DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DELEARSHIP! !!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would! On Monday, August 7th, 2023 after trying everything I took my car in because it was not starting. T !!!! The part that they needed fixed was not going to be under warranty and was going to cost well over $2400.00 and they weren’t even sure that was the issue so I told them NOT TO FIX IT. We told them to put the car back together and we would come get it. We have made 2 attempts to get my car back in the original state that I brought it in. My first attempt to get my vehicle when I arrived the car was not put back together and the second attempt the service department closed an hour early. They called me on Monday, August 14th and said it was fixed and we could come get the vehicle. They took it upon themselves to fix things that I did NOT authorize! After multiple messages not returned and call back promises from “managers” it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still don’t have my car back! To top it off, when we bought the car it was certified pre-owned (had the big red sticker in the door and and all) now they claim it was never certified! Had I known that this dealership would show such a lack of integrity I never would have purchased a vehicle from here. More

I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata with them on June 1, 2022 my sales person was Reggie he was absolutely great to work with, he got me in and out!! Here is the catch on July 7th exactly 37 days later my e 2022 my sales person was Reggie he was absolutely great to work with, he got me in and out!! Here is the catch on July 7th exactly 37 days later my engine locked up. So I now have to get a whole new motor and I have a power train warranty on my vehicle. I spoke to Hyundai who is responsible for fixing my vehicle but they informed me that my vehicle wouldn’t be fixed for months to come and they have no loaner cars. They also told me they have vehiclein their shop that has been there since February for the sam problem and it’s 50 people in front of me to get a loaner car. So now I’m back to square 1 calling Nissan orr who I purchased the vehicle through seeing I haven’t had it not even 45 days. They didn’t seem to care at all, their telling me they don’t have any loaner cars and on top of it all I’m still responsible to make my car payments every month. I’m a single mother of 2 and went to them because I thought I was purchasing a reliable car! Now I’m stuck with no car, no way to work, no way to transport my children! This has been the worst experience ever. I will not refer anyone to them at all! Here it is 10/4/22 and Hyundai has informed me that they are not fixing my motor due to it not being serviced in over 2 years and it has several recalls on it prior to me purchasing and them not fixing them before I purchased my vehicle nobody from there will speak with me. They are very unprofessional and I dont recommend anyone to this facility. I was told as long as I continue to make reviews nobody will help me. This is not fair and very very tacky as a company!! They are not getting back to me after proving this to them. I live in TN so I am sure they thought, “We’ll never see this sucker again”. They will however see me and it will cost them money plus ! I may start a CLASS ACTION SUIT depending on my attorney and also after speaking with the attorney general of OK. If they make it right, in fairness, I will update my ad if possible. Beware of the scams from this dealership. They DO NOT provide anything other than a confusing experience, if they have the opportunity the will take any chance to tax on an extra few THOUSAND dollars.
