I'm becoming very concerned that the Certified Cadillac Warranty is not the true Cadillac product that was being told to me. GM Global Connect is not the same as the contracts I have gotten in the past. Warranty is not the true Cadillac product that was being told to me. GM Global Connect is not the same as the contracts I have gotten in the past. I now don't feel safe that my car was given a true inspection and I have not gotten the true inspection paper work showing the results of any replacement of filters, or anything about brake measurements tire conditions or multiple other things. 172 inspection points ?? Also the warranty was suppose to be transferable, The Cadillac I traded was truly certified, 2002-XT6 with 18000 miles. I feel this car was sold to me now by omitting the true facts about the Certification Issues. Never had this happen to me with purchasing about 10 Escalades in the past. The original Cadillac Certification was a great peace of mind that has always been paid for. Right now I'm disappointed. More
