A Orr Nissan west is playing games. I purchased my car from them a month ago. I was promised an additional key fob, leather seats, and tinted windows. A week later I took my car in to get the seats changed and the tint done. They completed the seats but in the process screwed up my seat warmers and forgot to tint the windows. I took my car back for them to fix the seat warmers and get the tint done and that took a week. Mind you this whole time calling twice a week asking about the key fob I was promised. 2 weeks after purchasing the car I finally get the seats and tent straightened out (mind you the tint they did doesn’t even match the tint on the rest of the car that already had tent!) and they are still playing games about the key fob. I was told they originally ordered the wrong fob and had to now order the right one. Fast forward to today, 4 weeks after purchase, still no key fob. Called again and we’re being told it’s still not in. Where did they order this fob? Japan? You’re telling me a Nissan dealership with a service department doesn’t have key fobs in stock for a 2018 vehicle? This whole expierence has been a joke. Someone’s playing games. Not sure if it’s the sales manager or the service manager but enough is enough. If you want to have to jump through hoops to get anything done that was promised to you when you purchase a vehicle, then buy your car from Orr Nissan West! More
Not Recommended No Matter How Many Names They May Go By No comment is really necessary, not recommended ever, period. In our opinion don’t break a leg dealing with this dealership. Because Orr Nissan West l No comment is really necessary, not recommended ever, period. In our opinion don’t break a leg dealing with this dealership. Because Orr Nissan West lost the original title and refused to allow us to pick up the certified copy in person, and their courier did not deliver it to our address and lied about its delivery, and their sales manager Doug insisted that I look for the copy on our property. I found it 1 1/2 miles down the road run over in the mud around 6:30 at night, but so did 4 coyotes find me. And I had to run for my life because I had no weapons to defend myself and I bruised my bone in my left leg badly because I fell twice according to Mercy Hospital. Because Doug refused to return our phone calls and in our opinion mislead Nissan USA into thinking he and the store manager Dominic would. The store manager Dominic when confronted refused to even help concerning the situation that they created to begin with. Our only mistake to avoid this situation was ever giving Orr Nissan West a chance because it was our mistake to think that they were anything like Fenton Nissan. All the store manager Dominic said was “We’re sorry that happened “ and refused any responsibility. In our opinion perhaps their motto should be “break anyone’s leg to make a sale”. More

We have it documented where we've taken it back down there multiple times for them to fix it.. and it still has yet to be fixed.. now they are refusing to fix them and FYI they are still under warranty. I know me not buying anymore cars from them won't effect their business.. nor will this rating. But i feel like i have to warn people. We are seeking legal recourse. It's not the $2500 bucks.. it's the principle. More

Great brand terrible dealership Orr Nissan West said they would be able to get the Rogue I wanted, it would take a day or two to get it from another dealer. The day after I purchased Orr Nissan West said they would be able to get the Rogue I wanted, it would take a day or two to get it from another dealer. The day after I purchased the vehicle, a Thursday, they said the car would be at the dealership to pick up on Monday evening. After calling the dealership on Monday, they said they were unable to pick it up. The management staff at Orr Nissan West continued to make promises they didn’t intend to keep. I understand things happen, but when you received 3 different stories from 3 different mangers, I believe they were just lies manufactured to try and appease the customer. 9 business days later I received the vehicle. Over 3 weeks after pick up to receive the title paperwork, and I had to call and request it be sent. They told me they were trying to find it and had misplaced it. Once I received the paperwork, the mileage listed was incorrectly. I had to take the paperwork back to the dealership, after waiting almost 4 weeks, for it to be fixed, and to be able to tag the vehicle. This dealership is unorganized and unprofessional to say the least. I would suggest to never do business with Orr Nissan West. More

I am a single foster mom and I went to this particular dealership because I was about to have a large sibling group placed in my home and I needed a dependable 12 passenger vehicle with which to transport all the children. Nothing went the way I had intended. I was lied to multiple times. I was told I couldn't qualify for financing the vehicle I needed without trading in my 2015 Honda Odyssey. I was told they had the vehicle I wanted at another store, when in fact they were ordering it and they insisted I go home in another model until mine arrived. No one would listen to what I was saying. The paper work I went home with was not even on the vehicle I was purchasing, but another similar vehicle. When I stood my ground and refused to trade in my vehicle, they claimed they had already sold my car and couldn't get it back. This was a total lie, because when I finally did get my Odyssey back it had not even been cleaned out yet. I ended up demanding to speak to the owner, who was the biggest liar of all. He tacked an additional $3000 on the sale price of the vehicle I was buying for window tint (that I later found out was standard on the model I ordered), a DVD player that did get installed but would have cost me only about $300 had I had it done else where, and a chrome trim package that has yet (3 months later) to be installed. The main sales person I dealt with was pushy and talked 90 miles an hour and had paper work in the works before he had even told me what the price of the vehicle would be, what any of the extras would cost or how much I would be given, if I did trade in my car. The person who did the paper work claimed he couldn't get the interest rate I asked for and that he couldn't get me a loan through the company I requested. I made one phone call after I was finally released, driving a loaner vehicle I did not want to drive, and got a pre-approval at the rate I asked for with a company they said they couldn't get for me. When I went back they did get me the rate I was requesting but, yet again, they claimed they couldn't get it through the company I wanted, but could get it through someone else. The whole theme at this dealership is to hold you hostage for hours while they talk in circles and push you into what they want you to do rather than what you want. Sadly, not all dealerships are able to sell the size vehicle I required and I had limited time to secure the van I needed. They took advantage of that and really raked me over the coals and have yet to complete their side of the bargain. If you are a woman, looking to buy a vehicle, don't even think about going to this dealership and if you are a guy, you better go in with a crow bar in your hand if you don't want to be run over. There has to be a better way out there to get a decent deal on a new care! If you find it, will you please let me know where it is, because I will never go to this dealership again. More
