On a whim I had been looking at the Kia Forte for close to two years wanting one, but couldn’t get approved because of my credit. Sunday afternoon, on a whim bored at home doing nothing, I decided that I wanted to go check out a pre-owned Kia Forte, and was greeted by Aamer when I got there. I honestly had no clue that it was all going to fall in my favor, so working with a salesman like Aamer made it less successful for me and was very polite the entire time, offered coffee and water and everything. The best part, instead of pulling off with a pre-owned car (which I would have been just as happy with) he was able to work with Chris(fun guy), who was one of the managers and found a brand new 2019 Kia Forte that was a manual because that’s what I wanted (we didn’t have to look very far because it was right there on the show room floor). Again, I honestly didn’t think that I was going to drive away with it much less be able to actually afford the note, but Aamer let me test drive it and showed me all of the bells and whistles (which is AWESOME!) and explained all the warranties, and for just a basic car the bells and whistles are pretty nice. I was expecting a “no” when Aamer walked me over to financing, but nope! Between Daniel and Derek (financing), I was able to get approved with an affordable note! I couldn’t be more happier with my brand NEW Kia Forte and my experience with the team that helped me!!!! Thanks guys!!! I will be back for one with xxx warmers!!! More

He was extremely rude .The way he talk to us and treat us it did not like we were their customer. Even Sam our sales person was feeling extremely bad the way his GM was acting. I have purchase many cars in my life and never ever had this type of experience with someone being so ignorant. I do not recommend ourisman Chantilly Kia to anyone specially if you are a foreigner. I feel bad for the owner to spend and invest so much money and have person like Billy to manage it! More

Another great experience at Ourisman Chantilly Kia!! I recently purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento after Aaron King reached out to me letting me know he was interested in my 2015 Kia Sorento. I honestly hadn't I recently purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento after Aaron King reached out to me letting me know he was interested in my 2015 Kia Sorento. I honestly hadn't really considered getting a new Kia, but decided to check out the new features on the 2019. Aaron was extremely helpful during the process staying late to wait for us, answering all our questions, getting us a great deal on our trade in, and following up with us after the sale. Ben Braunstein was our finance guy and he was fantastic as well. This is the second Kia I have purchased from this dealership and I would definitely recommend it and will continue to buy from here in the future! More

Tyler was very nice and respectful even as we worked on pricing. I will definitely come back the next time I need a car and I will be checking to see if Tyler is still there to help me. On the financing side, Daniel took his time to make sure I understood the available options and final price. I asked questions and made sure everything was clear. Poor quality products We purchased a “new to us” 2013 Kia Sorento from Ourisman on Saturday. On Monday it was on the back of a tow truck! I had to miss an entire day of work to wait for the tow truck to drive me from Harrisburg to the dealership in Virginia. Billy, the manager, although apologetic, never mentioned compensating me for missing work or paying my tolls. Ourisman provided me a rental but started calling me to return the rental even though I work and have a 2 hour drive to do so! Before the first week of ownership on the same vehicle, the radio went out. I drive for employment so hands- free Bluetooth was a major selling point for me because of travel for work through states where handheld cell phone use is illegal. The manager said electronics werent covered in our warranty so we would have to spend $700 to buy a refurbished radio, drive the 2 hours back to VA so they can charge us to install it. Don’t stop to buy any vehicles from them, keep driving to one of the other dealerships on that auto mall! More

I took it to Ourisman KIA in Chantilly, VA and the service rep. very clearly explained that if it was a warranty item I would not be charged, if it was not a warranty item I would be charged. Do you think after 1 month it would not be a warranty item? I asked about a rental car. If you buy a car from them the rate is $5.00 per day, if you don't , the rate is $35.00 per day. I feel sorry for anyone that has to have their car serviced that has moved to the area that would go to this dealership. I will contact KIA about this visit. More

You know they say all car salesman is only out to get your money but that wasn't the case!
