I purchased a care from Fenton Nissan East and I also took car back for minor repairs and each time i was pleased with the length of time it took for me to be helped and the length of time it to for repa took car back for minor repairs and each time i was pleased with the length of time it took for me to be helped and the length of time it to for repairs to be completed. I was in and oput and the 2nd time i never got to sit down before i was helped and i was on my way out of there n minutes with a loner car i am very pleased with the saleman and the dealership i was referred to Fenton by a best friend of mine who has purchased a car there a few months before me and she was jus looking not wanting to purchase but the dealership and sales person who assist her got her more than what she was asking and she was very very pleased so i had to go see for myself. Thank you Fenton! More
I returned to OKC from an overseas assignment and needed dependable transportation. After driving all over the OKC area, I purchased a 2004 Dodge Neon. I purchased from Fenton because I felt I could trust a larger dealership to quality check their used inventory before putting it on their lot. In the six months I have owned this car I have spent $1100 just to maintain it's usefulness. Soon after I bought it the car developed a rattle under the hood. I took it to an independent mechanic and was told I had a broken engine mount which I had replaced. Afterwards the rattle was not as bad but still very evident. I took the car back and talked to the sales manager who contacted the general manager. I was told too much time had passed (about 6 months) and there was nothing they could do for me. They did however get me into the service department where I was told I was MISSING yet another engine mount which they replaced, costing me $160. Despite 2 new engine mounts the rattle remained but was told it was safe. I am currently setting in the waiting room of a Dodge dealership in Mississippi, where i broke down, waiting for them to replace a transmission mount. This repair will not only cost me another $860 but will cause me to miss a mandatory military appointment. I fully understand the car was purchased as is/no warrantee, but 6 months into ownership and I have had to replace ever major power train mount. I have to believe that if Fenton Nissan East had spend a few minutes quality checking their product before placing it on the lot, these issues would have been identified. The culmination of mechanical problems and lack of product integrity there is no way I could ever envision recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. More
They are extremely friendly and disarming . Not in the usual car salesman shark way. They were able to extract a $10,000 down payment from us and then added so much on that one year later we are upside do usual car salesman shark way. Yes there is a sucker born every minute but I never thought of myself as one. But these people are good so be warned. In addition, my car was to have all the surface scratches buffed out. When they came out the first time, I showed him all that was missed. So I guess he showed me. He took it back in "fixed" it and brought it back out. It looked all shiny and good so I took it home. I am sick and don't drive much so it was about a month later that I went to the store and was walking to my car and the sunlight was shining just right on the car and I say swirl marks in the finish that completely covered my car. I mean completely. Before I could complain, I got sick again and once I was back on my feet it was too late to do anything about it. Ya know how your afraid to complain about the food because the waitress or the cook might spit in it, well that is the way I feel about Fenton. If you complain, they spit in it. Save yourself and just don't go to this place. More

I bought a new 2008 Maxima. I know that it has been 2 years, but I just found this rating review. I know that Shelley is gone, but all other personnel is still there and they treat me so wonderful. I started looking for a used car and wanted a nissan. I did lots of research and I contacted a few dealerships through the internet. April from Fenton was the first one to call me back. She called within 3 did lots of research and I contacted a few dealerships through the internet. April from Fenton was the first one to call me back. She called within 30 minutes of my request. AMAZING!!! I told her what I was looking for and the price I wanted to stay under and she was able to fit a BRAND NEW CAR into that. I never imagined I would be able to get a new car. She was great to follow up with me after she found the car and on her day off her manager even helped me out with all my questions. I wasn't planning on financing through the dealership. However, she was able to get me 0% on top of my rebate. The other dealerships I called told me that they could not get me even what I had originally told April I was looking for, much less a new car. They didn't even try. April got my car from one of their other lots and I LOVE my NEW car!!! I have recommended my family to go to her to get a car and she is currently helping my sister find hers. Buying from April was truly like buying from a friend. More
April was great and everyone I met in the Sales dept. was good too. But I must say that the Finance department was a different story. He stood up and shoved back his chair and said "I've never met a customer like you who wants to throw money away" then stormed out of the office leaving the other finance man to complete the deal. Bobby was very high pressure and acted like a spoiled brat. If I was Brad Fenton I would fire him because he knows nothing about customer service. Otherwise my experience with the sales staff was good. More

These people lie with no consience whatsoever. After agreeing to a purchase price and delivery date that was eight days later I traveled hundreds of miles to close the deal and take delivery of my vehicle. The salesperson had failed to have some optional equipment installed prior to my arrival and did not have the courtesy to tell me when we talked two days before I traveled to the dealership, but didn't call me the morning of to save me a trip; then had the audacity to say they just learned that morning that the equipment hadn't been installed. When I arrived at the dealership the car was still sitting on the lot, dirty and with writing on the windshield. All of this necessitated a second 600-mile roundtrip to have the additional equipment installed and the car properly detailed. The sales manager refused to take any responsibility for the fiasco and would not provide any reimbursement for the time, travel and inconvenience created by his salesperson's incompetence. Attempts to reach the general manager have been ignored, as have correspondence to the principle owner. Their attitude is that they have my money and they couldn't care less whether I am a satisfied customer. I have since learned that this company has lost their accreditation with the local better business bureau due to unresolved customer complaints, so apparently was not an isolated incident. If you are seriously considering a Nissan, look elsewhere. There has to be a Nissan dealer that will provide better service than Fenton Nissan in the Oklahoma City area. More
