For the first time ever, I did not feel the "old school" bull crap pressure tactics of the "stereotypical" Dealer pressure to purchase a car. And believe me, I personally mange about 300 million dollars worth of Engineering Project Revenue, so getting a compliment from me is by far the toughest feat ever. Anyone hesitant of going to dealers because of said “stereotypical” tactics that have been well know in the industry can put that fear aside. I visited 3 Ourisman dealerships looking for another car (and quite a few others); I was looking for dealerships that offer money back/return motto. I visited 3 Ourisman dealerships looking for another car (and quite a few others); I was looking for dealerships that offer money back/return guarantees (a few other brands offer that privilege, with no fine print) so I could get a used car pre-inspected within the return window. At every one of the 3, I was met with interested, car-guru-style salespeople, from sales managers to finance to the salespersons. However, this Kia salesperson, Steven, was especially geeking into cars, like I am. The road testings were fine, the deal went just right and the finance was smooth. Also, I can attest that they and all Ourisman company dealerships follow through with the return policy without seemingly any hitches. I did have one, but Ourisman corporate management made it all right, rapidly and with no issues, and from shopping at the other 2 dealerships, I have trust and confidence that they will follow through, and you can also. So, what's not to like, along with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty on major parts included for my used car; good deals, good sales experience, and a corporate ideal that I can trust. More

Last 13 months, I have purchased 4 cars. All searched online and price set. Yet, why do I have to sit in the lobby for hours getting tired and restless, so financing mgr can haggle me to death over exte online and price set. Ourisman Chantilly Kia, Tyler Martin, was excellent, took 5 min over email to get the OTD pricing from Crystal, stop in for a test drive, signed the purchase order agreed on OTD pricing and as soon as Finance mgr, Dan, was ready, I was in and out. This was by far quickest car buying experience I have had in last 10 years (1 Dodge, 2 Honda, 3 Kia, 1 Ford, 2 Nissan, 1 Subaru, and 1 VW), only other great experience was Ourisman Ford. More
