But from here on, it all went down when the sales manager Billy Brown tried to make a deal with me which at first, I was happy with, but after consulting with my son I decided not to pursue the deal. I am a senior citizen in my 70plus but this person humiliated and insulted me in front of my son just because I decided not to go with his offer. His exact words, I quote “You Fu...nig wasted my and my representative time get the F out of my shop” I never in my life received a service like this. This manager tried to force me into a deal which I was not ready to buy. I am very surprised that such a reputable company has managers like Billy Brown running their business. I left the shop with my son and we drove to The Kia dealership in Leesburg where I explained the service I received from chantilly and how I was treated. The sales manager Mr. Hussain sat me down and apologized for the extremely bad service I received. I was not going to let the service of one bad Apple change my mind about the Kia company it self because this was going to be my third Kia and I have been really happy with my cars. In the end I left the Leesburg shop with a 2019 lease Kia and traded my old one back. My son also had bought Kia’s in the past from chantilly dealership but never again we will or anyone from our community will go in that shop. I am in the end disappointed in Kia for hiring and having managers like Billy Brown run their place of buiness. I am planning to get in front of Washington Post in next couple weeks to explain the mistreatment and discrimination I received from Kia dealership of Chantilly, in particular from Billy Brown. More

This was my first experience at a dealership that seemed to treat everybody like family. My experience began meeting Product Specialist, Zach Meyer. Zach greeted me with a smile shortly after I pulled up at Ourisman Kia and was not phased when I mentioned the beginning stages of my search. Over the next hour, we test drove several different Sorento and Sportage models, ultimately deciding on the 2018 Sportage LX with Technology (Zach sold me on important Tech features at a lower cost than other trims.) I was never pressured to purchase the vehicle that day, but my experience with the staff at Ourisman swayed my decision to knock out my vehicle search on day 1! Billy Brown, the General Manager and Yesenia Villena in Finance were also a pleasure to work with. There were no hiccups in Finance and after everything was said and done, Zach had my new car right out front with a big red bow! In conclusion, I will gladly recommend the team at Ourisman Chantilly Kia to all of my friends and family. Zach just called this morning to follow up and make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I told him I would be back in 3 years to lease another Sportage! Zach explained every technical detail about every car in the showroom and guided us through the nuances of the different models and helped us pick the perfect car for us in the perfect color combination. Going through the deal, financing and paperwork was a breeze and the entire staff at Ourisman Chantilly Kia was very nice and helpful. Zach was helpful and always available through every step of the process and saw us through to the end until we drove our new Kia off the lot. He explained all the important things and setting up our new Soul before we headed out in our new wheels. Overall a wonderful experience. Zach is exemplary in customer service.
