Speechless. Don't get me wrong the dealership was GOOD, Jared Jackson was a good salesman this is NOT against him it's for the service guys.. First I had to look up how to reset the airbag light because it was flashing. Lower tire pressure light was on, oil was a bit low. Washer fluid reservoir light was on.. Pretty sure they didn't fill it because they knew it had a leak and the reservoir is ~$100.. Power steering fluid was below the min line. They forgot to put my wheel lock back and service was closed when I picked my car up. (Note: I am NOT from Oklahoma so that really sucked). Wrong hood shocks installed.. the hood doesn't even lift very high, can barely poke my head in there. Lastly they left me with zero clutch fluid in the reservoir.. I have pictures to prove all of this. More

I called him and talked with him on the phone first. He was very professional and very friendly. When we got there he was just as easy to work with in person. I would highly recommend asking for him if you go! I was very nervous about driving out of state but he made it a great experience. He made sure to make our experience smooth. We worked with David Smith on the paperwork and he was AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional. He was knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. It was late and he worked to get us a good deal. He even worked on it the next day and got us a better rate! I did read some of the reviews before I went and was concerned with some of the previous comments but my experience was perfect and nothing like what they experienced. We have bought many cars over the years and have gotten trapped in shady dealerships that play mind games. I can say for sure that Justin and David are not shady. They are honest and they made the buying experience a very good one. If you go to Fenton be sure and ask for Justin and David. You will be glad you did! More

Buyers BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE!!! They get you on the hook to buy and then don't follow through. I was dealing with a salesman and Lemmie, one of the sales managers BUYERS BEWARE!!! They get you on the hook to buy and then don't follow through. I was dealing with a salesman and Lemmie, one of the sales managers quickly took over the deal. He made the deal that was agreeable to both. After we bought the vehicle, we then noticed they messed up the paperwork which shorted us by $1500. Lemmie now said "What do you want us to do?" We want you to honor the deal you made and make it right, like any honest, upstanding business would. Called/emailed Lemmie many times before he finally stopped returning calls. Called General Manager....same results. If you want an honest, reliable, safe place to buy a vehicle, look somewhere besides Fenton Nissan! More

Called Dealership (Fenton Nissan East) and was advised that ve Specifics 1. Viewed website, and saw a vehicle and price I thought was a good deal 2. Called Dealership (Fenton Nissan East) and was advised that vehicle was in stock (both of them as I wanted to verify differing colors would be there). 3. Arrived at dealership and (amazingly) vehicles were not in stock. 4. While they were "looking" for the vehicles that were on the site, they attempted to upsell me by having me test drive a more expensive model, Told the sells rep that if they did not have the vehicle I had seen on the site I would be leaving 5. They found a "like" vehicle (at about $1500.00 more) which we did test drive. 6. I ended up purchasing the vehicle (felt the deal was good enough and the vehicle had all of the features I was looking for) 7. Got home, and the vehicle I was sold had the exact same VIN as the one of the two vehicles they "could not find" on their lot 8. Called and complained about it and was told by their sales manager "I never lied, I go to church and sleep at night" (Mind you those with out conscience seem to have no issue sleep regardless of how they behave). 9. Was then advised that their website has a disclaimer that they do not have to honor the prices.. This Is actually true "Neither the dealership nor Dealer Socket/Dealer Fire is responsible for misprints on prices or equipment. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of the prices..." 10. In short, I feel this dealership is beyond underhanded. 11. Since then I have been solicited to either resell my vehicle to them so they can stock used cars and check out their new stock or come in for service or any number of other things. Have requested each time to be removed from their calling/mailing list and it has never happened (in the last 4 years).. So I have now blocked their numbers since all they seem to see are $ and not the people/customers they continually ignore. More
