Poor quality products We purchased a “new to us” 2013 Kia Sorento from Ourisman on Saturday. On Monday it was on the back of a tow truck! I had to miss an entire day of wor We purchased a “new to us” 2013 Kia Sorento from Ourisman on Saturday. On Monday it was on the back of a tow truck! I had to miss an entire day of work to wait for the tow truck to drive me from Harrisburg to the dealership in Virginia. Billy, the manager, although apologetic, never mentioned compensating me for missing work or paying my tolls. Ourisman provided me a rental but started calling me to return the rental even though I work and have a 2 hour drive to do so! Before the first week of ownership on the same vehicle, the radio went out. I drive for employment so hands- free Bluetooth was a major selling point for me because of travel for work through states where handheld cell phone use is illegal. The manager said electronics werent covered in our warranty so we would have to spend $700 to buy a refurbished radio, drive the 2 hours back to VA so they can charge us to install it. Don’t stop to buy any vehicles from them, keep driving to one of the other dealerships on that auto mall! More

I took it to Ourisman KIA in Chantilly, VA and the service rep. very clearly explained that if it was a warranty item I would not be charged, if it was not a warranty item I would be charged. Do you think after 1 month it would not be a warranty item? I asked about a rental car. If you buy a car from them the rate is $5.00 per day, if you don't , the rate is $35.00 per day. I feel sorry for anyone that has to have their car serviced that has moved to the area that would go to this dealership. I will contact KIA about this visit. More

I felt in control, I gave them a price range and they met me at my price verse than having all these numbers shoved down my throat. I felt like family and they stayed true to their word!! Tyler Bratcher Being a big help to my car buying experience knew the car in and out as well as broke the ice by cracking some jokes. You know they say all car salesman is only out to get your money but that wasn't the case! Tyler and I still communicate and maintain a great relationship I firmly believe that if I didn't buy the car from him we still would have remained friends! If you ever stop by this dealership please ask for Tyler Bratcher. As well, that day I left with a Brand New Kia Optima 2018 super HYPE!!! More

Billy and team stand by their word! I have just completed my second KIA purchase from Billy Brown and his team. I looked online at the prices on the remaining 2018 Kia Forte S' that the I have just completed my second KIA purchase from Billy Brown and his team. I looked online at the prices on the remaining 2018 Kia Forte S' that they had in stock. I live in the Richmond area, checked dealers from Chester to Stafford and none could compare to Ourisman Kia. I had talked with Billy, who got me in touch with Crystal, the internet sales manager. She answered all my questions and sent me photos of the Stickers on the cars. Once I arrived, Joe assisted and took me on a test drive and I decided to purchase the vehicle. After the purchase I drove back to the Richmond area. On my drive home, I noticed a few things about the vehicle that didn't seem quite right. The next morning, I drove back to the dealership and spoke to Chris (Bell) and Andy Walker about the vehicle. Both were extremely helpful, even though they were very busy with other customers. I test drove 2 other cars like the one I purchased and after talking with Chris and Andy, I decided to take the original one black car home. Once arrived home, my wife was dissapointed that I didn't bring home the white one, like I had discussed with her. She fell in love with the white one. The next day, I called Chris Bell back, discussed my wife's wishes. and he helped keep the Oursiman Promise. They keep their word and are very friendly while doing it. SO Disappointed I bought a Kia Sportage 2017 back in May of 2016 during the week at night. I bought a model without navigation (which was a must during my car buying I bought a Kia Sportage 2017 back in May of 2016 during the week at night. I bought a model without navigation (which was a must during my car buying experience) because i was told about Apple Car Play. I was told directly by the sales manager that "apple hasn't released it yet but it's already on my cars system and when it's available it will just be active." Well of course THAT didn't happen. When i questioned that i was then told (by the manager again) that "if it doesn't just bring it in and they will install it for free for me." Well long story short apple car play wasn't released for awhile after that. Apparently they have it now. My husband took my car into the kia service shop this past weekend (9/22) for a service check and asked about the car play. He said he was given a packet on how to download it. So I get to work this morning excited to finally have apple car play in my car. I go through the directions and it doesn't work on my UVO account. I'm all about being patient and giving people the benefit of the doubt but now i'm upset. I'ts been OVER 2 years and the ONE reason that convinced me to get this car was the apple car play, to which i still don't have. Honestly i'm counting down the days until i can trade this car in and never purchase another kia again. More

Being a single father to three teenage boys 16 and up....with one car....that definitely was not going to work. From the moment I started registering to look at a variety of cars in the area Jeanne Wells or Ourisman Chantilly Kia was there with an invitation and follow-up. She wasn't giving the hard sell. She was checking in. I looked at six other dealerships solely on proximity to my home for all kinds of cars and I was THISCLOSE to closing a deal when, as often happens, things fall apart at the end. When I decided to give dealership number "7" a shot, Jeanne was there to welcome me. She introduced me to Aaron King and both listened to my boring discussion about my failed attempt to get a car the day before. And, neither one ran away. That was a good start. Aaron engaged me with real information and knowledge and continued with some congenial small talk that was not just xx to keep me in the chair. All of that was great leading up to the moment of of truth with their F&I guy Benjamin Braunstein. Prepared for the xx that is generally a part of the back-end of any deal, I was pleasantly surprised by the no-nonsense demeanor and professionalism of Ben. And the cool docupad technology cut the processing time by more than half. It's an exceptional idea, makes everything very clear and closes out the process effortlessly. I am a loyal customer. It's something ingrained in me as the child of a hardworking Midwestern family. You take care of the people who take care of you. I am eager to introduce the Ourisman Family of Automotive options to friends and colleagues. Ourisman Chantilly Kia made this consumer feel like he was more than just a checkbook. I'm sure I tested his patience but he showed no real sign of frustration with my constant questions. I was initially looking for a cheaper priced Optima but after I tested out the new Stinger I had to have it. Tyler didn't even once push it on me, he didn't have to, the car sold itself. What made the process worth sharing is the end result. I'm paying what Tyler said I would pay and I got the car I wanted. More
