Worst car buying experience I have ever had. We were ready to buy one of their cars and even though the car needed a lot of work they would not work with us on the price whatsoever. The sales manager came out to us just to tell he would absolutely not go down on the price. Hated the whole experience and will never go back. It just shocks me that they would turn someone down with perfect credit like they didn't need the sale. I hope they go out of business! I will say that the salesman we worked with was really good and his name was Sam. But that's the only good thing I can say about that place. More

These guys confirmed every negative car salesman stereotype I've ever seen or heard. Triple-check everything before you sign. They blatantly lied about what was going in the contract. Mike was very rude and Unprofessional. The car was listed twice on autotrader and when I told him the list price He called me a liar and argued what the car was listed for a differat price. REFUSE TO RESOLVE SEAT ISSUE. HAD TO GO TO NISSAN CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND IT GOT RESOLVED. ALRED OR ALRIDGE WHICH EVER WAS NOT HAPPY. MY SALES REP AGREED THAT THE SEAT ISSUE WAS REAL AND SHOULD BE RES CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND IT GOT RESOLVED. ALRED OR ALRIDGE WHICH EVER WAS NOT HAPPY. I SIGNED THE PAPERS GAVE THEM THE 550.00. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM 5 DAYS LATER I CALLED AND LINK TOLD ME ' OH YEAH ITS IN BUT ITS WHITE, IF YOU WANT SILVER IT WILL BE 600.00 MORE ". BAIT AND SWITCH ? These people would lie to their own family members just to make a sale. It took too long just to get a refund on down payment money for a car.
