Had a very good experience with Zach Meyer in my 'Kia Sorento journey', as well as the aforementioned Optima. Ourisman Kia was nice enough to allow me to trade-up to the Sorento SX, which I really like. Have already expressed my comments to co-workers. And, i would lease through them in the future. More

USAA Car Buying Experience with Ourisman Kia I used the USAA car buying service to compare my options for a Kia Forte around the northern VA area. I hate wheeling and dealing and so when I saw wh I used the USAA car buying service to compare my options for a Kia Forte around the northern VA area. I hate wheeling and dealing and so when I saw what a great deal Ourisman had on the exact car I wanted I called them up. Crystal the internet sales manager was able to answer all my questions concerning the USAA guaranteed price and using an auto loan from USAA. I told her I would be by the next day to buy the vehicle. When I arrived Zach M. was there waiting for me and my car was out front, cleaned and ready to go. We went for a test drive and he was very friendly and showed me all the great features I didn't even realize the car had. The best part of my experience though was not being pressured to go through the whole financing part with Ourisman. I told them I had already been pre-approved for a USAA auto loan and was planning on using them and there was no pressure after that! I walked out in less than an hour with the exact car I wanted at a very good price. Zach was such a great help and made me feel like a very valued customer! Thanks Zach! More

Zach is very professional/knowledgeable, courteous and respectful, and made our new car search very enjoyable. We have owned Nissan models for many years and were comparing the KIA Sportage with the Nissan Rogue. The Sportage has features that outshined the Rogue - we test drove both, and carefully compared them. Additionally, we never heard any negative comments about the competition from Zach. Zach focused on the KIA craftsmanship and our requirements for a new vehicle. The Nissan sales reps attemped to discredit KIA, but we have heard great testimonials from friends and family about the KIA line of products. The Business Managers, Ben Braunstein and Jesse Villena were also very wonderful to work with - they provided valuable additional warranty information and completed all the paperwork with courtesy and professionalism. Finally, our "IT Expert", Brian, did a great job in explaining all the technological and other features of the Sportage, and answered all our questions. Do not go to Chantilly Kia Had my car towed to the Chantilly Kia dealership to put on a new caliper PIN, not the caliper, just the pin. And I also told them exactly what the issue was and it still took them 24 hrs to tell me what I told them already. They told me it would be 2 hrs labor for a caliper pin and $311.00. Really?!? They still charged me $155.00 to diagnose an issue that I originally told them. This would border on price gouging. Very unethical and not professional at all. This is not the first time I had been here either. Avoid at all costs!! More

Had been looking at dealerships primarily in Arlington and Alexandria but decided to take a ride out to Chantilly Auto Park. Stopped by the Kia dealership and met Tyler Bratcher, the salesperson. Tyler assisted us and showed us both some pre-certified vehicles and then some 2018s He was very knowledgeable about the differences between them, pricing and resale value. When we didn't find a pre-cert with the options my wife wanted, we opted to look at the 2018s. Tyler explained the differences between the 2018's and 19's and broke down the rebates we would receive from a 2018 purchase or lease. We had preferred white but again the ones on the lot did not have the options my wife wanted. Tyler took the time to check the surrounding areas but couldn't find one. So we purchased the platinum graphite. He worked with us on pricing, available rebates and together with his manager, Chris Bell, we ultimately leased one right on the spot. Chris handled the paperwork quickly and we were out of there within about 2 hours total. No hard pressure sell for either the car or any pkgs. Very pleasant experience all-around. I would purchase from them again. More
