Check out a car I viewed online. I scheduled an appointment with a lady for 12 on a cold Saturday. What I also understand is that if you want the the money then you have to work for it. The lady that we had an appointment with left us with someone else to go see to her food. Guess you lunch is more important than our money. Oh well. The man then walked us to the furthest part of their car lot to where there was a little fence (those low one thick wires held by blocks of wood) and now rock gravel. in the cold with our trip to BFE did we see this wreck of a vehicle. I thought it had to be a joke. Nothing like was shown or said online. They never mentioned online that this car had its radio stolen out of it, hub caps missing, paint missing and the worse is the door looked like it was forced back into its right position after thrown all the way forward. A door with a huge rusty dent and one look at the inside of this nasty car and that was it. I felt disrespected to be shown this piece of junk. This vehicle should be salvaged and not sold to the public. We made the trip all the way back to my boyfriend's new Jetta and left. If you see someone drive up in a new vehicle and not take them seriously about buying a car then I seriously have no idea how you still have a job selling cars. We felt like they were just trying to get rid of us and so very disrespected by showing us a vehicle that should be in a junk pile after false advertisement. I didn't get the name of the lady we saw for maybe a total of 3 minutes who was suppose to help us. And the man didn't seem to care much to talk to us while taking us to the vehicle. So I don't know their names but as a whole it was disappointing. More

We got with our local bank and drove to OKC with check in hand, the transaction was quick and smooth! I was so surprised at how serious they took our online deal. We had contacted several other Nissan dealers in Kansas, OK & TX and all of the others could only speak to pricing in person! What a professional group who understands modern needs, not wasting the customers time and communication!! In our short time at the dealership we encountered a number of professionals all working to make my deal a success. Way to go Fenton East! Nissan should be very proud of your work! Lori O. More
They are great until you change your mind about their Fenton plan which is a grand. The ugly comes out especially in Chad. My first oil change which they told me was free wasn't and to tint windows were free too. As soon as you drive off the lot all their promises go out the window.if you buy from them get everything in writing. Very shady people. More

I just went there to see if I was eligiable for a used car and they totally surprised me when they ran my credit score. They told me that I could keep my money that I had for a down payment and I qualifie car and they totally surprised me when they ran my credit score. They told me that I could keep my money that I had for a down payment and I qualified for a "brand new" car. I never ever had bought a "brand new" car until now and I am LOVING my "brand new" car. All the employees are very very nice and helpful. Thanks for everything Fenton NissanEast!! More
My elderly Mother took her Sentra in for a new alternator and front brake pads. They talked her into having her transmission and radiator fluids changed (both systems were flushed as well). However, $1100.00 later, I am completely miffed!!! How can Fenton even feel okay about ripping people off to this extent? Even if I overestimate the repairs: alternator = $250.00, Brake job (with rotor turn) = $175.00 and $100.00 for the flushing and fluid changes, I cannot come up with $1100.00. Of course, I can see how things add up so quickly when someone is charged $63.00 for antifreeze!!!!!! This leaves $575.00 for labor. At $45.00 / hr. for labor, Fenton would have had to spend approximately 12 hours tending to my Mother's vehicle. Now, I did not account for tax, but REALLY, 10 hours labor does not seem any better to me than 12! I am so upset and there is NOTHING I can do to recover even a small part of my limited budget Mother's money. However, hopefully by sharing this experience, someone else might be inclined to reconsider obtaining service from a business that truly does not deserve the business of honest, hard-working consumers. More
We called ahead to check on inventory before we drove over 150 miles. Clint answered all our questions. He greeted us when we got there. While he was getting the vehicle, Clay came out and introduced himself and thanked us for coming in. Rob worked with us on price. We were then introduced to Chad. He was very helpful and sincere in finishing up our paperwork. The selection of inventory and the friendliness and price we were given will be our main reason for highly recommending this dealership. We were welcomed to the "Fenton Family" with open arms. Thanks for a very pleasurable experience. We will be seeing you again. More

Everyone at Fenton were great. They allowed me to test drive a couple of units and even drive one to my wife who couldn't make it down to the dealership. I recently went to Fenton Nissan East to look at a suv/crossover vehicle. I am your typical hate buying a car customer but they made my experience pleasant. I test drove the Nissan Rogue AWD SV and lo suv/crossover vehicle. I am your typical hate buying a car customer but they made my experience pleasant. I test drove the Nissan Rogue AWD SV and love it. I was a traditional American only type of person but I have to admit when I did all my research everyone loves the Rogue and gives it great reviews. The dealership itself was very pleasant and family friendly. The people there are very professional. My buying process went extremely smooth Brian and Roger got all the numbers where I needed them to be. Chad in finance made the paper signing process super easy and fast. I didn't sit for what always has felt like forever waiting. Becky actually helped by showing me all my features on my Rogue while we waited and even setup my bluetooth for me! I have never had a salesperson actually setup the electronics with me so this was an awesome bonus for me. Becky setup my first oil change and made sure that if I had any questions to give her a call and that she'd help me in anyway possible and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would recommend you ask for Becky, Roger or Brian. They were awesome and I love my Rogue! More
