Beware of financing scam! I did not buy a car from this dealer because I feel they were trying to be dishonest and misleading on financing. I have excellent credit 800+, and w I did not buy a car from this dealer because I feel they were trying to be dishonest and misleading on financing. I have excellent credit 800+, and when I asked what interest rate was being used to calculate the payments, was told that I was getting "Tier 1" rate...but they would not actually give me the rate...I calculated it on my own later and it was over 10% (I hate to see what people with good or fair credit ratings would get!) Then they came back saying they had magically found some coupons and they halved them or something stupid and the payments dropped about $40...I said, so you basically adjusted the interest rate??? He paused and said, "well, yeah." When I calculated it myself, the new interest rate was a little over 7.75%. I finally informed them I could get 2.74% at my credit union, so they ran it with that and the payment dropped over $120/month from the original quote. This would have meant I paid over $7000 more for the vehicle than what I should. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership, because I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. My recommendation is to definitely do your homework and beware!!! More

horrible horrible horrible I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima. I had no problem with the purchase of the car that was fine. I drove it home and notice a big cracked in the bumper. They told me it was something minor their bumper guys can fix. They told me to bring it in the following Thursday. OK so then I drove it for three days and someone asked me if I knew the bottom of my car was hanging. I looked under the car the bottom had fell down. This was Saturday evening. I went Back Monday to talk to them about choosing another car. They would not let me. They said I would have to put a 1000 more down. It is now 6 weeks later and my car is still not fixed. Now they are saying I have to provide them with a we owe when I been going up there every week for the past 6 weeks to get it fixed. Do not deal with Fenton. They only care about Fenton. Mark Becker is an xxxxxxx. He told me to fix my bumper will cost Fenton money. They tied the bottom of my car up with the black twistie ties. I men it is real sad. More

My elderly mother bought an $18,000 car which BECAME a $25,000 loan (with 6 percent interest for a woman of excellent credit) because they added $7000 worth of insurance-service plans-warranties-maintenance-blah-blah "products." She is adamant that she did not agree to this. She signed the loan form, but who knows if they added the other crap later?Initialing each added item was not necessary apparently. Needless to say, my elderly mother cannot afford this loan, and I've become involved to help her sell the car and try to unravel the mess. We'll be lucky getting $17K for the car, and she'll be on the line for the rest of it. We were able to cancel "some" of the added on items, but again, they nailed her to the wall with cancellation fees, prorated blah-blah, etc. She'll be making payments probably til she dies. Thank you for doing this to an elderly woman. More

Check out a car I viewed online. I scheduled an appointment with a lady for 12 on a cold Saturday. When we arrived we were told that lunch had arrived too and the lady was making her I scheduled an appointment with a lady for 12 on a cold Saturday. What I also understand is that if you want the the money then you have to work for it. The lady that we had an appointment with left us with someone else to go see to her food. Guess you lunch is more important than our money. Oh well. The man then walked us to the furthest part of their car lot to where there was a little fence (those low one thick wires held by blocks of wood) and now rock gravel. in the cold with our trip to BFE did we see this wreck of a vehicle. I thought it had to be a joke. Nothing like was shown or said online. They never mentioned online that this car had its radio stolen out of it, hub caps missing, paint missing and the worse is the door looked like it was forced back into its right position after thrown all the way forward. A door with a huge rusty dent and one look at the inside of this nasty car and that was it. I felt disrespected to be shown this piece of junk. This vehicle should be salvaged and not sold to the public. We made the trip all the way back to my boyfriend's new Jetta and left. If you see someone drive up in a new vehicle and not take them seriously about buying a car then I seriously have no idea how you still have a job selling cars. We felt like they were just trying to get rid of us and so very disrespected by showing us a vehicle that should be in a junk pile after false advertisement. I didn't get the name of the lady we saw for maybe a total of 3 minutes who was suppose to help us. And the man didn't seem to care much to talk to us while taking us to the vehicle. So I don't know their names but as a whole it was disappointing. More
