I let him know that I was just test driving today and I wouldn't be purchasing today, and he simply said "no problem at all". There was zero pressure from his side and I really appreciated that. The next day he'd spoken to his sales team and they made an offer to me that was about $4000 off of their internet price, not the MSRP. I went in and was finished in 2 hours. Ben Braunstein was our finance guy and he was spectacular as well. I was always taught to treat them as "your enemy" so as to not get blindsided, but that was not needed with Ben. He was very accommodating to my needs and didn't push anything extra onto me that I didn't want. Highly recommended across the board! More

From the start, with the True Car Pricing and Christal, everything was open, honest and upfront and continued from there. Aaron King, my sales consultant was fantastic. He outdid my previous car buying experiences with his easygoing friendly attitude and his ability to really listen to what I was saying I needed AND what I wanted. Realizing that numbers and cost were important to me Aaron respected that and responded, working with the finance folks to make sure I had the big picture and the monthly numbers to help me decide on something that met both the want and need department. Aaron was always patient, empathetic and quick to smile which helped make the test drives quite pleasant. I worked with Joe in the finance department and also got to meet Christopher Bell. Like Aaron, they were helpful and upfront with me. Being in the midst of a divorce, finances are kinda fuzzy (and that's the easiest of my weird financial situations). I thought I was going to need a cosigner, but they didn't just take me at what I said, they respectfully asked why (because that's what other dealers had said) and because of their diligence and willingness to follow up with me I (thankfully) didn't have to go through the mess of a cosigner. Yay! Joe was thorough and helpful in the financial/checkout process, answering all my questions and making sure the paperwork was in order. Faced with some technical difficulties he was always calm and good spirited. It's been a couple days since the purchase and I am so happy with my beautiful carribean blue Kia Soul. However, I'm most pleased and thankful that looking back at the process of this car purchase I worked with such professional, helpful people-persons who really take the idea of customer service seriously. I can, without hesitation, 100% recommend Aaron King and his associates at Ourisman Chantilly Kia as I know I look forward to continuing to interact with them during the serving of my car. I originally went in because I was told Billy Brown, the GM, would offer a great deal and that proved to be true. Sales staff is great but the real gem there is Chris Bell, the sales manager. Because of my trust in him, I made it clear I really only wanted to work with him. He gets people, and he goes above and beyond to strike a deal with you. If you're willing to go in there and actually negotiate a good deal, you'll get one- don't expect them to just give it away though. They've got to pay their bills too. If you're looking to purchase a Kia, I promise you'll likely not find a local dealership that will give you a better deal. More
