I let him know I would be test driving others and doing my homework. He kept in touch but not pushy. I came back last week and did a second test drive, reviewed everything and I asked more questions. He had the answers, and searched out the best deals for me. I took a long time, talking it over with a family member, and Zach was patient with it all. So, I made my choice in confidence and have been very happy driving my new, 2018, Kia Soul, in the blue color I absolutely love! Thanks, Zach! More

Kia is great!! <3 This new Niro!! Farooq @ kia chantilly is great, as well as the woman we worked with in the finance department, Yesenia. He helped us choose between vehicles, and even took us over to the toyota dealership to also test drive a prius (which my husband didn't even fit in!) We also went to try out a c-max, which had better visibility, but had NONE of the bells and whistles of the Niro. The first car we test drove was the 2018 Niro, and comparing it to other hybrid models, it is MILES ahead of the competition. The Niro is a 4 door hatchback hybrid with 50mpg!! It has the screen that pairs with your phone/gps, heated seats, etc! The seats all flip flat in the back and there is tons of storage! We LOVE this car!! The cost for the vehicle lease ended up being $220 for 2 years/30k miles, and with the interior/exterior protection, and the tire warranty, ended up being $297/m with $3200 down. Ford quoted $340 for the c-max, with crazy rules attached, for the exterior they wouldn't cover any dings larger than a quarter!!! If you are thinking of skipping the Kia dealership on your trip to the auto circle, DON'T!!!!! More

Mohammed did not disappoint my husband at all, in fact he knew every and very knowledgeable about all his answers. Your dealership has a “gem” in Mohammed. We were very impressed with our experience because of him and he deserves to be recognized! By far our satisfaction to buying a Kia for the first time is because of our experience with Mohammed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Repeat customer. Had a horrible experience the first time we dealt with them, but when we were considering upgrading after 6 months, decided to go bac Repeat customer. Had a horrible experience the first time we dealt with them, but when we were considering upgrading after 6 months, decided to go back, just thinking we would get a better deal dealing with the SAME dealer, being a repeat customer. WRONG. EVER WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The "General Manager" wouldn't give me his name. And the salesman, AARON... are the two worst people I have ever dealt with any dealership in 35 years. I would not recommend dealing with them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, xx PRICING, and they will just try and lie to make deals, and then make you feel like they are "doing you a favor" by giving you LOWER than market value on our trade. FOR A BRAND NEW vehicle with 7500 miles on it. The texted called my brother after I spoke with him and TEXTED him telling him that I was being rude!!! All because I wanted him to explain the process to me, and he couldn't. When i talked to the GM about the horrible customer service I was getting, he refused to give me his name. He was super short, no emotion, no SORRY or apology for his salesman, in fact he stated that he didn't do anything wrong! I never write reviews... but after this... I am going to tell every single person I know. More

We stayed at the dealership for an over 3 hours and my son was still having fun. If it was not for Farooq, Kia was just another dealership of the many dealers we visited.
