I bought a new nissan 350z and after they detailed the car I noticed several rock chips on the hood and one on the roof. The wheels still had tape on them and there where swirls in the paint. I complained and they gave me a paper that says that they owed me getting the wheels buffed, swirls buffed out, and rock chips fixed. They said that the chips wont be noticable and made me an appointment for a week later. I went back and after about four hours they brought the car out and all they did was touch them up. They are still noticable. They didnt buff the wheels or the swirls. I will never by from them again! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM NISSAN FENTON EAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
The car was NOT detailed and I had to ask them to buff out several scratches. The warrenty salesman was about as indirect as you can get. Would not respond to our specific questions and kept us in there out several scratches. The warrenty salesman was about as indirect as you can get. Would not respond to our specific questions and kept us in there an hour when we told him from the beginning that we were not interested. They then gave me a paper plate which was good for one month. But never bothered to call to let us know that they needed another piece of information to mail our title. Were they going to let our plates expire?? You can get the same car for the same deal with better customer service at another Nissan Dealer...this one is a hole. More
Very Very Very Dealer. Avoid them they are higher on price and there services sucks. I spend around 4 hrs just to test drive 07 Murano. The SUV I test drive was not even clean. AWFUL experience!! I found a 06 Nissan Pathfinder that was what I was looking for. Since I lived 100 miles away, I called and asked them about it and they promised to set it aside. I originally spoke to a dealer named Audra the week before, but when I called to have them set it aside I spoke to RICH. Greg the Sale Mgr even promised to set the car aside. However on the way there to get the car, Audra called me and said she would be my dealer and the car would be waiting for me. I was happy with that. After my long 100 mile drive, I pulled up to the car lot to find another couple test driving the pathfinder that they PROMISED they set aside. Their dealer was RICH!!! he had called another couple in, cause he knew that Audra was getting the deal instead. Audra said that if we finished the paperwork while they were test driving we could get the car! WTH!! So Im racing to get the paperwork done. Anyway long story short, I didnt get the car. The other couple got it. Probably by offering more. The whole time RICH was walking around with a SMURK on his head. And the Sales Mgr was aware of what was going on, and did NOTHING. They are DIRTY salespeople, DONT TRUST THEM!!!!! In the end they tried to get us to get another pathfinder but I refused. And we went down the road to Bob Moore Nissan and purchased a Murano which I love! More
I bought a new fully loaded Armada from Fenton Nissan. It was missing the DVD system. They told me they could install a factory system, later to find out they couldn't. They promised me an after market It was missing the DVD system. They told me they could install a factory system, later to find out they couldn't. They promised me an after market system would fully integrate. After having my car for 11 days after I purchased it, they still couldn't get the DVD system to integrate. They told me they would send the car to a professional audio equipment store to make it work, they never did. They lied to us over and over. Finally we called them on it, writing a letter to the head of the company. Fenton called us in to have a part installed that they broke trying to get my DVD system working. When we got there, they told us to leave, we were no longer welcome and they would call the police on us. They were not going to honor our warranty, or do the warranty work that I had it in for. They did all this in front of my 5 year old daughter and cussed in front of her. I have never been treated this bad in all my life. Be ware!!!!! More

They will tell you one thing, do another, and then act like it's your fault. They also love to hang up the phone on you when your in the middle of talking to them. Not to mention they have totally forgott like it's your fault. They also love to hang up the phone on you when your in the middle of talking to them. Not to mention they have totally forgotten how to say 'Thank you' and show common courtesy. If you buy from these guys your only going to be kicking yourself in the butt later. The ONLY reason they even got some-what of a positive rating is because the guys in the detail department did a good job of cleaning the cars on the lot. You've been warned. More
