Bill as always was wonderful. Kept me informed of what was happening and was truthful about what did and DID NOT need to be done. He could have easily replaced the brakes and I would have never questioned it but instead was honest and let me know the squeaking was due to break dust. Hard to find honest folks now a days. I purchased two Cadillacs in the last month. I first one I bought from you was all black and the color made me depressed. By chance, I saw your website and another 2020 XT5 in Satin Steel with light interior was advertised. I made an appointment to discuss my thoughts and staff was eager to assist. Went in for a scheduled oil change at my 15,000 mile mark. Also a check up was done and I was told I needed an alignment. I was shown a fail on the paperwork.
