Utmost praise goes to Demetric, but Chris and Daniel were also exceptionally genuine, thoughtful, and simply real. Not to get anyone's hopes up, but Chris also threw in a bonus roof rack when I mentioned my birthday was the following week. Never felt rushed or pressured by any means, these guys care about their business but ultimately care about the interactions to make sure you'll regret driving around town only to find that they offer some of the best deals in the area and they'll be upfront and honest with you. Sad that I am moving and won't be around to do business with them in the near future, but even as someone who grew up with Hondas and Toyotas, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car in the area. On a whim I had been looking at the Kia Forte for close to two years wanting one, but couldn’t get approved because of my credit. Sunday afternoon, on a whim bo I had been looking at the Kia Forte for close to two years wanting one, but couldn’t get approved because of my credit. Sunday afternoon, on a whim bored at home doing nothing, I decided that I wanted to go check out a pre-owned Kia Forte, and was greeted by Aamer when I got there. I honestly had no clue that it was all going to fall in my favor, so working with a salesman like Aamer made it less successful for me and was very polite the entire time, offered coffee and water and everything. The best part, instead of pulling off with a pre-owned car (which I would have been just as happy with) he was able to work with Chris(fun guy), who was one of the managers and found a brand new 2019 Kia Forte that was a manual because that’s what I wanted (we didn’t have to look very far because it was right there on the show room floor). Again, I honestly didn’t think that I was going to drive away with it much less be able to actually afford the note, but Aamer let me test drive it and showed me all of the bells and whistles (which is AWESOME!) and explained all the warranties, and for just a basic car the bells and whistles are pretty nice. I was expecting a “no” when Aamer walked me over to financing, but nope! Between Daniel and Derek (financing), I was able to get approved with an affordable note! I couldn’t be more happier with my brand NEW Kia Forte and my experience with the team that helped me!!!! Thanks guys!!! I will be back for one with xxx warmers!!! More

Whatever they pay Tyler, it isn't enough I've owned a Kia since 2010 and never had any issues with it. So when looking to replace our 2014 Subaru XV Crostrek for something bigger, we natural I've owned a Kia since 2010 and never had any issues with it. So when looking to replace our 2014 Subaru XV Crostrek for something bigger, we naturally considered a Kia. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tyler, a nice young man who worked his way up from washing and fueling new cars to being on the sales floor. As such, he understands and appreciates the buying experience and is eager to demonstrate his knowledge of the various vehicles and features. Long story short, I was so impressed with Tyler that we ended up buying 2 cars on the same day. We bought a 2019 Kia Sorento and a leftover 2018 Kia Forte (replacing my 2010 Kia Forte). The entire staff was friendly and courteous and they make you feel welcome. Did I get the best deal? Well that is hard to say. I feel we were treated fairly and am happy with what we paid and the values they put on our trades. There are many factors that go into trade-in value and they explained their decision process on each vehicle. I feel the finance team worked to get us the best financing and didn't try to force us into one particular financial institution. We are very happy with our vehicles and would not think of dealing with any other salesperson besides Tyler. I h0pe to get 8+ years out of these and be back for some new ones. More

He was extremely rude .The way he talk to us and treat us it did not like we were their customer. Even Sam our sales person was feeling extremely bad the way his GM was acting. I have purchase many cars in my life and never ever had this type of experience with someone being so ignorant. I do not recommend ourisman Chantilly Kia to anyone specially if you are a foreigner. I feel bad for the owner to spend and invest so much money and have person like Billy to manage it! More

I honestly hadn't I recently purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento after Aaron King reached out to me letting me know he was interested in my 2015 Kia Sorento. I honestly hadn't really considered getting a new Kia, but decided to check out the new features on the 2019. Aaron was extremely helpful during the process staying late to wait for us, answering all our questions, getting us a great deal on our trade in, and following up with us after the sale. Ben Braunstein was our finance guy and he was fantastic as well. This is the second Kia I have purchased from this dealership and I would definitely recommend it and will continue to buy from here in the future! More
