Dishonesty is their policy!! We bought two used cars from them on Sept. 14. We were assured they were both inspected. The day after we brought them home, my husband noticed a wet spot on the driveway. He could tell it wasn't just condensation from the a/c. He took it to a mechanic who checked it out. Turns out, the water pump was bad. And on this particular model of car, the cost was going to be right around $2000! We have called them and tried to make them see that what they did was shoddy and dishonest. But guess what??THEY DON'T CARE! This car was for our grandson(his first), and now it has to be fixed before he can drive it!!! I don't know how any of them can sleep at night! None of them have any integrity! You can bet when it comes time to trade one or both of the vehicles in, we will NOT be coming back here to do that!! More

In response to Orr Nissans West comment on Googles Reviews requesting a second chance on August 9th, 2019 to our review, in all honesty I concur that in my opinion I really think we would be better off giving Freddy Krueger a second chance rather than Orr Nissan West. And thank you Orr Nissan West for drowning us underwater in auto loans, just as you have done every chance you got, couldn’t have done it without you. Definition of being underwater loan wise means owing more than what the vehicle is actually worth. In all honesty and in my opinion at least Freddy Krueger would have made sure we were dying or at least dead before drowning us underwater in any loan. More

Horrible from start to finish Bought a truck and got it home and the engine started knocking. Took the truck back the next day. They promised 90 days till my first payment they started taking it out on the 2nd month. And then I get thrown around the ringer it’s there fault no it’s theres and back and forth. Needless to say. Came back to the dealer they told me it wasn't approved..i still didnt get a call from the other bank telling me what's going on... Lack of communication they was worried about there sales for the month after I left with the car they didn't want to talk to me anymore..Sales mgrs and general mgr didn't want to talk to me... they wasnt friendly after I got the car. sales associate didn't know bout the car.. He was selling me only work for company less than 6 mos..overall unsatisfied with the service I received..I won't be going back. So sad!!! More
