The day of my appointment we went on a rainy day as soon as we pulled up to the dealership Jimmy was outside waiting with two umbrellas for me and my mother saved us from getting wet. We got inside I explained what I was looking for I rigidly was going there to buy a used car because I didn’t have enough money he assured me that he will help me find the best car to fit my needs and my financial needs he made me my mother feel really comfortable Having conversation with us gave us water really made us feel right at home and that means a lot ....He ended up showing me my first car I did not love it at all unfortunately it was nice but just not me So I asked him if there’s another car that he can show me that fits my financial needs he told us don’t worry I’ll work it out for you and to Surprise he did just that I’ve always wanted a Kia optima and he gave me just that he helped me get the car I wanted it was a brand new 2018 Kia it is a beautiful car He help me put it in my budget and everything the payments are great the down payment wasn’t too much just the whole experience was nothing but great I would definitely recommend this dealership and also Jimmy he was a great guy made us feel really comfortable thank you so much for your hospitality More

Utmost praise goes to Demetric, but Chris and Daniel were also exceptionally genuine, thoughtful, and simply real. Not to get anyone's hopes up, but Chris also threw in a bonus roof rack when I mentioned my birthday was the following week. Never felt rushed or pressured by any means, these guys care about their business but ultimately care about the interactions to make sure you'll regret driving around town only to find that they offer some of the best deals in the area and they'll be upfront and honest with you. Sad that I am moving and won't be around to do business with them in the near future, but even as someone who grew up with Hondas and Toyotas, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car in the area. Whatever they pay Tyler, it isn't enough I've owned a Kia since 2010 and never had any issues with it. So when looking to replace our 2014 Subaru XV Crostrek for something bigger, we natural I've owned a Kia since 2010 and never had any issues with it. So when looking to replace our 2014 Subaru XV Crostrek for something bigger, we naturally considered a Kia. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tyler, a nice young man who worked his way up from washing and fueling new cars to being on the sales floor. As such, he understands and appreciates the buying experience and is eager to demonstrate his knowledge of the various vehicles and features. Long story short, I was so impressed with Tyler that we ended up buying 2 cars on the same day. We bought a 2019 Kia Sorento and a leftover 2018 Kia Forte (replacing my 2010 Kia Forte). The entire staff was friendly and courteous and they make you feel welcome. Did I get the best deal? Well that is hard to say. I feel we were treated fairly and am happy with what we paid and the values they put on our trades. There are many factors that go into trade-in value and they explained their decision process on each vehicle. I feel the finance team worked to get us the best financing and didn't try to force us into one particular financial institution. We are very happy with our vehicles and would not think of dealing with any other salesperson besides Tyler. I h0pe to get 8+ years out of these and be back for some new ones. More
