tyler did his job and asked when I would be looking for a new vehicle and showed me the fleet, but was not pushy when I said I was not on the market. I figured he would walk away knowing he could not make a sale but this was not the case...over the next few hours he walked my dog while I took my daughter inside, gave me the local insider scoop about the area, checked in with service to see what the timeframe was like, and helped me checkout (since my hands were very full!). A month later he checked in to see how my car was running (this was definitely a standout move, considering he is not on the service side). I told him I had not heard about a part that had been ordered and within an hour I received a call that it was in, was told to come in whenever was convenient and while I was there my car was cleaned and I received a free 16 point inspection. Definitely two great experiences, and he is the reason I will keep going back...definitely a standout on their team and in the auto sales industry in general! More

Pleasant customer care and experience I went to multiple dealerships on Presidents Day prior to going to the Ourisman Kia in Chantilly to check out which one would work with me and help me I went to multiple dealerships on Presidents Day prior to going to the Ourisman Kia in Chantilly to check out which one would work with me and help me on getting a used vehicle. When I got here and was greeted quickly and treated fairly by Tyler Bratcher. All my questions were answered and there was some pressure but I assure you it was because of their excitement in their business. After I found the 2014 Kia Optima SX that I liked and got my trade appraised, they wanted to make me happy and were thankful for my service in the military that made the deal happen! With only having a certain amount that I had to purchase the vehicle. I certainly left that way and will be happy to visit them again next time I'm in the market for a vehicle or recommend anyone here. Process took a little bit was the only thing negative, waiting on paper work and appraisal. Total time in dealership was about 4hrs. More
