Oil change OK but air filter box missing on car.( $450.00) but should have been already installed and NOT missing. Bought part from pull-a-part for 30.00. They even had service engine light bulb taken out????Just like Eldorado Motors last year.Chris told me dont worry the air filter is hard to change and you dont need it to drive in town on good roads. I came to this dealership because it is about 4 miles from my home, this is the secind time I have tried to deal with them. I trade cars ounce a year and came in having already done my home work and new from my home, this is the secind time I have tried to deal with them. I trade cars ounce a year and came in having already done my home work and new the value of both the vehicle I was driving and the vehicle I wanted. I gave them the keys to my vehicle to test drive and they would not give back my keys when I refused their insulting offer. $4,000 less on my vehicle and $5,000 more on the vehicle I was interested in. $9,000 difference in the going price. I had to walk out and use my second set of keys to drive away and told them they could mail me my keys. They gave me the keys, I drove across town and the dealership there gave me an even better deal then I was looking for. This bunch is not worth your time dealing with. More

I was told one thing and another happen. The sales man was nice at first. After I did my app and the bank approved me they didn't want to sell the car for what the bank offered so I said well how much do was nice at first. After I did my app and the bank approved me they didn't want to sell the car for what the bank offered so I said well how much do I need to make up the difference? they said $5,000. I told them I will get the money. I got the money and went to finish the paper work and they had sold the SUV I wanted. Well 1st off the salesman wouldn't answer my calls or text 2nd he pawned me off to another salesman (Ruben) and he was nice and honest with me. And they did 4 HARD Inquiries on my credit. P.S. Fenton has a bad rep all over. More
Bought a new Nissan from this dealership. Ryan Wheeler was the sales associate. The matched another dealership price but refused to lower additional $86 to make the price even at $36K. Ryan was very helpf was the sales associate. The matched another dealership price but refused to lower additional $86 to make the price even at $36K. Ryan was very helpful with questions and answer. Came there at 1:30pm, agree to buy the car at 2:30pm. Waited in the lobby 35-45 minute for the finance manager and I guess for paper work to complete. At 3:15 or 3:30pm, finally met the finance manager. Finance manager tried to sales the gap insurance and preferred gold package to us for $3450 for the gold package and $700 for the gap for a total of $4150. We said "no" three times and asked him to process. He sent his manager in to convince us to buy the package, we said "no" again. The finance manager hammered us additional 3 times to buy the gold package and still "no" was requested. While the finance manager left the office, we saw the gold package nissan coverage booklet, open to find out that the coverage is only $791 for the coveraged by Nissan if this package is bought (price is depending on the coverage). Confront him on why the difference, his response "We are a dealership out to make money! If we don't, we will go bankrupt." The finance manager and his manager tried to pull a fast one on us. This dealership is dishonest. Tried to sales the package 4 times what it is worth. If anyone wants to buy the gold package coverage, PLEASE ASK THEM TO SEE THE NISSAN COST BOOKLET. Left the dealership with my new car at 5:43pm. Been at the dealership for 4 hours. Ridiculous! Will never buy a car from this dealership!. More
I purchased a 2009 Cube Krom from FNW & Aaron was my salesperson. He was awesome to work with and made the whole process easy and quick! He was knowledgable about the car, answered all my questions, and salesperson. He was awesome to work with and made the whole process easy and quick! He was knowledgable about the car, answered all my questions, and checked in after the sale as well. The Finance Manager was also a pleasure to work with. Today I'm here getting the oil changed and the Service staff are super too! Thank you all for taking great care of me and my new Cube! More
Oh where to start. I totalled my 2005 Altima and wanted to stay with Nissan. They had a 2007 Maxima listed at a great price. We went to look at the car and took it for a test drive. We noticed a few min to stay with Nissan. They had a 2007 Maxima listed at a great price. We went to look at the car and took it for a test drive. We noticed a few minor things about the car that needed to be fixed (seat motor etc, things that we were told are covered by the extended warranty). We then looked under the hood. My husband asked if this car had been though their service department as it looked like there was an oil leak...we were assured it has been through service and there was no oil leak. I then asked about the breaks etc, he has the car had had a "multi-point" inspection or it wouldn't be on the lot. We went to start the car again and it wouldn't start (we asked for the battery to be replaced before we left and they told us no. I had to go straight to Auto Zone and buy one before I turned the car off again). This should have been our first clue to get the heck out of dodge, but we bought the car none-the-less as we really needed a vehicle at a good price. At Fenton Nissan West, you get what you pay for. I ended up paying about $8k for the car and it has over $4,500 worth of things wrong with it. The warranty will cover some of the minor things, but the major things - like the oil leak we were told the car didn't have - the warranty company will not cover because the vehicle has too many miles on it. This whas known when we bought the car and we were lied to. The belt on the car is so cracked, it isn't safe to drive and the breaks are below 2mm - again, things that would have been caught and should have been fixed if the vehicle has been through the "multi-point" inspection. When I called Fenton to speak with a manager, I got a very rude man named Mike Mc-somethin-or-other. I told him I wanted to deal with someone who could offer me a solution to my problem (other than "I have to see the car first") and he proceded to tell me "well then you can deal with it yourself" and hung up on me. I am now stuck with a car that, before it's all said and done, will need almost as much in repairs as what I paid for it. Thank goodness I took the car into a REPUTABLE dealer who told me the truth about the car. Of course Fenton refused to release the warranty contract to them to do the work because they are obviously embarassed by the shoddy deal they made. Now I am stuck with Fenton working on my car if I want any of the warranty work done. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!!! THEY ARE THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! NO SERICE BEFORE OR AFTER THE SALE!!! More
